I bought a vehicle from Ross at Feretti Motors, when I received the the vehicle one tire was cracked. Ross promised me he was sending me a replacement tire quickly since the vehicle would not pass inspection and thus I could not transfer the title. That promise was three weeks ago and still no tire. I will have to buy my own tire since Ross's word is as good as the cracked tire. No one answers the phone anymore. Ross doesn't reply to texts or voice messages. Keep in mind this is over a tire to which Ross is willing to forgo customer service over. Imagine what Ross and Feretti is willing to forgo over something more expensive? I caution any prospective customers "buyer be ware" and would advise you to consider buying a vehicle elsewhere.

I bought a 2021 KIA Sportge from Feretti Motors in March, 2022. The car had a very low milage, almost not used but with a branded title (flooded) so I was worried about it s condition. Ross told me that it is great car and thus I took his words and put a contract in the car. I traveled to PA from CO state and took the car for a short driving test and it was great as per Ross recommndation. I also have driven the car back form PA to CO, more than 1800 miles, and it went great. After completing the purchase, I was told that I will get the car title in two weeks and that was a surprise to me as I was told earlier that they had it! The two weeks had past and I started calling almost twice a week to check on its status until it finally arrived after 33 days. When calling Ross, he immediately answers the calls in almost 95% of my calls but when requested to call me back, you almost cannot count on him on that! He is always busy. So you have to call him for updates and he will always need to check with his clerk for status and that is there biggest drawback (she is out for lunch, she did not get the mail today, delay due to COVID-19, .etc.). In the last day, when I needed to register the car in CO I had to call and text Ross several times to send me a signed form (Branded Title Disclosure Statement) requested by CO DMV which I did not get from them and I was told that they are not aware of it as a requirement in PA! In this case, I had also to wait at DMV for about 2 hrs until I finally got an email of the signed form from their clerk and thanks god, I did not have to schedule another appointment at DMV!In conclusion, I am very satisfied with the car I bought from them and I will probably come back to them if I need another car but with one condition, they have to assure 100% this time that they have all the required car documents and I wont t take the car without a complete package on hand. Because of this observation, I am giving Feretti Motors ****.

Proud to give the 100th review for Feretti. Test drove a few rams 2 years ago and decided to get the one with a few more options. No negotiation no haggle experience. Gave a great price for a great vehicle. I've since driven my car 70k with no issues other than normal stuff. I'm always checking the site to find my next vehicle.

Feretti Motors is okay but not the greatest when it comes to dealerships. Although I got a great deal on a car I wasn't completely satisfied with the complete deal. Be advised and weary of the quick talking staff before signing your contract. In my view it was all about them getting paid and getting you out the door. As an example: I was told that it had options to get additional warranties however those options were not offered and was not finalize in signing my final contract with them. They also included inspection stickers in my contract but when I got home with my car the inspection stickers were not placed on the window. I called feretti Motors about this issue I was told to bring the car back as it was a mistake on them. However and making plans with them their inspection guy was not available. I was told that I can get the inspection on my own and that they would refund me the money. They did send me a check for the inspection however I ended up paying more getting inspection done on my own and was shorted what I paid for on the contract. Although I'm satisfied with the car wasn't satisfied with the inconvenience and the top off.On a good note they did sell me a nice car and I'm riding happy but feel uneasy of not being completely covered per a extended warranty. Now I have to get these additions on my own. In addition. The place is kind of run-down. it doesn't present that dealership quality atmosphere that you would expect in a Nationwide dealerships. It goes to show what you see is his exactly what you get. Lesson learned.

Bought a 2016 Traverse for my wife, with Russ s help and Dave s.Process was flawless from beginning to end. In and out in about 20mn...Encountered an issue with the AC and rotors. Dave asked to bring the car back so that they could take care of both problems. Within 2 days they resurfaced the rotors and cleaned the AC.It s not easy to find people today that actually stand behind they products as well as service. The Team at Feretti does. Thanks again, we will be back as we have 3 kids that will need cars in the very near future.Luca.

KEEP IN MIND when buying a vehicle here with a salvage or reconstructed title that the factory warranty on that vehicle becomes void!!! I found this out the hard way. I remember asking Ross about this and his answer was misleading, leading me to believe the factory warranty would still be good. Should have done my own research but made the mistake of trusting someone that sells cars which is dumb on my part.

Feretti motors stands behind the cars that they sell. Ross was true to his word and made sure that the car we bought was in 100% working order. Their mechanic(I wish I knew his name) worked so hard to quickly resolve a small, but tricky, issue we had - I am thankful for his persistence and dedication. In my experience, this is an honest and upstanding company that buys damaged cars and fully restores them. What a great business! In the age of the throw-away, disposable everything, I am proud to be the owner of a car that has been expertly repaired and given a second life.

A month ago I purchased a Buick Enclave Avenir. This is the tenth or so car we have purchased from Feretti Motors, but the first we had shipped unseen. It was shipped from Philly to Naples, Fl and met all our expectations and then some. The car had been hit driver's side broadside and even the local Buick dealer couldn't detect any damage from an accident. Dealing with Ross, Karol, and Dave is a great experience. We have nothing but positive comments and recommend anyone to purchase a car from this group.

I bought a truck from this place. The truck was salvaged and costed like a brand new truck. We agreed on the price and I wired the money next day. After I took possession of the truck I asked if the title was available. Ross told me that the title is available, he even sent me a copy of the title. I provided an address where the title needs to be mailed. Ross never mailed the title. I had to wait almost 2 month for a title. I was not able to ship the truck. It was parked at the ship yard. Ship yard told me that I have to pay for storage since I did not provide the title on time. When I asked Ross to take care of the bill he said that he will not pay for anything. He also told me that I am extorting money from him. All I want is for him to take care of the bill that I have to pay because Feretti Motors failed to do their job properly. Stay clear of this place.

We got an awesome Dodge Durango R/T at an awesome price! Dave was great; he explained how and why they do what they do. Sale was simple and smooth. We were able to afford a much nicer vehicle than we thought we could, due to the unique business that Feretti Motors is. I check the site for future possibilities and highly recommend the dealer to friends.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new, to me, Mercedes from Feretti Motors. I was just casually shopping for cars when I decided to stop into Feretti to check out a Mercedes E350. I was greeted by David, a Sales mgr, who introduced me to my sales associate. At first I thought I would try out a Mercedes C-Class, so he pulled one around so that we could test drive it. I could tell right away that the car was too small for me, so I asked if he would mind putting it back and bringing the E 350 around for us to try. I knew that I was being really annoying by asking, but they didn't seem to mind and was very nice about putting the C back and bringing out the E.We took it on a fantastic test drive course, which included highway (I95), open suburban roads, and more densely populated roads. As a result, I got the chance to try out the car in different conditions. Well, I fell in love with the E class, but assumed that the price would be higher than I wanted to spend with minimal discounting. Well, I was wrong. As They worked out the best deal they could give me, I put the identical model of the car into several websites that help to plot the best deals on cars. So I knew the number I would like to be at. right off the bat, offered me the best possible deal on the car. There was no haggling at all. I was shocked that it was so easy and was left with no choice but to let him give me the car of my dreams!I came back the next day to finish the deal and sign the paperwork, and they had the car fully detailed and waiting for me. The paperwork was very easy and made even easier by the very friendly sales manager. They have since called me to check in on the car, which I thought was a nice touch.Feretti really knows how customer service should work, and they continue to impress me.So to make a long story longer, I freaking love my car. I can't take it out anywhere without getting compliments on it, and I couldn't be happier with Feretti Motors.

Quality service! Ross is very down to Earth to and definitely not like your typical car sales man. He is very knowledgeable and the entire staff from mechanics to office staff are wonderful. Best car buying experience I have had!

I worked with David directly on an internet sale. I inquired about a vehicle I was specifically looking for and he told me they had one they were working on that would be ready in the coming weeks. He kept communication the entire time and gave me updates on the car (which I requested a lot of). It was great getting detailed information about the vehicle living out of state. During inspection of the vehicle they did determine a problem with a bearing and replaced it for us which was comforting to know that they so thoroughly went over their vehicles. My wife and I drove to PA when it was ready to pick it up. They had the car detailed and ready to go for us when we got there. We took it for a test drive and purchased the car. Everything went as you would expect for a car purchase. What set Feretti apart was that after driving the vehicle back we had an issue with a bumper that had been repaired by them. They took care of us by offering some compensation for the issue so that we could take care of it ourselves. This is really what makes a company better than another is the service you receive after a sale is done. I will definitely consider them for a future vehicle purchase.

I just bought my 2nd Feretti SUV after a great trouble free experience with my first one. David took good care of me on this purchase, thoroughly and promptly answering all my questions and concerns, even after the sale. It's obvious when looking at the finished vehicles that they employ skilled mechanics and body techs that don't take short cuts when reconstructing the vehicles. On the website they say one of their goals is to make every customer a customer for life...well they have one with me. I will never buy a traditional used car again, it will always be a reconstructed vehicle from Feretti Motors. And I'm proud to share with friends, family and business associates where I got such a sharp vehicle at a very fair price.

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Feretti Motors in November 2019. I had found the Jeep online and called to ask about it. I also was able to haggle the price a bit over the phone. I spoke with Ross during my whole time. He gave me the bottom line on his price, and from there I gave a deposit to hold the Jeep before purchasing it.I flew in from Boston a week later, inspected the Jeep and everything was in order. The Jeep came with one key, a full set of floor mats, a wheel lock set, and no owners manual. I pointed out to Ross that I wish it came with a full tank of gas, and he was surprised when I told him this. He told me to fill it up and send him a picture of the receipt so he could reimburse me. The one part they didn't tell me about before I got there was to have proof of insurance. Once I was able to secure that the process was very smooth. The Jeep has been great with no issues at all. I sent Ross the receipt almost immediately after driving the Jeep away. However, after a week I hadn't gotten anything in the mail. I called Ross and he did confirm the check going out. I eventually did get a check for the gas. I blame it on the postal service and the slow turn-around time during the holidays.I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them in the future.

Purchased a Jeep with a refurbished title in June 2019. The buying process was very quick, painless, and they were helpful even though it is not your typical "dealership experience" as they have a different area of expertise. David C. was very communicative, responsive, and helpful when I asked questions. They accepted my trade in for what I asked with no hesitation which was really awesome. The Jeep came with one key, no mats, and no cargo cover. David C. included a second key at no cost to me (I just had to go to a dealership and get it programmed to my VIN), sent me a cargo cover he found off eBay and I bought Weathertech Mats (which I was going to do anyway). Karol was also very helpful and prompt with her responses but a bit short/rude with her coworkers in front of customers which I found to be unnecessary.I immediately noticed the adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning system was inoperable. I took it to a dealership local to me and they diagnosed the problem. After further coordination with David C., he arranged for a truck to come to me, pick up the Jeep and have it towed back to their shop to fix. When fixed, they also delivered the Jeep back via flatbed tow truck and it worked great. I incurred no expenses, they absorbed the full amount as it was damaged in the accident and should have been repaired before I bought it. They also reimbursed the diagnostic fees from the dealership along with the cost of the rental car. I have since had to replace a front wheel bearing assembly which I believe also should have been replaced due to the accident damage. My overall experience working with David C. at Feretti motors and I would go back given they had something I was interested in buying. I would do a little more work on the front end of the deal to prevent some back and forth but overall was positive and I am happy with my purchase experience.

Purchased a 2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E from Ferretti about a year ago. I held off on my review until I had some significant experience with the vehicle. The truck had about 12k on the odometer at purchase. The Ridgeline looked, inside and out, like a brand new, from the dealer, truck. The upfront buying experience with Ferretti was about as good as it gets. I found the truck online, called Ross Ferretti and got a detailed review of the truck and my questions answered. I arranged for my son in law to look over and test drive the truck since I live about an hour away from Philly . The pricing was excellent and we made the purchase. The truck is and has been running perfectly. The fit and finish is exceptional particularly the paint job. The truck gets about 23mpg with mixed daily driving and 25+ mpg on the highway.Couldn t be happier with my purchase and the buying experience.

I just picked up a Jeep Cherokee for my son and was very pleased with the team at Feretti Motors. I mostly dealt with Ross in the introductory meeting and calls and he was down to earth, honest and a pleasure to work with on the purchase. Additionally Dave helped with the final paperwork and he was equally kind and helpful with the purchase. Overall, I would recommend Feretti to others for a car purchase. The facility isn t all flash, but great service and a great deal on a car. Thanks Ross and Dave!

We recently bought a car from this dealer, it had been in a wreck and came with a reconstructed title which is why it was such a good price. They were upfront and honest about the damage and repairs, and were very easy to negotiate with (no back and forth, we told them out bottom line and they told us theirs). About a week after we got the car the AC stopped working. Honda said it would be $2700 to repair. I called Feretti and not only did they fix the car for free they came and picked it up and brought it back to me since I live out of state. And without me even mentioning it they replaced a center cap on the wheel that happend to be missing. This could have been a disaster and they were wonderful to deal with every step of the way. Karol who does the paper work is an angel. I would absolutely recommend them.Note: As another reviewer mentioned the car only came with one key, no floor mats, and no manual. Is it slightly inconvenient to have to purchase these things after the fact? Sure. Is it a deal breaker? Not even slightly. At the end of the day we were not going to get the price we needed on the vehicle we wanted anywhere else (trust me I looked!) and buying these things later is not the end of the world.

This is not a good dealership. They're unprofessional, and unhelpful. Their hours are unmanageable for anyone with a job and if you call them to come look at a vehicle, they offer no assistance and they come off as annoyed when they answer the phone. They showed ZERO motivation to make a sale, and ZERO motivation to even help to find a suitable vehicle. They seem overall unmotivated to show any sense of customer service, and their office is depressing. If you're shopping for vehicle through a dealership, you can do better at almost any other shop in town.

I enjoyed working with Ross...I received the deal I wanted, and I am very pleased with my new vehicle. Good people with which to do business....highly recommend.Followup 90 days after purchase...We all know that in addition to a fair purchase price, having the peace of mind that the dealership will stand behind the vehicle is very important. During a long road trip over the holidays, my truck reported a cycling ABS Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) fault code. A local dealership in Colorado Springs, quoted an estimate cost of $2100 for repair. I telephoned Ross Feretti and described the environment and stress conditions occurring when the fault reported. Without a moment's hesitation and with calm reassurance, he told me to bring the vehicle into the Service Center immediately upon my return. Applying a systems approach to the ABS system, the root cause was identified and the problem was repaired without unnecessarily replacing the HCU. Thanks to Ross and his professional, competent mechanic, I saved a bundle. How much did Ross save you...says you? $2100...there was no charge...on;y a handshake and an apology for my inconvenience...this car buying experience has been head and shoulders above any in my 40 plus years of buying cars!

A year ago I bought my wife a 2016 Jaguar xjl with only 900 miles on it. I bought it on line with only seeing pictures. I got the car for half the cost of new. The car showed up on a transporter looking just as beautiful as described. It's been a great car and we love it. Our experience w Feretti Motors has been great.

Bought 2014 SRX with 14k miles here after seeing classified ad on Ebay. Paid about 8K less for this car than I would have if bought with a clear title. Car drives like new...BUT...we developed a transmission leak that turned out to come from a cracked transmission housing, that was from the accident that totaled the car. Called and spoke with Dave, our salesman. We drove in 6 hours to buy this car so Dave had to check what would be most cost effective. In the end, Dave had our car picked up and brought back to his business, where they replaced the transmission with one that had 10K miles on it, then had the car delivered back to us. I don't think I could have asked to be treated more fairly than that. BTW, I didn't ask for a rental car, during the week Dave had it, we have several cars. I didn't to cost or ask to cost them any more money. A new transmission for me to have replaced was $6000, a rebuilt one, $4500 and a used one $3500. Thanks to Dave, it didn't cost me a cent. It is a pleasure doing business with someone who will correct an issue that comes up with the car and does the right thing by you.

Bought a 2017 Ram 1500 9/2020. Has a reconstructed title which I was aware of. My only issue was it did not have a inspection or emissions sticker. When I took it in for inspection my mech told me it was a nice truck and good deal. I would go back.

Ross is excellent to work in all aspects of the car buying experience! He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to up-sell us on things we didn't want, he pleasantly worked with us on the price negotiation, and he spent a lot of time with us on both the test drive and at delivery (going over all of the features and controls in great detail, pairing our phones, etc..) We got friendly and informative service throughout the buying process and we got a great deal - what more could you ask for?

We recently purchased a 2017 Acura MDX for this dealership. Very easy process. No haggle negotiations. They have a company that they use loans through and getting approved took 15 minutes and we had our money for the loan the next day. We worked with Ross and he was very professional and honest with us, and answered all of our questions without hesitation. We would use them again for our next purchase! Highly recommend.

Purchased a car for my aunt just over a year ago. The vehicle encountered an issue with a hub bearing, and because it could have been, and I accentuate on could have been, they assisted with some of the monetary cost to repair it. I thought this was very upstanding and commendable.Because of this, when I am looking for my next vehicle they will be one of my first looks. Thank you for your honesty and assistance.

Couple of minor issues when i recieved my vehicle, but the company took care of it for me and did right by me. All in all solid truck and experience. I've had my Ford F150 for a few months now and love it. I'd definitely be open to returning in the future.

Purchased a 2015 bmw 435xi off eBay. Ferrretti motors described the car perfect leaving out no detail. Arrived there and car was fully detailed as it had come off the showroom floor. Car drove as described with no issues, David was even so kind to follow me rental car place to return my rental vehicle. Atomosphere was very casual no pressure to purchase. The purchase was completed in a matter of 20 mins and I was on my way. If I need a car in the near future I will make ferettiotors my first choice, I feel they take the worry out of owning a reconstructed vehicle. Thank you David for all your help and the awesome car
