Amazing service! went for an oil change got my oil changed, tires filled, got wiper fluid, and got my front and back windshield cleaned. the staff is also very personable will make sure you don t have a bad experience even if you are just going for an oil change.

I have been to the location at 1600 Cottman Avenue many times. The team there is always professional, courteous and respectful. I have also referred family members to this location. I had my car serviced this morning, and the two young men were very professional. I think there names were James and Wanya. Great service. I won t hesitate to return to that location again thank you.Dawn

John and Michael were the BEST ever!! I normally don t like Jiffy Lube at all, but John and Michael turned my whole day around! John went out of his way to clean our windows from the Happy Birthday words we wrote on our window for our son s birthday. Those words had been there for so long and when he learned that I was having trouble removing them from my window he cleaned them for me. SUPER friendly, courteous and professional service - and a great sense of humor. I highly recommend John and Michael and this particular Jiffy Lube to everyone. Thank you for a great experience!

Had my pickup truck Radiator Flushed. What a mistake . I had to have them take it out of the shop After 3 and a 1/2 hours.. They spilled antifreeze all over the engine compartment.Will never go back..

I got a full synthetic oil change and they were Very nice and informative. I asked the guy to really check and make sure everything is sealed and in order because I travel across state lines for work and he did just that with no problem.

The hidden chargesI went there to change my oilFirst of all, they didn t tell me the price and started working on my car. After 5 minutes he came and told me the prices I choosed $74.99 then he told me your filter is very bad so said I've changed 3 months ago but he said you need to changeHe gave me the price $45 I said it's too expensive then he goes ok give me $25 I said OKThe best part came when they showed my bill which was $135I said how is it possible 74.99 +25 plus taxIt's roundabout $110They have too many hidden chargesI would recommend do not go there they will only rob you

Jiffy lube is a ripoff or other jiffy lubes that I have been to charged me $59 and they charged me 69 appear what's wrong with you jiffy lube the service was okay but the charge or others jiffy lubes was better than me coming here I'm very highly disappointed with you don't come here I've been a very good customer to you jiffy lube now your saying your independently owned and operated sounds like a ripoff coming me. I will put the word out on this jiffy lube don't come here if you don't want to get ripped off. You lost a life long client . I thought I'll add what a rip off this jiffy lube is stay away because there's better places that charge less for a simple oil change without being ripoff trust me 80 dollars for what to shine my shoes Uber is less then this . And they still haven't try to resolve this issue , oh it's independently-owned a rip-off in the neighborhood and I will expose them. Don't come here you'll get come to the one on aramingo Avenue by castor Ave . THEY STILL HERE RIP OFF PLACE STAY AWAY BS , I CAN'T SEE WHY THEY'LL STILL OPEN
