I ve found my forever mechanic in Phil. He is both a brilliant and honest mechanic. My car broke down while with my kids on a Saturday afternoon (70 miles from our home) and I felt helpless. Phil walked me through the whole process of getting my car safely to the shop, evaluated my vehicle expeditiously, diagnosed the vehicle and provided feasible options for repair. I was blown away by his extensive knowledge, experience, honesty, patience, fair pricing and kindness. These qualities are so rare in this world. I am so thankful to know him and to have done business with him (and this was my first encounter at Harris Automotive). First Impressions are indeed LASTING!! All of the staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful professional and accommodating. The facility is well kept. The customer wait room was so comfortable that I fell asleep right away (and trust me that has never happened to me at a mechanic shop). I definitely recommend Harris Automotive!!!! Why would you go anywhere else!!! They are CLEARLY the BEST

Please avoid!!!! Do some research he isn't a professional mechanic!!! He rate for hour is between 75 to 130 dollars an hour. There's no reason why he's charging a customer 1350 for a starter installed. Autosone has starters for 110 bucks the job is a 30 min job. Even if he gets the oem starter at 500 installed should be 630 not 1350. Pls help raise awareness for people like this!!!! I'm in nyc swapped an entire e.gine on a BMW e90 "installed" (like he loves to say lmaoo) for 2200 bucks in nyc. Please don't go here. Check the photo for the proof.

Phil Harris and his team have been servicing my vehicles for 18 years! When they fix your car, it's once in done. They've never fixed the same problem twice. They get it right the first time around. Good service, affordable pricing.

Harris Automotive has been and is currently my go-to place for all maintenance and repairs on my vehicles. The team is very skilled and approaches each service with a high level of professionalism. They also use OEM parts for all repairs, which means they will not install cheap junk on your car that will cost you later. I'd rate them 10 stars if I could.

Brought in my Audi after another shop fumbled the repairs to my coolant leaks. Couldn t be happier with the switch! This shop was fast, knowledgeable, and did great work! 10/10 would recommend!

My vehicle had to be towed to the site due to issues with the car starting. The diagnostics of the vehicle was quick and accurate. Instead of charging me for something my car didn t require, I was directed to the dealership because my issue was with the mechanism in the key. The owner reached out to the dealer and coordinated the service need. I waited in an area that was quaint and comfortable while my systems were reprogrammed. The work ethic and professionalism of the staff is immeasurable!!! Had a great and reasonably priced experience. I was definitely pleased with the service and would recommend it to anyone who has car service needs!!!

My wife and I have been having our cars serviced at Harris Automotive now for over 3 years. We have experienced nothing less then A+ quality service from their team! I refuse to have my car serviced anywhere else. Prices you can afford. Service you can depend on and most importantly mechanics you can trust!!!

I had my BMW convertible top repaired as it was not going down. I was told about the time delay due.to a busy period and was expecting a week without my car, however he was able to detect the problem being a minor one and had it ready the next day! I was thrilled as I was happy to be once again able to dive with my top down which was wonderful. He was professional by taking the time to explain why I had the problem and how not to cause it from happening again.

Phil is the only person other than the dealer I allow to work on my cars.His knowledge base is wide,has the tools and programs necessary to repair my Volvo cars the correct way, the first time around, and his prices are more than fair,twice as reasonable as the dealer for sure.lve been dealing with his shop for 10 years plus, and I am glad he's still in business. Highly recommend this shop.

Amazing service at a reasonable cost. They people at Harris Automotive take care of your vehicle as if it were their own. I would recommend coming here first before you go anywhere else. You defiantly will not be disappointed.

My reasoning for giving this company 5 stars is because of it's professionalism. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I must say each encounter has been a positive experience. Not only is the service provided in a professional way, the facility is also in a professional setting / environment. In addition to this, trustworthy defines the staff members. Certainly, their statement " To have your car fixed is temporary, but to have your car repaired is permanent", is true. Thanks again for bringing my vehicle back to life and making it perform at it's highest.

Ive been having my car repaired here since the business opened in 2008. Never any issues with the work and the pricing is on point. Ive recommended family and friends and no one has been disappointed. This shop comes highly recommended.

I ve been using Harris Automotive for years, for scheduled maintenance to major repairs on my Volvo C30. They will go through your options, make recommendations, and set you up to successfully make the right decision for your car (and budget). I m at 120k miles and I know this car has another 120k ahead of it, easily.

My experience with Harris automotive Was honest and very fair pricing. They knew how to get the job done. I went to two other mechanics and one price was $1300.00 and the other $800. Harris automotive was fair and reasonable,and got the job done in a timely manner.

Ive been coming to harris automotive for 8 years. I bought two volvos from him, he always give me great service. He makes me feel like family. I wont take my cars anywhere else for service. Its always fixed right!! Thanks harris automotive for years of great work

My wife and I have been coming to Harris Automotive for years, I have an Audi and my Wife a Mercedes, we wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. It's hard to find and honest mechanic Phil is an Professional we tell all our friends, so don't hesitate to bring your car in

I took my car the to have the drivers side window repaired and I was told they would take a look at it and give me a call for the estimate. No one had reached back out to me on the matter. I had to call 3 to 4 times that day that day and was told thry still working on it. It was near closing and the receptionist said she would have a answer for me before the close of business. Needless to say, it took for me to call them back early the next morning because she never called me back. That is when the receptionist gave me a very very high qoute. The parts were reasonable, but the labor was ridiculously high! I asked them to make sure the window was secure and I would take it somewhere else. I paid them for that. When I went to pick my car after close of business, my vehicle was left vulnerable. My alarm had been disabled and my driver's side door doesn't lock at all. I left my car there over the weekend with hopes of them fixing it and returning it to me with my alarm functional and the owner Philp Harris, was very rude & disrespectful to me came that Monday morning. Yelling & cursing at me ultimately bulling me by saying either pay to fix the window or take your car and refused to put the alarm back on my vehicle. I went to retrieve my vehicle after work that day, which was 9/10/18 & I am seeking litigation for the damage he caused to my alarm system.

I was having some issues with my Kia Sorento , took it to another shop, and they made the problem worse and did nothing ,but over charged me . I heard about Harris Automotive and not only did he not over charge me, but was very professional , and fixed my car in no time . An issue that I had for weeks after taking my car to the same mechanic, was fixed and driving like a new suv after I placed my vehicle in the hands of Harris Automotive.

Man I'm so happy I found a reasonable shop with concern own took my wife Volvo to this shop and they treated my situation quick and taught me about something that I didn't know that I didn't know. I refer my mom and she was happy with their services too.
