Great place!!! This is an all women owned establishment emphasis on "owned". Let me start by saying the place is very clean with an amazing waiting area equipped with comfy couches, and TV with a firestick. The staff was very professional, my favorite was of course my girl Rachel. She kept me updated on everything going on with my vehicle. Always polite and friendly. When my insurer was taking forever to send out an appraiser, the owner, Vanessa took care of that for me to ensure that I got my car back on time. I must say it was refreshing to walk into an autobody shop as a woman, and not feel like I was being scammed or taken advantage of. I got my baby back and she looks just as good as when I drove her off the lot. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank you Vanessa and Rachel for all that you did for me.

Vanessa and Rachel really took care of me and my car. They walked me through the insurance process and communicated the whole time. My car returned to me better than before the accident. Really appreciated the transparency with price and repairs.

Took my car to Hollywood Collisions for a repair on my door and i did not expect the amount of love and care they showed to me! They made my car brand new, took out dents and scratches on the front when I didn't even tell them. Shoutout to Venessa for the love and care she puts into her customers. Love the team over there, great people. 10/10 would recommed bringing your car over here.

When I got into my first car accident Hollywood Collision were the ones who fixed my car. Ever since that I ve stuck with them. They help you with literally everything! Their Communication with you regarding your car and with things you might not understand is another thing I love and appreciate! A1 . They handle things very professionally. They care about their clients. THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO I TRUST WITH MY CAR. My car comes back to me looking brand new and I ve NEVER had any issues where I had to bring it back after repair. THEY RE VERY TRUST WORTHY ! I D DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM OVER AND OVER TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE ! You won t be disappointed. 5 Stars from me ! 10/10

I ve used Hollywood collision 3 times and each time my car has come back perfection.. not to mention the detailed cleaning done inside! The work/service is great, and the customer service is amazing. I have used Hollywood collision for a personal car as well as Commerical Vehicles. Vanessa and her staff are friendly, kind, patient and def make you feel like a star. Liz is an excellent communicator and I have also spoken with the techs who are wonderful as well. Vanessa has taken her time even after business hours to answer my questions and concerns and my confidence in her and her team is unremarkable ! I recommend all my family and friends to her and will continue to do so. Next time you need auto body services do yourself the favor everyone and come to Hollywood collision and be treated like a star!

This place is awesome happy to see they have two locations now, one in frankford and now Erie ave both of my experiences at both locations was Amazing. The entire team is very pleasant and professional I got my car back fast and well fixed. It looks new again I also like that they also detail the car after they fix for appreciation. That was great inside and out looks amazing!

Once again, my truck was at hollywood collision, so far over the years Vanessa (The Owner) at Hollywood fixed three of my trucks, my mom and dad s car, my sister s car, and also my new truck twice. I ve been there so many times that im practically part of there family lol. But seriously they are hands down the best at what they do, there communication with u throughout the whole process is A1, there customer service is top notch, the new location on erie ave is great with a customer lounge and all, their employees are all very nice and helpful people, Vanessa is the best i love her, the work gets done in a timely fashion now that they have both shops going its even faster, and lastly the work they do on your vehicle is so good u will never no that it been in an accident even if it was your job to find out so.
