This was a horrifying experience. I called two days ago to set up the appt for 8am this morning. I drove my car there, and they looked like they weren t even expecting me. This place is not punctual. Then he told me to leave my car, and I didn t get a call back till 230 pm to pick up. That s not calculating the Uber $20 each way back and forth. So I get there to only be told that the car is misfiring and to come back Monday! So they kept my car for 6-8 hrs and nothing done. I also needed an oil change! Nothing was done. Completely wasted my time and they are fuc&ing rude tooo!!! Never again, fooled me once, wont get me twice

Great service, very reasonable in price and very quick. Had my car back and repaired the next day. They explained everything I needed done and went above and beyond to get it done within my budget. I would definitely use them as my mechanic from now on!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Been going to them well over 10 years and wouldn t take my car anywhere else. It s been times in the past they could have cheated me because I thought the issue was something else and they never did, was always honest about how serious the issue was or wasn t, even had a situation they recommended going to the dealership because of the issue. Great shop

I love Kwan. He's very respectful, and have always made sure my mother and I are good, when we come in. We known him for years. He prices are very reasonable. Any time I've a problem with my car I call KB.

I was one of his first customer when he got the shop back in 2000 and he is still on point only thing is sometime he is a day behind but I rather wait and extra day then keep going back, he is honest and we'll tell you the truth if the car is worth getting fixed or not he's just not out for a quick buck.
