When my trusted mechanic retired, he recommended Joe and Sons. They have been nothing but exceptional and accommodating. Joe and Sons are extremely knowledgeable and do their research. I ve found them to not take advantage of those who may not know cars, like me, and present them with options and opinion so that you make your best choice. I have taken both my vehicle and my wife's vehicle to Joe & Sons. The service is excellent and the guys at the shop are knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are fair and the guys are honest about what your car may need done. I even brought a truck up to them that I was interested in buying for there opinion and inspection.It is good to know that if I ever have questions or concerns regarding my cars, Joe's is there to take care of me.You guys are awesome!

Joe & Son's Auto was a pleasure to deal with at every level. Their parking lot is spacious & easy to maneuver. Their garage / work stations are meticulous & well organized. The owner & his associates were cordial, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. It's difficult to find an auto mechanic that's trustworthy, where many of them ambulance chase auto repairs to generate revenue. I feel confident that Joe & Son's auto provides honest opinions & reasonable repair cost to achieve trust & repeat business. I plan to continue service there for all my vehicles, and refer to family & friends. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!

I've been going to Joe and Sons for my automotive needs for over thirty years. Everyone there is honest and knowledgeable, so I know my vehicle always gets expert care, that is why I keep going back. They look after my car is if it were their own, i never hesitate to recommend them as a service organization.

Today was worth my thirty-five minute trip getting to Joe & Son's. Joe has been most faithful in his service to me both at the shop and at my former home. He has serviced my vehicles for at least the past fifteen to twenty...possibly more...years. He should be proud of his dedicated crew.Joe's dedication to our youth has also been part of his stellar life. We are grateful!

I've been going to Joe & Sons for over 47 years. Joe and his team are excellent mechanics that are very knowledgeable in every aspect of car and truck repair. Great work at a fair price and always a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this shop for any repair.

Always professional and courteous. These guys have been open almost 50 years and certainly know how to take care of their customers to deliver a great experience. Never a smudge on my vehicles when I get them back. Harry talks me through everything to make cars understandable. Will never go back to the dealership for service ;)

Joe the owner was great. Replaced my rear carrier that I provided. Replaced tie rods, oil change and 4 wheels alignment. Gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was finished. Great honest place to do business.

Had the air conditioner in my car serviced. Joe Savage was great to deal with. He's not going to sell you anything you don't need. His reputation proceeds him. Highly recommend.

The one place I trust to leave my car to be fixed and be certain it will be taken care of to perfection... guaranteed!!!Being the wife of a mechanic is no easy way of trusting someone else with your car...I trust Joe!!!The fact that my husband was working on my daughter's car and ours became disabled with a gas fuel problem, which it isn't an easy task to fix, we decided that Joe would work on our car so that my husband could concentrate on my daughter's car... that's how much we trust Joe with our car.Want your car fixed once and for all? Joe is the mechanic you need!!!

My family and I have been going to this shop for at least 20 years....since they were at their previous location in Mayfair. Very honest, trustworthy, fair, knowledgeable, and efficient. I cannot say enough positive things about this business.

Recently moved to the area and didn't have a shop lined up. Found Joe's online and booked an appt due to the high Ratings. Brought my Infiniti in, and the service did not disappoint.I dropped my car off and they offered to drive me into work so I wouldn't have to call an uber. Before any work was performed on my car, Joe gave me a call to walk me through potential issues, and my options, along with pricing. Picked my car up that same day after work, and was again talked through the car's issues and the work done to make sure I understood what was addressed.Walked out out of the shop knowing I found a genuine place that wouldn't take advantage and took pride in explaining work to the customer.I'll be back, and I highly recommend Joe's shop for anyone in NE philly.Cheers

High, over priced mechanic with an attitude..Charges $95.00 an hour and still tried to charge me more stating that is where he is going to begin...even after he fix the one problem, he is going to see what else is wrong and that will cost more because he is sure there is something else wrong...and it is not the engine. My catalytic converter is supposed to be the start of the problem, and they are not sure what else is the problem...I spoke with 2 other mechanics and was told that if the converter goes the car will still run. This place is a rip off. $1,50.00 for a catalytic converter...I priced them for $150.00 and to weld the piece on it would be another $100.00. Done and running.

Total professionalism on part of the mechanics as to what the issues were on the vehicle and what options and costs were available to me to rectify the situation and get the Tahoe back on the road in timely fashion. Nothing but top notch customer service and workmanship.

One of the best mechanics in the Northeast. Trust me...I tried most of the others. Great customer service and solid work without the fear of getting ripped off. Check this place out.

Great local shop ,they fix it right the first time the mechanics are great.Any questions you may have are ansered honestly and up front.Fair prices for honest work,if you aren't using these guys ,stop by and talk to Joe or Harry you won't be sorry.

This place is very Racist!! I went in there to get my car looked at and didn't feel welcome at all, the guy had the nerve to tell me I'm not a "Customer" here and kept insisting basically that I go somewhere else.
