I wanted to root for these people so bad, but they messed me up twice!! I brought my car in on 6/23/2023 to have my brakes replaced. After the brakes being replaced, there was a burning smell, but I assumed it was the brakes settling in. Two months later, I m back for the drivers side brake to be replaced AGAIN because there was a metal scraping noise coming from the brake. Later that day, the burning smell returned and there s actual SMOKE coming from my driver s side tire. I took my car to the tire shop down the street for an alignment, I m informed my brake hose was never installed. This past Monday, 9/18/2023, a grinding noise and scraping noise occurred and my car would not brake fast enough. I took it to another mechanic who also confirmed the brake hose was not connected. I will not be returning back to Empower Auto. Had my brakes gave out, it would ve been a more serious issue! And all because the job wasn t done right the first TWO times.

Great place... great service and super fast... I loved the quality... the person in charge attended to me promptly and was super attentive... I highly recommend it... and the establishment is in an easily accessible location on Rising Sun... I've already become a customer... it's a shame it closes a little early, but it's great... great... congratulations...
