Took our Isuzu NPR to them for new leaf springs on the front and rear, as well as repairing the exhaust break, they were able to get it all finished for me in a day everything looks great. As a business owner of a delivery service, if we don't have the trucks, we don't make money, so these guys got us back on the road faster than anywhere else quoted us. Got diagnosed with an estimate. They changed an additional $1000 worth of parts without talking to me. Truck still has the same problem along with a bill over $3000. Delaware Valley Truck Service is ABSOLUTELY the BEST! Finally a shop that finds the exact issue and fixes it right the First Time! The tech Jeremiah is incredibly knowledgeable! You've got Nick who's the former owner, still working the floor to provide over 4 decades of knowledge to make sure everything runs smoothly and trucks like mine get out the same day or next day. Not 2 weeks like 90% of other truck shops. They machine everything in house and get custom work done as well. I highly recommend this place. Just make sure you Bob Tail and drop your trailer somewhere else. Makes things a lot easier!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I was picking up a load from in front of their shop at another business I've turned off my truck I went to start it it would not start these guys were totally awesome came out onto the street fixed me up got me rolling great service great bunch of guys had my truck running in minutes i will definitely visit this place again

They give me a firm quote before they start the job and then stay under it.I had a differential blow up. Before any work they told me worst case cost and best case. They kept me updated as cost changed (as they opened and inspected it) and came in under initial estimate even though it was worst case. Took them 3 days do to parts needed and they accept credit cards.A week later a front leaf spring broke on my other truck and they had it repaired by the next morning. They also assisted in diagnosis helping me determine if it was safe to drive or if it needed a tow over phone. Again it matched there estimate.Quality of work is great. Pricing is reasonable and they stay in budget. Speed is great to.

Can't believe the bad reviews on Delaware Valley, I have used them several times over the past 4 to 5 years and have had nothing but fantastic service and pricing from them.They have put leaf springs on a Pete, a Sterling and a Mack for us, they have put a steering box and shaft on a Mack, and they have rebushed the rear suspension on another Mack. Everything was done by the end of day that the truck was dropped off, or the next day. With a small fleet of trucks this kind of service is (nearly) priceless. Having said that, their prices have always been more than fair from what I have seen otherwise.We are very happy to trust them with our trucks.

We have been using Delaware Valley Truck Service for over 35 years and have had nothing but perfect, timely and efficient service every time! We can always depend on getting our trucks in right away and have always been extremely satisfied with their work! There should be more stars to click as 5 are not enough to express how happy we are with their work ! Keep up the great work!!

We brought our pete in for some work back in June almost 7,000 worth I went back because the rear axles didn t look right Delaware valley spring worked on truck with out charging me said just because i had to bring it back and loose a day of work. I thought that was very professional. I found some loose bolts on my truck and took it back . it had nothing to do with previous work so i was looking for a bill they worked on our pete all day replacing bolts and re alining the rears. And checked everything out on the rear of truck. They told me i was ready to go and tossed me the keys . I asked how much the bill was and they replied you spent enough last visit! I was blown away as was my boss, Delaware valley has worked on more than one of our trucks and the work is always top notch if you need your truck fixed right then this is your shop I will not hesitate to recommend Delaware valley to anyone. Great team of guys also everyone was nice and polite

Company does not stand behind their work. No excuse for an exploding driveshaft with correct dimensions. This company's incompetence nearly caused an accident, yet they refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing; much less make good on the damage done to the car. I would not recommend this business to anyone. And yes, I have done business with this company despite their claims to the contrary. They are petty thieves.

This place has been around since the 60'sI respect old things.once they told me that i was comfortable leaving my truck.Staff there are super fast, professional and polite .

Rude, arrogant and not customer service oriented, but work is acceptable unless parts must be ordered. Had to call 6 times to remind them to order the parts and delayed fixing the vehicle. Had our truck serviced there 3 times and each time I sent a different driver and they all stated they were disrespected each time. I will not send our truck there anymore as there is no need to do business with rude people.

Would not recomend for owner operators. These people will ripp off your vallet. They are typical american shop where looking to rape your budget and replace everything before they find a real problem. This place is only good for goverment vehicle and for someone who has unlimited budget $$$, insted of charging of couple hundreds $$$ you will end up of spending a couple thousands $$$ here.

called them this morning to check if they can fix one of my trucks, easy to speak too, my driver got there, had to wait a few (but where won't you wait) but was still out and on the road in 4 hours fixed and the bill for an outside shop was reasonable

Had a broken spring on my Volvo Vnl, the part was in stock, I went 2 hours later than my appointment, they took me anyway and got me outtta there same day.Thank you Sean and Coop

I have worked for a few companys before I started working as a diesel mechanic with delaware valley! I have to SAY i am impressed with the way things are run and the quality work that we bring to our customers. This company cares about us as employees, and I have noticed that every single truck that goes out the door gets double checked to a T BY A LEAD EXPIERIENCED MECHANIC! THE LAST FEW PLACES I HAVE WORKED DIDNT DO THAT. I HAVE BEEN A MECHANIC FOR ALITTLE OVER 10 YEARS. IVE SEEN THEWAY SOME PLACES ARE RAN POORLY. THIS COMPANY IS AS GOOD AS THEY CAN COME.OVERALL THEY CARE ABOUT THERE EMPLOYEES AND CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS IN ANY SITUATION THEY ARE IN. IM GLAD THAT I HAVE FOUND A GREAT PLACE TO WORK, AND GROW APART OF THIS TEAM. THEY HAVE GREAT MECHAINICS THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
