The guys there are great. I deliver their mail, always smiling & friendly. So if I have a problem with any of my tires or my family tires, I go there.

I came to change my tire on a Monday and received the worst service I've ever experienced. I waited for my tire to be changed for at least an hour only for another associate to tell me that the guy working on my car went to go buy another tire to fit my car, even though I was told my tire size was already available. The guy working on my car then tried to upcharge me, asking for $50 when their quoted price is $45. I managed to leave paying $45, but had to return the next day because my tire deflated. I immediately called and ask for them to resolve the issue and was told to come back the next day at 8am. I come in at 8am , just for a different person to be working on my tire and charge me an extra $10 for labor, despite the fact that they gave me a messed up tire in the first place. Never go here, especially if you're Black. I wish i could give negative stars.

If you're not familiar with the solid work ethic of Dominican owned businesses in general, this tire shop is a good place to start. I've been doing business here for years, son los mejores en esta mierda.
