I couldn t have had a better experience. He helped me out when he didn t even have too. I needed roadside assistance and he didn t have the tire i needed but he called around the city of Philadelphia and made it his problem . You can t ask for a better person , better human than the owner of Get in Get out Roadside assistance. Thank you for your support during a time of need !

Kelly called me back very quickly and came to my rescue On a cold night within 15 minutes. He was very friendly and got my tire plugged quickly. I highly recommend Kelly and this company.

Black Diamond 24hr roadside assistance was extremely helpful, punctual and professional! My 18 yr old son is a first year driver and first car owner. So that being said he knew nothing about a spare tire let alone how to put one on or where to find it. He caught a flat tire in a very tough neighborhood at 11 o clock pm coming from his college campus and I panicked. I did a quick search online for 24 hr roadside assistance. When the dispatcher got my call he put me in contact with the nearest driver. Kelly assured me that he could get to my son in 7 minutes and that s exactly what he did. Not only did he get there in time but he was able to sell my son a new tire on the spot and put it on for him for $120! Where do u find this kind of excellence? I was extremely thankful! My son had his tire and a quick lesson on what to do if it happens again. He changed his tire had my baby home in less than an hour! This is my new go to if I m ever in a bind! I had a great experience! Kelly responded quickly to my call, came and fixed my flat within an hour. He was professional, reasonable and extremely kind. He has a very good and trustworthy energy to him. Definitely keeping his business card in my car for whenever I have an issue

Kelly was very professional and was great to work with.he came out on this rainy night and got the job done less then 20 minutes. I will always ask for him if I ever need it service again I give him a 10/10. He was reasonable and extremely kind. I will definitely recommend his services.

I called him & he arrived to diagnose my tire within 20min!!! My tire job in total was completed in less then a hour with him going to get the tire and coming back to my location!! Hands down the best experience especially bc it was late!! Very pleasant and educated personality! I d definitely recommend!

The great experience with Kelly was unmatched in skill, communicating, labor, and pricing. Everyone that is stranded by car issues should contact him. He did such a phenomenal job, I gave more than what the job costed. Totally worth that and more.

I was blessed to find Mr. Kelly after looking up the nearest tire repair. He answered my text within minutes and was able to find the right two tires for my SUV. He came out to me and fixed it on site. He was fast, friendly and he communicated every step of the way. I will most definitely be using him again. (hopefully not in the near future tho )

The customer service was great. One thing I m big on when getting a service is communication, he was sure to show me why the tire I had was a faulty and why it kept getting flat. Overall, the service was a 10/10 the wait wasn t long at all, and he s reliable. I called someone else before him and they told me they wouldn t come until 1am and it was 9pm! He came within a hour and got the service done by 11pm. Thank you again!

Had the greatest experience. Mr.Diggs was very responsive and was able to assist me within 20 minutes of my inquiry. He fixed my tire and sent me on my way. Regardless of it being late at night. Recommending him to everyone.

Had a great experience! Ended up getting a flat during working as Uber late at night triple AAA told me they could only come in 2 and a half hours. The tech arrived in 30 mins or so and managed to assist me very quickly while my tire was completely destroyed far away from home at 2:30 am. Total life savior and reasonable pricing! Amazing service I would give 10. Stars if I could.

My daughter caught 2 flat tires on a cold Sunday night. She was calling towing ppl & I was referred to Goldman s 24 hr towing service. They responded right away with a text & said they will be able to help my daughter. The whole process was a few hours & we was ok with that considering it was Sunday night. Kelly was respectful while talking & texting with me. Kelly sent me a lil video of tires getting done & he was on point with his timing. I will use them again if I was in a situation with my car & I would recommend them as well. Thanks again Kelly you helped us out at a crazy time.

For $160 ON A SUNDAY, 6PM, they came over, took my SUV tire, replaced it with a new, balanced tire, came back and installed it.Absolutely professional service. Give these guys your business they deserve it.

Professional, fast, exactly what they quoted, and detailed oriented with every step. I'd rather use a family run business then a big corporation, especially since my insurance will reimburse this kind of service.
