I was not sure about taking my 2022 bmw z4 to this place because of some of the review but I went for it and I am glad I did. They replace all my tires, on the same day and provided an excellent service and great customer service. Taron I believe is the name of the guy who took care of me and he was amazing, explained everything they will be doing and got me a better price than the other 2 places I went to for the same tires I wanted since my car uses different size tires for the front and back. Overall a 5 star service, fast, reliable and friendly strongly recommend this and will make it my regular tire place. Thank you

I m not one to leave a bad review, but please avoid this place at all costs. I brought my car in for a coolant leak. When I got the car back, the engine light on and had issues starting. I brought it back into Goodyear and was told that something with the belt wasn't tightened properly. When the mechanics went to tighten it, something broke. It took nearly two weeks to get the part Goodyear broke from the dealership. After that, it took another week and a half to get a pulley required to put the timing belt on. Four weeks after I originally brought it in, I was told that everything was put together but it was still overheating and needed a new thermostat. When I finally got the car back over a month later, there were fingerprint smudge marks all over the door frame, a dirty rag was left in the passenger's seat, and my aux cord is missing. The very next day there was a clicking sound when driving slowly. On the interstate it took about 20 seconds to get above 50 miles per hour. I called Goodyear and was told the timing belt needed to "calibrate" and to wait a couple days before bringing it in.On my drive home from work, the engine light was still on and the clicking was still happening. After about 15 miles on the interstate, my heat bar was all the way up, and my temperature light came on. White smoke was coming out of the hood. I stopped at a gas station and saw that the coolant tank was once again empty. I realized the smoke was steam because the inside of the hood and engine were dripping wet and little puddles of green liquid were everywhere. I waited for the engine to cool down and drove the rest of the way home. The engine started clanking, smoke increased, and the car was struggling to keep going. Luckily I made it home. After $1,000 and over a month of having my car, it was in worse condition than when I brought it in. I had it towed to the dealership to fix, and my timing belt was not on properly and my radiator hose was 100% disconnected. To Goodyear s credit, they gave me a refund and reimbursed me for half of what I spent at the dealer. But do not come here, go elsewhere and avoid the headache.

WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE. The service representative was nasty, rude, he used profanity and he slapped a the mouse and keyboard my face and stormed off. I was trying to use road hazard and get new tires and he told me I had to go back to the location I got it from which was (1 hour away) and not to mention I had 2 flat tires. That s how my morning went :) and I still have flat tires and they refused me service. I will be reaching out to CEO.The bad service rep name was TARON FRIPPS).

After driving on 95 from another state, the tire light came on I needed to get it checked. I stopped into the Goodyear on Oregon Ave in Philly and was greeted by the assistant manager, Taron. He quickly got my information and then the guys in the back took a look at my car. Everything ended up being fine. Anyone could have seen a person traveling from out of state and charged a crazy amount of money or insisted work needed to be done. The guys here just adjusted the air in the tires and sent me on my way. Everyone was polite and professional and genuinely care about helping others.

RUN! They are scammers here with workers who don t feel like working. The lady at the front desk, if she isn t to busy texting she will eventually get to you. I got my tire alignment done here last year, got the 3yr plan. Come back the next year, the first few times they say, they cant do it because the machine is down. Alright thats fine, wished you would of told me prior to me waiting. The last time which was today 11/16/2023 appt at 3:00pm I get told they cant do it because my wheels aren't the recommended size for my car. Even-though i ve always had these wheels and get it done here every-time in the past. I asked for a refund and of course the manager isn t there and is in the hospital and they don t know when he will be back.. By the way, they made me wait 40 mins after my appointment time to tell me this each time. Just go to Ren Mattei Tire Co down the street. Even pepboys is better. At least the front desk people would give me the time of day to say Hi.

Don t go to this store in any circumstances as they are the most untrustworthy and worth behaving people. I took my car to change two front tires and tire alignment which I purchased online for 430$ and I expected a very well service in a store as an official Goodyear store. You can see in the pictures what they have done to my tire cover and totally damaged it! When I asked the service manager and showed her before and after pictures of my tite she totally denied what they have done and told me those dameges were there before. I simply showed her the before picture and instead she just left me in front desk and went inside to the mechanics started talking and laughing at me! So very much bad experience.

Showed up at the Oregon Ave shop with a fleet vehicle needing an oil change (all I asked for)Service was completed quickly and they rotated the tires something pepboys had some excuse for not being able to do everytime I took the vehicle to them at two different locations and I asked for the rotation over the 37000 miles on the vehicleOne time the vehicle was stuck on the lift for over an hour until a tech showed up to lower the liftSO WHY COULDN'T THE TIRES BE ROTATED?REMEMBERActions speak louder than wordsI think it's time we get back to how things used to be doneYou know customer satisfaction 1st and STOP listening to "influencers" and excel spread sheet readers

High praise for this shop. The shop was clean, and everyone was friendly and courteous. The staff there works well as a team. I'd bought 4 new tires tires online from Goodyear (those rebates!), had them shipped, and made an appointment. It all went smoothly. I showed up early, and they still got me started before my appointment time. Everything was explained to me and the estimated time it would take. The work didn't take long, and my truck rides great now. I would definitely recommend.

I m not the one to rate low on any establishment but I felt like I had to do my part and warn people of this place. I was quoted $2100 for 4 tires, Rear brake pads and routers, and inspection. I called Pep Boys and they quoted me $1650 for the same work. (Also GoodYear Tires) I asked why I was being price gauged and the man at the front told me Pep Boys was horrible and it was such a hassle to get parts for my 22 Mitsubishi Outlander. Pep boys had my parts on the way in 15 minutes and got my car back within 24 hours. Please call and ask for quotes before settling for a price at this establishment.

I stopped going to Goodyear about 30 years ago because of how they ripped me off, charging me for work they did NOT perform (Not the Oregon Ave store). Recently, I decided to give them a try again. Took my daughter's car in for a front wheel alignment - Picked up the car which rolled straight, but the steering wheel was very off center. This month I made an appointment for an oil change at 10:30 am. I dropped my car off timely. The pick up time on the website was 11:30. I was called at 4:00. When I got there, I asked why if I had an appointment did it take all day to change the oil. Instead of trying to smooth over the situation, the young lady at the front desk was looking to blame everything on the corporate scheduling system, to they were short handed to the person who took in my car should have told me it would be a few hours. The point is that they scheduling system may overbook and they may be short handed, but that is manageable at the shop - Communication and transparency is the answer, not throwing blame around. The store manager was also no help at all, he simply said sorry -really? Better training would be helpful.

I got a oil change and left with white smoke coming from my exhaust and engine light on. They hook it to the machine and said I need spark plugs and a sensor. How is that possible when all I did was come in for a oil change. Now I called corporate and it's a slow process. Stay away from good year

I am a Lyft driver, who came here to get some service maintenance on my car. I needed an air conditioning compressor. They charge me double the price original price was around $400. They charge me $800 plus $450 for labor and other cost total was around 1400 lied and said they need to rush and get the part I called another store ordered the part was able to pick it up and take it to the mechanic for a total bill of $700 the next day they are a rip off. Would not recommend.

I've been to this location 3 times, first was to switch the rear brakes, second was for an oil change and third was because one of the pins for the brakes (that they diagnosed and replaced from the first visit) needed to be replaced just two weeks after my first visit. Then when coming home from my second visit and third visit, the same tire pops(second one was a brand new tire) with no sign of leakage or punctures before going to this location. Asked to verify what they did specifically and denied they did anything to the tire both times

I would advise against taking your vehicle to this location. I recently went to the Oregon Goodyear for 4 new tires and an alignment before a trip I had (roughly $900). I went in and paid a premium for it being Philadelphia, I understand the convenience charge vs the suburbs, not a big deal. What I was hoping for was a solid product and no issues. When I was on the highway leaving Philadelphia on 95, my car was shaking above 45-50 mph. Once I arrived at the location in central/northern NJ, I called the local Goodyear to see if they could take me in the next day because I did not feel comfortable driving my car back home. I was concerned maybe it was an issue with my wheels or something, but thought that it was probably just balanced improperly and they could do a quick fix and redo my tires. Luckily, they were able to see me first thing in the morning. When I went back to pick my car up, they said "you were right, it was just balanced wrong. They were way off. Not sure what happened." I was happy that the NJ location agreed to fix my issue for free due to the warranty, but I wish I didn't lose 3 hours of my weekend driving to the location and waiting for it to be done. Not sure if it was just a bad day at the Philly location, or malfunctioning equipment, but I hope that it gets fixed. Someone else in a situation similar to me may be worse off and could cause an accident. If you want to go to Goodyear, I would advise against this location. Better yet, go to the suburbs instead of being in the city.

We just had the best experience here. We blew a tire right as we were heading out of town for a wedding with our car fully packed and our kids in tow. The owner and staff here were so helpful. They squeezed us in even though they were busy and helped get us on our way in the most efficient way possible. They went above and beyond and were really kind. Thank you!!!

Made a oil change appointment online, put car information in as requested a few options came up for oil changes costs, the lowest being 21.99, the highest depending on oil chose was 68.00. I get there they said that that offer does not apply to my car, I need extra oil blah blah blah.. the cost for my car for a oil change is 105.00 mind you I put the requested information of my car on their website.. needless to say went to Meinke on 24th and Oregon and was charged 36.00 for synthetic oil too this place would rob the eyes right from your head! Beware

This place is so bad I feel obligated to write something and try and safe someone from this scam. I took my car in for two tires and an oil change. These guys did a faulty oil change (if they even did it) making me need another within a week as well as took the break pads off my car and disconnected my driver headlight. Avoid this place at all cost

Very confusing experience here today. Been coming here for years with several vehicles and have never had any issue. But today I was told I couldn t get a simple oil change, because my vehicle is too new (2023) and they couldn t figure out what oil or oil filter to use. They offered zero solutions .isn t this something that can be looked up on the internet???????? Can t we google this????? As a place that only works on cars (one job), you would think there would be a way for them to figure out this information. Maybe you even phone a friend? I offered several alternative solutions (Should I call the dealership? They wouldn t know ; Can we look it up online ? Don t trust the internet ) But instead I was just dismissed. So now I have to find a new place to get my oil changed and hope that the people who work there will be competent enough to find solutions to problems instead of dismissing their customers.

Wasn't really impressed this time around. I needed rear rotors (I knew what I needed because my steering wheel vibrated and I felt vibration under my brake pedal when stopping.....like before). I had the same problem a year prior, and needed front rotors. My daughter drove my car also, and mentioned the vibrating when stopping. I took my car in and stated what was going on, and I would pick my car up the next day. I also explained that if you drive my car at least 35 mph, you feel the vibration when stopping. I got called the next morning and was told the tech drove my car and didn't feel anything......but the calibrations suggested I needed new rotors.....possibly. Huh??? This didn't happen the first time I went there for the same problem......I got definitive answers at that time.

Interested in knowing why the sales representative upfront was so interested in knowing my age?As If that had anything to do with my vehicle? and what my vehicle needed that day! went out her way to make me feel extremely uncomfortable and belittle me due to my age asked numerous questions about my occupation, and where I work. None of this has anything to do with my vehicle! also asked for my insurance and license just to put air in my tire I would never come here again it s terrible . The sales representative even stated that she wanted to make sure that my vehicle wasn t stolen? Ridiculous.

Ok, I order my tires online but when I got to the Oregon Avenue Goodyear location Dennis checked my current tires and suggested that I stay with the run flat model that I had on the vehicle. I was hesitant about the tires he recommended. It has taken a few weeks to get used to the tires but I'm impressed with the ride. It was difficult and took days for me to find the correct match. Thank you Dennis!

The front desk guy was so rude and talking to me In a bad way because I m there to fix my work company and he knows the company will pay them and send cars back to them because of the contract between the companies anyway being rude or nice tell how you raised and grow up to be in touch with customers and people.

I have been coming to this place for years and the service is GREAT. Dennis is the guy who took care of me, which he is very positive and professional with his work. I would recommend friends and family to come for auto repair and oil change. I would go anywhere else for services.Dennis keep up the good work.

Very friendly and good customer service from the guy in the front. In and out fairly quickly. No one likes when they need a new tire, but they made it a very easy process and did everything they could to make sure I paid the lowest price possible. Super grateful.

Went to this location to get tires for my car first thing the guy telling my son not to play with the blinds cause they cost 3000 a piece and saying smart remarks saying he s active not knowing my son is autistic. Then I waited for the computer system to come up cause they was moving slow for him to tell me I have to pay cash for my tires since I m not getting them installed there and before that making jokes saying I want to see you carry these tires out of here. So I asked why I had to pay cash for my tires and he says cause there is no returns and I can leave and cancel the payment on my credit card. Which was strange to me and for someone to even say something like that to me made me feel like I was being discriminated.

My tire sensor came on and my pressures were on point. I thought I possibly had a nail in my tire so I stopped in and explained everything. I can't not say enough good things. The manager waited on me and had my car looked at immediately. They checked all my tires and there was no nails, it was the sensor. I was out of there in about 20 minutes. They saved me alot of anxiety. Thank you so much.
