My husband and I came in looking for a specific Jeep. We experienced a few disappointments from a couple of other dealers but NOT at Barbera s. Mr. Kenny Nix helped us find exactly what we were looking for (it was better than what we had expected). We had the best experience we ve ever had a dealership. AMAZING customer service! And AWESOME inventory.

I came with my husband just to check on a Wrangler, and we left driving it!! All the staff were so nice! Our sales consultant was Joe Grippen, he was very helpful and attentive with us! If you wanna buy in this place, I recommend him. We are super happy with the new car and with the service! Thank you!!

I walked in and was immediately greeted and introduced to Joe Grippen. Joe was very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicles that had on hand. Excellent service from the Gary Barbara's team today. Brought my car in for an oil change. The staff was friendly and helped me with my every need. Jackie was great and ensured all the customers and I received snacks and drinks while we waited for our car's service to finish. Jodi was excellent handling the paperwork and payment. Will certainly return for my next car service need.

John Pagano is the best salesman ever!!! He was patient & kind. John took his time to find me exactly what I wanted. I couldn t be more satisfied I must also admit that I enjoyed his down to earth personality it made the time at the dealership go by quickly. Worst ever stay away stay away stay away holsters and rippers mostly scammers just pay $200 for a diagnostic that I already know it .And not that only and I quote they guessing they rode and I quote possibly due to unbalanced weels just took the money without doing nothing to the carStay away from them!!!FYI Maria was the one that I gave her my car into the deagnostic without even taking care of the car stay away from them they're just going to take your money and gas stuff they're not even professionals that are shystersI will definitely definitely talk to everyone that I know to come and review not only that just to stay away from your company which is the typical car salesman stay away from those thieves

Came in not expecting a whole lot, but despite all the obstacles presented Hardy Roa did the most, and got us in a beautiful 2022 jeep compass latitude. I couldn t be happier they really worked with us. And exceeded our expectations. As well as keeping us feed during the whole painless process.

I can't say enough great things about Gary Barbera's! I have purchased every vehicle here and have been getting service here for the past 20 years!! I was in an emergency situation and needed service assistance the same day and they were about to close for the evening. The amazing service staff listened to my needs and stayed late to provide me with what I needed! The service writer stayed until I was completed as well to ensure that everything went well, he could have left with no problem. Jackie who helps with customer service and ALWAYS looks happy, made sure that me and my daughter were comfortable, had something to eat (we had a long day) and helped keep my daughter busy. I come here because I am always treated with respect and receive great service. Come check them out if you haven't already!!! Thank you Barbera's on the Blvd!

Absolutely amazing!! Gregory cajoux and Joe I Were incredible. I came in with not very high hopes in walking out with a car and they worked with me to get my new jeep! 1000% recommend coming here. They were so helpful! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

I would like to give Amber for her hospitality and service of personal care. Brian you get for your service,only because you left for the day and didn't inform me of my vehicle..As for the service at Gary Barbera's I would give them they aren't as bad as I was told , but there is room to do better. There service manager needs to do a little better by making sure the tech has reliable equipment. But overall I would take my vehicle there for service again..

Came from Reading PA- hitched a ride from Mom to get there. Left with a great vehicle. Everyone was great from the jump. Worked with Amber before I came in and Otis took care of me when I arrived. He was extremely helpful with picki g the right SUV. Smooth easy process. Plenty of options and got me financed with past issues. Thanks!!

I came in for service and while I was waiting I wonder off to the sales floor. I was greeted by a manger who referred me to Mr Kenny Nix. After speaking briefly we discovered we are both from the same neighborhood and went to the same school. He was so helpful with getting me in a newer Jeep Cherokee. Everyone was so helpful and they have great energy! I wouldn't go anywhere else when it's time to do my next trade. 12/30 starting having issues and now I'm seeing a lot of complaints online. I have been back for service 2x in 3 wks. I'm calling the bank, BBB, lemon law cause it ain't no way I'm keeping this jeep

Today I had an experience that totally changed my life at Gary Barbara on Roosevelt blvd. I went in overwhelmed and frustrated because I was in a 39000 mile car that kept choking the life out my pockets...I went in spoke with 'Kenny Nix' just to ask questions to figure out the best way for me to get out the car I was in...Mr nix worked things out to where I walked out with a 2024 hornet,no milage and my payment was waaay less than what I expected ...if your looking for a greatvehicle, HONESTY,NO CATCH,NO SECRETS OR LIES PLEASE when purchasing your next vehicle to gary barbera's...i literally left crying
