Brought my car in for a diagnostic. My check engine light was on. Elaine made the appointment for me, checked me in. Had a top notch mechanic perform the diagnostic and necessary repairs. Elaine also had a Lyft driver take me home and pick me up when repairs were completed. The whole experience was very good. I appreciate Elaine and Hessert Chevrolet for their outstanding service and I recommend them to anyone who needs a repair, a diagnostic or service to their vehicle.

My most recent experience was not good. I purchased my vehicle from here and all has been smooth except for my last interaction with them. I got an oil change and a super save special earlier in February and I was told that everything would be checked I raised a question about breaks and I was quoted a ridiculous price. Received service on my initial oil change and other issues they found. About 2.5 weeks later my check engine light comes on and my car is all of a sudden shaking when I turn it on as of it wants to shut off. I take it back immediately for corrective service and a diagnostic and was told I d have to wait another week for an appointment! This is super inconvenient and bad customer service! My check engine light WAS NOT on before I took my car here! I took it back expecting some kind of courtesy being as though I just received service and was dismissed and told I have to wait a week for just a diagnostic!

Hesssert the only dealer to service my 2012 Malibu.This car is a keeper and all staff there has help take care of it. My most recent service advisor Nate made me feel welcome and this was my fist time meeting him. All employees have done the same. That is home for my Malibu!I know what great customer service is I've been successful at it for 48 years.Great service at Hessert!Thanks.Nate Paul

My Chevy Trailblazer was serviced at Hessert Chevrolet today 1/4/24. Although I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment, I was still brought into the servicing area, as my information was put in the system. Paul was the service professional who assisted me. He was kind and very thorough in making sure that all my concerns were addressed and, services were rendered in a timely manner. A special thanks to Paul and, the Hessert Service members for all you do.

Took too long to do an oil change felt like they were not being considerate of time when a oil change does not take long to especially when there is not too many people waiting.. very confused about that. They have to get better with time.

I didn't have an appointment, but I left my van with Paul Martin on the Service Desk for state inspection. The next day, Paul called me to say it was done. Not only was he able to fit my van into the work schedule, but he also managed to do an Alignment Check for FREE! I even got to speak with Tech Joe, who updated me on upcoming services due. BIG THANKS to Hessert Chevrolet, Paul Martin, and Tech Joe!

Paul was efficient with excellent customer service. Clean facility throughout. Large and roomy waiting area low noise so you can multitask and handle personal, or a brief office space for business or schoolwork while your vehicle is being serviced. Took my car back in to be calibrated it s supposed to have taken no more than 20 minutes. I was there four hours, then tow. Everything is fine. I can take my car and the problem is solved get in my car the same problem existed.

My exchanges with Paul were good. He checked my car in at 9am my appt time. The service time was long to me for a oil change.2 hrs. And to my surprise at the end of service I was told my oil plug was stripped during service and I was being charged $18.00 plus tax but I was not being charged labor.Was I suppose to say thank you.

Today I was there for My 22,500 mile oil change, tire rotation and 21 point inspection for $97.00. I realized that my tires were NOT rotated at all. They were never even touched.I have a slow leak on my driver side tireI have been adding air every few days.That slow leak tire was in the same place! Never touched!Makes me wonder if they did the 21 point inspection oil change Integrity is everything!

Matthew is terrible. You ve been warned do not come here. You ll be hit with lies and deceit; after my truck sat here for 2 months I came and got it and took it to the next nearest dealership in jenkingtown and they got my truck up in running the same day. I had a part installed on a brand new vehicle that was a GM accessory. On GM s website it said the labor was $157 but I was charged over $500. Apparently if I ordered it through the app it would ve been 157. The manager did take $100 off but that was a hard lesson learned, the part was installed correctly. Customer service was great!! I went in to get a new key fob and I was initially charged $290 until I spoke up and said that s not what I was quoted in the phone so they changed it to $253. So just a little mix up I guess.
