Pi�chon , Joselito, and Rich are champions of change in the automotive industry. After a tireless search to find a half decent shop that wouldn t rip me off on the advice of my brother I landed here on 5th street with a handful of problems with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. After a few mechanical maneuvers Pich�n took his time and got the jeep crawling again! She s a beast now with better wheel alignment and steering she s still not fully fixed but I can work with that until I swap out a few more keep parts. Thanks team Indio for the excellent customer service. I won t take my cars anywhere else but here from now on. After some Mis communication we were still able to get the jeep running again ! They are A ok in my book thanks !

Amazing customer service! Staff was very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful! I would highly recommend this shop for inspection services. The service was quick and efficient, receipt given for work done physically and electronically which is awesome. Great job guys! Thanks!

Their service is no long good as they used to, they care about money more then their customers, overly charge, bad customers service, bad quality of work. I am no long be a customer here

The people here are awesome! Wife/ husband and son are extremely great people. Their spirits on manners to the communications are very positive & very clean environment. They are honest with what you need done & good pricing. You will leave out happy and satisfied. The employees are respectful. There's a nice clean waiting room. This is my permanent spot.

Horrible service!! They care more about money then their customers. Had a friend come here and they over charged her for new brakes and rotors + labor and inspections. She came back at the end of the day and she still had the old rotors and brakes and gave her the wrong stickers for inspections. Would not recommend them at all!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!. Paid 1300 to get a car fixed they took 3 days to fix the car and withing the first 2 hours I still had the exact same problem with the car. Took the car back then they kept it for 2 more days and with 3 hours I couldn't believe the car broke down again from the same issues. Not only did they not fix the problem but they had the nerve to refer me to another mechanic who could fix the issues after already stealing $1300 from me. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

In over their heads. Went in to have a control arm, amongst other things put on. The first issue was that they ordered parts prior to my approval. Second issue is when I took my car to get an alignment, I learned that the control arm wasn't bolted completely on. Customer service is poor and so is the work. I won't be back. I doubt that they have any master techs working there.

came in needing a water pump for my truck. other shops charging me nearly a pay check to replace. price I received was more than fair. work was exceptional, shop was clean, I can't say enough. probably the best place I've been to date in 30 years of driving.

Felt sabotage. Go in for a quick alignment after getting four brand new tires. Car was being serviced close to an hour. Thought everything went well, however, the Tech said alignment could not be done because of bearing hub issue and to call the next day for the parts&service pricing. Was charged a fee anyway just for that information. :(I drove off the lot and all of a sudden, my steering was off, now pulling to the left? There was no steering problem before and my car was actually worse off before taken in? Called the next day, find out the parts was for suspension and not the bearing hub, quoted parts/fees close to a $500.00. Hung up, one and done with this place.They could have just let me know right in the beginning without trying to align my car if there was a glaring issue. Why would my car be serviced and gotten worse afterwards?Furious customer, highly not recommended.

I was helped immediately and the price was reasonable. Cheaper than many other places. Had to get new hangers for my exhaust system because they all broke up due to rust. Was very pleased

We were referred to Indios by Chris, the mobile mechanic when we snapped a fuel line while fixing a break line.They did a great job in a short amount of time at a fair priceWe have taken both of our cars there since then. They are very courteous, professional, friendly, competent, aware of time and budget and HONEST! At 53 years old with 9 children and 33 years in the jewelry trade., I can SMELL dishonesty! These guys are genuine, good guys who know what they are doing and treat people right!After 21 years with the same mechanic i had been searching for a couple years for someone that I could be happy with. Indio's is it!

Scam artist! Crooks! They use cheap parts and don't tell you they only guarantee the repairs for 3 months. Then they expect you to pay for repairs that shouldn't be broken this quickly. Don't get your car fix here go somewhere else, you'll regret it. There nicejust to get money from you for the cheap repairs and then screw you after.

This is hands down the best auto shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff is great and I can always count on the job getting done the right way. I needed major work on my Mazda and could not have gotten it done without Tim and the Indios staff, I highly recommend them for all your car needs, thanks Indios!

Hello i took my car in for exhaust work done which they charged me 160 which wasnt bad at first so after work was done i drove my car to a inspection shop pulled off the lot a boom my exhaust had came apart and started to drag on the street and this people dont even take cars after 10AM which is bad for business now i have to pay another shop to fix my exhaust again because the mechanic cut off my flange on my resonator and cat and i still have a exhaust leak aswell and broke my downstream o2 sensor

Took entirely too long for an inspection. Due to Covid19 they closed the waiting area so people have to sit or stand outside to wait for their cars. It was so hot and we could have been out of there much faster if the guy would of just been doing inspections but he was all over the place. I usually have a good experience at this place but this time SUCKED.

My second home...all the staff are friendly and welcome you in just like family..I highly recommend their work, been coming here for years with every vehicle I have purchased and they havent failed to impress me yet..ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN THE CITY! QUICK, RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY

Horrible customer service. Came in for services at 8:30 and was made to wait until 12pm. No one explained to me why and they took long to complete my services. Never coming back and would never recommend this place to anyone I know, even strangers.

The worse place I ever been to getting car fixed they told me they was going fo put in a new radiator and it looks used. Customer service was good but they cause a problem to my car that was not happening to they repair it now my fn car keep over heating and it never did that .the worse I wouldn't recommend a dog to go there for a dog tag...

I feel that they roped me, i went there for a specific complaint and because i trusted them they changed the rear shocks and tire rods while they were good but they changed them and charged me $550 and I don t find any change and the same complaint still there.
