I had a wonderful experience with this company. I used the old owner for years and was worried at first about the change. They were extremely helpful from the very start and updated me weekly with their estimated time frame. It turned out that my truck was done 3+ weeks early than the date that they quoted me. I will 100% go back there and recommend them to all of my family and friends. My truck looked perfect when completed . They are a great bunch of people. Thanks again!

This place was great, and I would recommend them to all of my friends. I scraped up the front of my car to the point where the bumper was coming off and there was a lot of yellow paint on it. They glued the bumper back on and got all of the yellow paint out in under an hour. All of the employees were incredibly nice and friendly. This place treats their customers very well, and I will definitely be back if I get into a scrape again.

I ve been coming to DeGovanni Collision since a child. I m retired now and still coming back! They are excellent and professional. They kept me up to date with their progress. In fact, they completed the work on my vehicle earlier then they estimated! My car looks brand new! I would recommend them without a doubt! Thank you!

Once I dropped off my truck the front office notified me through phone call and text of the progress of the repair. Immediately the first day I was informed on a forecasted completion day. As progress was made I received a phone call and text on the new closer completion date. My truck was completed almost 4 weeks earlier than expected. Their staff walked me through the repair process and showed me thoroughly the repairs they made in regards to the body and paint. When I received my truck it was washed and cleaned inside and out. Hopefully I wont have to use them again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate. I can only recommend them to anyone that needs a collision expert. The finished product and customer service is by far exceptional!!

My car required extensive work, and even though it took longer than expected due to the challenge of getting parts, the results were excellent. The car is like new and beautiful. The staff was great at keeping me updated on the progress and was incredibly supportive throughout.

I recently had the pleasure of working with DeGovanni for repairs to my Tiguan, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome. From the moment I brought in my car, I was anxious about the color match and the overall repair process. To my delight, not only did they expertly match the vibrant hue of my Tiguan, but the repair work is so seamless that there's absolutely no evidence my car was ever in need of fixing.What truly set DeGovanni apart was their exceptional communication throughout the entire process. The guys at DeGovanni really hit every mark along the way for a quality experience. From the beginning they were very upfront about the potential for parts delays from suppliers and that they would do the best they could to make sure to minimize it. Though realistic about the possibility. Once the repair was started got routine text message updates regarding estimated completion date and if things were continuing to move on time or if anything was changing.In the end they even discovered a couple small routine repairs that were need of attention that we had not looked for in the initial estimate. Went above and beyond to get in touch with the insurance company to authorize the additional repairs and complete it without any added time to the repair completion date. So saved me an additional trip the normal mechanic as well.In the end everything turned out exactly as expected on the timeline predicted with the professionalism throughout. Beyond happy with my experience. Will for sure be returning if any future repairs are needed down the road. My car they worked on is a Honda Civic Hatchback Sport.

I chose this auto body shop in good faith due to the 5 star reviews on the website in addition to the 35+ years of experience listed. Unfortunately, after payment of services rendered, I was directed to my vehicle parked behind a work van towards a fenced lot. My vehicle was completely dirty and riddled with bird droppings. Upon examination of my recently painted vehicle, I noticed a cracked front grill, additional scratches and scuff marks to the driver and passenger side doors. There was old caked up rubbing compound all over the seemingly repaired back bumper, back lights were loose, bumper was loose and gapped in the seems and missing paint on the passenger side of my supposedly repaired and painted bumper. After opening my car and examining the interior, I found rodent droppings and shredded napkins inside my glove compartment. Seemed like a rodent nest. I decided to check my engine area and also found nesting in my engine. I proceeded to address the incident to the shop owner and was treated with complete disregard of the issues and damages found. The shop owner ignored my concerns and after 30+ minutes of waiting a response, the owner told me the only thing he could do is maybe order me another grill. He followed by saying he would call me for any repairs and failed to do so. They charged over $3,000 and gave me the treatment of a pan handler. To whomever decides to bring their vehicle to DiGiovannis for service, think again. This auto body shop does sub par work and dares to exhibit arrogance and standoffish behavior.Services: Installation, Painting, Body & Trim

DeGovanni did an excellent job restoring my car after it was stolen. They meticulously removed glass in doors and painted all scratches and replaced needed parts. It is in perfect condition. I feel as if I just got delivery of a new auto. Most importantly the team at DeGovanni maintains communication via text updates and responds immediately to any questions. Paulo & team were professional and reassuring through this process. I chose them b/c they were on the insurance list & have good reviews. I m happy to add my very good experience & endorsement.

DeGovanni did an amazing job with my car. I was hit and had my bumper ripped off. They told me it was going to be done in December originally. They got it done, and I picked my car up last Saturday. It looks amazing they really did a great job. Paulo and the crew are great. I won't go anywhere else after this.

After reading lots of reviews of local body shops I decided DeGovanni was who I wanted to handle our accident and I am very happy I did. The associates were super communicative and empathetic with us. We got weekly updates via text and/or call. They were transparent and helpful every step of the way. The car looks as good, if not better, than before. The paint is a perfect match too. I would not hesitate to go anywhere but DeGovanni if I ever needed body work done. Great workmanship and customer service.

My car was keyed to the metal from the hood to the rear of car. Degovanni were timely, communicative and transparent throughout the repair process. The car looks brand new and was done on time. Would definitely recommend for paint repair needs!

Extremely helpful - I hope you don't need body work done because of an accident, but they did a great job and my car has never been cleaner. They also buffed out some spots on my hood that were not related to my accident. I have posted a picture. Bear in mind: this car is 14 years old, is parked on the streets of Philadelphia, and DeGovanni's crew made it look great! New bumper, headlight, quarter panel.

They communicated promptly, were friendly and courteous, and did an excellent job. My mother and I are truly grateful for the time and effort that was given from Paulo. He wasn't taking any new work orders because he was already overloaded and short staff. He was very honest about the time it would take to even look at car. Within a week he was able to look at the car (shorter than what we thought). After that, the car was finished little over a month. Paulo kept us updated through the entire process even when a part was being delayed. I would recommend. Thank you again for top, caring service!

They did a fine job on my older car that had been rear-ended. The company worked with the insurance co. that handled the claim, and my car was returned to me fixed -- with a trunk that closed/locked again -- in a timely manner. Do yourselves a favor and go to a different shop. I brought my car in for minor body work and left with $4,000+ worth of damage. Technicians drained oil and didn t replace and also did not bleed the new radiator leading the car to overheat and breakdown on the highway.Manager never took any responsibility.

Recently serviced my truck here after an accident. I've used DeGovanni a couple times in the past and it's always been a great experience. Due to it being an older truck, it wasn't easy to find the parts needed. DeGovanni was nothing but professional throughout and kept in contact through each step of the process to let me know what was going on and keep me in the loop. They did a lot of digging to find the right parts and installed everything perfectly. They were always available to offer advice and feedback when needed. Cannot say enough good things about Paulo and the whole team there. You will not regret using them for any work needed!

I want to thank DeGovanni Collision Experts for their excellent work on my Kia Soul. I had an horrible experience moving from Georgia back to Philadelphia, my car was broken into and stolen. DeGovanni gave me a great welcome back and made my car look like brand new. Even the smallest detail of my car was fixed and I really appreciate that. Degovanni's is a great auto body shop! I have taken my car here several times and they always do a great job. They are also very communicative and inform you of your car's progress each step of the way. They also will check out some small things (for free) if your car is already in the shop.Paulo (the owner) is awesome.
