Great place reasonable prices. And as someone who did not have an appointment and just called and showed up got me out in reasonable time. Great service from everyone on staff and I appreciate all they do. Been coming here often and they do a great job and more importantly ask permission before doing something that was not on there and offer suggestions so great job

Eppie's used tires cost 2.5 times as much as they do at a few North Philly shops like S*****. But who wants to drive to dangerous North Philly? Eppie's has decent service but high prices for everything. They will negotiate on used tires in my experience but not by much.

Believe the 5 star reviews. Don't let the humble digs fool you. Top notch tires, with excellent service and installation at AMAZING PRICES!!Kent and the whole team are the best!! Definitely give Eppie's a try!

Stopped by to get a set of winter tires put on recently. Scott was very helpful over the phone, and the service was done well at a reasonable price. This is a great small business and I d recommend Eppie s to anyone looking for a solid tire shop.

I recently visited Eppies for new tires, an oil change, inspection, and maintenance repair services. I was thoroughly impressed with the amazing work they did. Not only were their prices reasonable, but the level of customer service I experienced was truly exceptional. Eppies is undoubtedly a go-to spot for all your auto needs.

This was the first time I was at this shop, and I was amazed at how well the manager handled an unreasonable customer. The customer came in and showed a picture of his tires and asked can you repair this. Scott, the manager asked for his keys and repaired the leaks. When the repairs were all done the customer said I don t want to pay you, you never gave me a price. The funny thing was he watched the repairs being done and didn t question the price then or say to stop. Eppies was only charging him $30 each to fix 2 rim leaks in 20 inch wheels. I am surprised that Scott did not call the police on the customer, that s how bad the customer was acting. It is Black Friday and the waiting room is packed, I hope others write reviews because I know the customer is going to leave a bad review even though he was wrong. After seeing this customer service Eppies 100% gained my respect and my business.

I ve been coming here for quite some time. Always had a great experience. Never got around to writing a review but the last time I was here my experience was just absolutely amazing Scott I believe who is the owner or is in charge was just fantastic. Super helpful. Super nice. Did everything possible for me? Great company great employees gets the job done fast at a reasonable price highly recommend them to anyone!

I had Eppie's perform a state inspection. Overall I would say two stars because they did inform me that my tail lights were out, which I was not aware of...but that good deed was ruined by their sad attempt to sell rear brake service. They claimed the rear pads and rotors needed to be replaced to comply with inspection standards, however both were replaced the prior year and in excellent condition. I stopped them from completing any work, retrieved my car and went home. I brought it back a few days later and let them know the lights and the brakes were replaced, and they provided me with the inspection stickers. They are stuck in an old and pathetic business model. Go somewhere else.

Eppies tires is the best shop around! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are fair priced for the quality work that they do. They are a little hard to find but worth the search!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR KEYS!! After coming in. This place is a SCAM. Don t let them do the work without knowing the price first. They will overcharge for whatever, even just for checking!!!

Been purchasing tires here since another business moved. Scott and his team are great. They have the best prices and do good work. Friday my tires were low in air and they Iinflated, no charge. This business knows about building goodwill. Thank You.

My tire blew on the freeway and the spare was unsafe so I came in for 1 new tire and a plug; got 2 new tires, and they broke 2 of my my tire sensors. They didn t put on my tires tight enough at all so all I heard was squeaking until I went and did it myself, the Caucasian guy had a cold and was rude and mad that we came in before closing but still took our service (the hours on the door were withered off so I didn t know) then treated us like second hand citizens then told us the price after taking my car back and starting on it after I asked for the prices first before starting .. (oh they don t have a price list on the wall so hopefully they look at you and like you if not good luck) I told them no thanks leave the nail in (got an attitude about that I never heard someone say that before well that s why you ask before you touch someone s car smh) I ll go somewhere else and it was already done after waiting for an almost an hour for a price I bet it was done. Overall terrible experience never coming back, the only plus was the African American guy being understanding and letting me use a plug to charge my phone the Caucasian guy I would leave a 0 if I could.

This service reminded me of my hometown repair shops back in Russia, it is pretty cluttered and appears dirty and old. But do not jump to conclusions. Tech there are friendly and always willing to help with advice. The young kid that helped me with my wheels deserves a mention. (I forgot his name, unfortunately.) Scott, the service writer was brief and on point. No hidden fees, everything was communicated properly. We agreed that I will come exactly a week after I requested service and my service was complete on time.One thing that could have been better is that I gave him two light alloy wheel discs to repair but only one was repairable. I found out about it only at pick up and he agreed to dispose of them at no cost.This whole operation is being run by only 4 people which is astonishing, considering the amount of customers they get.Overall a great experience and I hope things will go uphill for them so that they could declutter, expand their operation and renovate their business. With giants like Amazon and Walmart closing in on the automotive service industry, these small shops that honed in their craft to the level of art are a dying breed that should be cherished and appreciated.

My tire unfortunately blew after running over a large nail on 95. I found this place on the internet and came right over because the reviews were extremely positive. After my experience, I can see why everyone has nothing but positive things to say. The guys were honest, quick to service my vehicle on such short notice, and did a great job. I ended up just replacing all four tires because their price for tires and installation was too great to pass up. I highly recommend this business!

Awful. We got four new tires put on our van a little bit more than a year ago. And we ve had nothing but problems since. Two tires weren t sealed to the rim Correctly so we had to get them resealed. The tires are constantly leaking air. We have to put air in them all the time. Ridiculous! I would never go back to this place again! And neither should you!

Shop squeezed me in last mintue, only waited about 30 mintues and we were out of there, very reasonable priced!!Only thing is the clutter drives my ocd, but it s all guys there. They are so nice! If u ever want help cleaning call me I ll organize it!Thanks guys!
