Went for an oil change and they don t call it JIFFY Lube for nothing! We re so used to car maintenance taking forever, this is the fastest service we ve received for an oil change yet. Nikita and her team members were extremely helpful and explained all information clearly and throughly. Can t wait to come back!

Yeah, so at this location, I will not be coming here again. I came here on April 1, 2024 at around 3:00 PM when I came here they seem professional at first the two black guys I don t know what is their name or what in gods name is there deal but when I had released the car to them, I took my book bag out of the car with me just because I had valuable things in my book bag, but my chargers were in the car connected to the charging plug in the port of the vehicle when I came back out to my car when the car was released to me after the oil change one of the black men intentionally broke my iPhone charger by breaking the metal piece that connects into the iPhone. They broke that in half by bending it & then they placed it back on the floor. When I unplugged my iPhone from the charger & got out of the car, my charger was not like that. The situation seems really petty, but the fact that something like that happened & an employee is touching things in my car & breaking something is ridiculous. I m guessing that s their way of being vindictive & sending a clear message to a customer that they don t like you.

I came for an oil change and got alerted to some other issues that were in need of repair. The team here took great care of my vehicle and kept me updated with the delays and made sure everything was buttoned up! Thanks for taking care of me and my car!

I have been coming to this jiffy lube in roxborough for over a decade. The man who says he is the new manager made me feel like i am inconveniencing him when i asked to check my oil. This place is definitely loosing my business and i will be sure to let my neighbors know not to return here. It s very disappointing because i have been coming here for years.

i was never emailed my recieptprices were not made clear.it cost more than i expectedit took longer than expectedbased on the corporate web page, i expected "standard" extra services to be performed -- they were not -- no window cleaning, vacuuming, fluid top offs

This place has been my go-to for oil changes for a while and I ve always had good experiences but today was really above and beyond. The staff were all so friendly and walked me through everything. My car has been having more wear and tear recently after we lost my husband s car in an accident and are still saving up for another car. They took the time to explain everything we should do to keep our one car running well and were very transparent about all the pricing and I mportance of each thing. Keep up the great work guys! Will definitely be back

I went in for an oil change on a 2019 Nissan optima what less than 20,000 miles on it. When I got there he told me I had corrosion in my break fluid system. Me not knowing what he was talking about I asked him to take a picture of it. I looked it up all over the Internet and it says that my bracelet was just as good as anyone else s out there. I called the person/dealership that I bought the car from and he told me that that was impossible. I sent them the picture come with the gentleman took. They told me that I did not need that service. I guess I was taking advantage of being a woman. I will spread the word and I will never return to Jiffy Lube again. Disappointment Customer. I will be in contact with your corporation come Monday morning. It s not nice to do the dirty to people. Karma is strong & God has a Heavy Hand . I am a poor single mother who was taken advantage of. And I will tell my story to everyone I know!!!My car did not mean this service

Didn t do the full service and when I went back obviously I wasn t satisfied with the service and out of nowhere he flipped off and start yelling and acting crazy and kicking me out of the garage and told me to leave! As if I did something wrong! Anyway I will be in contact with his manager as I should :)Go somewhere else guys don t waste your time and money

Great experience. Staff is friendly, caring and respectful! Estimate for the job was accurate. If you re local to Roxborough, Manayunk or Bala Cynwyd, I d definitely recommend getting serviced here.

Stopped by on a Saturday shortly after they opened for an oil change. Service was quick, with no line, and everyone was very courteous and professional. Replaced the oil and the cabin air filter. In and out in 30-45 min! The waiting room was a comfortable and quiet place to read a bit of my book.
