They were great for three reasons. First, they did great work; i can t tell that there ever was- big hole, looks brand new. Second, they were fair and reasonable- quoted me a price slightly lower than competitors and took photos, etc. and car was done when they said it would be. But to me what most sets them apart was their kindness; I couldn t get to the car during hours so they let me pick it up and then come back after weekend to pay. They have earned my trust, my respect and my business.

We took our van here that was said to be totaled by another shop. We spoke to the owners of Guie's auto body and we could not have bin more happy to hear that they would be able to fix the car. This van specifically was purchased with my Dad when he was still alive.(passed from cancer 2017) It went on countless road trips and it's part of the family. Long story short we are extremely satisfied with the owners and staff for saving our vehicle with their skills of their craft. Thanks you all .

The team here is the best in town to fix any scratches or dents in your vehicle.They are always friendly and helpful! They take the time to explain what is problem in layman's terms and prices are reasonable. Also, easy to get to off I-76.

I trusted them, and they betrayed me. Sloppy job. Had them installed a new bumper and all screws are pointing upwards and are exposed which could harm someone while cleaning and now they can t even clip them off because bumper is standing on those screws.. Bumper color didn t match. It s very difficult to believe that after being in business for years, they still don t know that you need a calibration when you install a new side mirror that has a camera. They put me in the loop with this guy who does calibration on behalf of them and that guy never responds my call or text messages. Had to reach them out several times and still nothing after almost 2 weeks. How stupid can you be to add supplement 4 to 5 times which annoyed my insurance company in the end. Insurance paid them another hundred dollars on top of the invoice they made for me and the answer is one of their job took longer time so my question is why is it not mentioned on the invoice? Had a situation in the beginning where my insurance denied me to cover the claim since the accident was four years old. Linda gave me an estimation of $1700 at the time and once she came to know that now Insurance is paying for it for the same thing they charged me $2100. when I questioned she answered now you have to forget about the old invoice. this is your new invoice . Very disappointed and regret, trusting them. P.s Linda talks a lot and makes you believe that she s on your side but trust me she s not. They will rip you off.

Hopefully I'll never need a body shop again but if I do I'll be sure to use Guie's. Awesome folks eager to do great work expertly.

Was referred to Guie s from a friend. They did outstanding work for me at a great price on a job that wasn t covered by insurance. Rick, Linda and their daughter are all extremely customer-focused. My car was badly damaged on the Schuykill expressway and was towed to Guie's. The AAA tow truck guy (who was excellent) recommended this place. Living in Chester County I had no idea but allowed the car to go there. My car ended up being totaled by insurance. Still a great car with damaged panels and a broken windshield, Linda and her crew got the car repaired for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I bugged Linda constantly and she always took my call and gave me updates. She navigated the whole process of attaining a salvage title and getting my car back on the road. Really friendly people and super helpful. I'd recommend Guie's to anyone needing service, bodywork or repairs.Services: Auto windshield repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto body & trim replacement

This was my first time ever needing to get a big repair on my car done, and Guie's was so fantastic. From beginning to end they impressed me with how amazing their service, attention to detail, instruction on how to handle my own insurance, and general commitment to the customer was. First, the staff is beyond nice and accommodating. They did such great work for me and constantly kept in touch to give me a status update. My car looks great, and I am of course beyond happy to have it back! Will certainly be going back and recommending others!

Not only was the work seamless and next to new, but worked with the person who hit me directly in order to work out pricing, taking a huge headache off my hands! They also cleaned my interior! Please do yourself a favor and go to Rick and Linda. You will be over the moon with their work and excellent customer service.

Owners wife very unprofessional called me yelling that she wouldn t listen to me because she was on vacation. She Said I was harassing her workers and she told them To block me when her workers text my number. They changed the price the day I had to pay and never called me prior to let me know. After going back and forth when I went to pick up my part I was still professional the only one who was professional was the younger girl I believe her name is Megan. The other lady who works in office told me she doesn t care what I think and not to talk to her. She then told me what I owed pretty much yelled at me to get out and then the owners wife called me again leaving a very rude unprofessional voicemail. Do not trust or do business with these people.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place does amazing work! Everybody was super nice they went above and beyond for our jeep after someone hit it! Cant even tell anything happened to it! I highly recommend using them they will take great care of you and your vehicle

Amazing staff, impeccable customer service, and excellent mantaince. For both body work and mechanical the staff will clearly explain what is wrong and how they are going to fix it w a fair price quote before they start. Feeling lucky & appreciative that I found a neighborhood mechanic that treats the customer like family.

Good people, but valuables will go missing. GPS was stolen along with my jar of change... Sucks to be taken advantage of when in a head on collision. Shame on the person that stole my belongings. Just remember that karma is a B and will come back around.

My door literally fell off my car ! I took it in and I got it back the next day for a price I thought was very fair. Additionally, I was actually shown what parts I needed and what exactly what needed to be done before and what was done after. Every transparent and friendly people.
