The transmission went on my car so I wanted to junk it. I gave them a call and they came out right away and extremely professional. Both Joe and Terence pushed my car all the way out of the garage and gave me a great price for it. I am very satisfied and impressed and will def refer to friends and use again!

I called Junk Cars Near Me and spoke with Joe. His customer service was professional and welcoming over the phone as well as in person. He was respectful of my time and kept me up to date with his time of arrival via text messages. He & Terence took care of my removal with ease which is worth mentioning because my property location is difficult to maneuver I have used other Companies in the past and Junk Cars Near Me are the best !

Fast and reliable, these guys are the best. I was on a restricted time when I called them, they went straight to the point and show great understanding. Their customer service is also on point. They call you before coming and notify you when they re approaching your location. I ll definitely recommend them to others.

So your car is totaled and sitting for months what do you do. Well stand up. Go on step away from Google, chrome what ever and call Joe. Super nice Super kind. And 24 hours later my totaled car was purchased..Joe thank you for not treating me like a piece of...like 2 other places did and double thanks for being 1000% HONEST!!!!STEVEPS months later forgot to mention Joe's SUPER HOT......SORRY Y'ALL IF MEMORY SERVES....HES TAKEN. I really appreciated the stellar service I received from Joe who sent out a tow truck LITERALLY immediately to my car's location. Terence and Ray who were assigned to tow my car showed so much patience & desire to get the job done for me when the gatekeeper was being a complete jerk to them and me. After a terrible accident NOBODY wants to deal w/ an a**hole. They showed kindness and compassion for my situation, and they handled the difficulties of towing my car in the state that it was in with grace. I wish ALL my customer service experiences could be like my encounter with this company. Thank you guys!!
