BEEEN GOING HERE FOR OVER 20 YEARS & THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. ANDREW DID THE PAINT JOB ON MY CAR AND WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS LIKE O MY GOD .: WOW WOW IT LOOKED LIKE A NEW CAR. AND CHRISTINA IS SOOOOO NICE & FRIENDLY AND SO IS SCOTT. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS. Andy runs a square-dealing business...most honest mechanic I've ever hired.Christina at the front desk is incredibly straight forward and helpful.The staff is friendly and will answer questions if they have the time- it's a busy shop.Highly recommended by this fellow blue-collar worker!

Andy is da bomb!What jason wrote in his review exactly Andy runs a square-dealing business...most honest mechanic .Christina at the front desk is incredibly straight forward and helpful. The staff is friendly and will answer questions... it's a busy shop because it s a great shop! Very pleasant experience. Good trust there.

This is truly a female friendly, honest and trustworthy shop. I had a leaky windshield that caused water to pool on my floorboards when it rained. Andy explained what was going to be done and gave me an estimate that same day. He even did a thorough inspection to ensure that there were no leaks anywhere else. Pricing is reasonable and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend this shop.

Everyone is so friendly and they genuinely care about you and your vehicle. My Jeep is the first car that I have ever owned so when it comes to cars I have little knowledge on the mechanics and terms of it. All of the employees are always willing to help explain and walk me through what they have done or plan to do within a fair and decent price. I am so grateful to have a place that I know I can trust. Thank you guys for continuing to provide me with such a great service!

Best most hinest body shop around. Ive used them numerous times over the past cple of years as well as referred family members there. They make a bad experience a little better. They handled my entire insurance claim all the way down to the rental car return. Andy is the best there is.

Christine likes to hang up on people. Dropped my car off on Sunday night to be looked at for multiple issues, one of which started after they last did repairs. Christine said they are putting transmission fluid in it now because it was low and or dry. The problem I have is that they took it for a test drive yesterday and they drove it to Bensalem and back today. She hung up the phone on me because she does not have an answer on why my car is being driven around with no transmission fluid in it. She said they took it for a test drive. I have a GPS tracker on my car. The test drive was yesterday. Took it there to have the power steering looked at, oil change, all fluids replaced, head lamp replaced. Last time I brought it to them to have a power steering pump replaced. They took my car apart, established it might be the pump, put it back together and then called me. There was no need when I took it there to have the pump replaced. That made it so they kept my vehicle an extra 2 days. This is BAD BUSINESS!!Update: mechanic called me and said he had to drive my car for 25 minutes today to duplicate the transmission issue to find out there was no transmission fluid in my car. He said he needed to test drive it to find it. I agreed but my car was driven yesterday in their care. He says he doesn t know anything about that. They have driven my car all 3 days they have had it. My note states to replenish ALL fluids. Why didn t they check the fluids before driving it? He hung up on me too. I am most definitely owed an explanation on why they are driving my car to Bensalem and back. I do not consent to using my vehicle for their errands especially when the issues I took it there for, have not been resolved.Time to call BBB!!Update#2 I called and spoke to another mechanic who says my car is only low 2 of 12 quarts of transmission fluid when it was driven.To be continued...

There isn t a better place to go to in this area, or potentially elsewhere. They make you feel like family. They don t try to sell you things you don t need, but will also let you know a time frame of when something may come up (brakes, etc)They re timely, honest, and economic. Never had an issue with their work and honest can t imagine ever going to another place for my car!

My company uses Delaire Auto and has for quite some time to service work trucks. I recently had an issue with my window not going up in my own car. I called delaire Auto and Andy told me to bring the car down. He got my window up until the part was delivered 2 days later. They had me in, and fixed the issue. Its been about a month since the work was done and everything is going well. I am very happy with the job they did and though the price was fair. I would defiantly take my car back to them.

Needed body work done, went to every body shop in the 19020 and 19114 area. By far the best deal and quickest return. Great work, polite staff, honest and fair. I hope I can save the next person the hassle of researching the numerous body shops in the area.

Found these guys on Google, and they accepted my box truck right away, fixed the AC and a quick oil change. Pricing was very fair, and I spent three hours waiting, but the whole time had EXCELLENT conversations with the staff, who couldnt of been more nice, and positive. I actually had fun ! A++

Andy is the main man there. I never worry when I send people to him. I have people ask me all the time where they should take their vehicle for body repairs & I don't hesitate to refer them to Delaire

They said they would junk my vehicle, and when it came time to come get it they had the nerve to ask me if I could bring it in. If I'm junking the vehicle, obviously it doesn't move They really lack common sense
