The folks at Classic Body Worx made our experience a joy. Not only did they make my car whole and beautiful, they fixed little details that I didn't expect. Just fantastic service. We highly recommend Classic!

Repair shops are expensive and when I took my car out of the repair shop I discovered that my car was defective in the area where it had been repaired. The side covers on my car did not integrate with the body because they were installed incorrectly causing damage to the car parts. The repair shop passed the buck and asked me to pay more to replace other parts. I cannot accept their unreasonable demands. When picking up your car from this repair shop, it must be carefully inspected before driving.

They did a great job on my car and are very friendly, they send updates to your phone on your cars status and also give your car back washed and looking like a shiny coin thanks Guys!

We took our 2020 Mercedes to Classic Body Work in May of 2023 for bodywork & paint repair. About a year prior, my wife lost 1 of her 18kt gold diamond earrings down into the seat mechanism that attaches the seatbelt to the seat. I spent hours looking for it but couldn't find it.When we came back to the shop to pick up our vehicle, I was extremely surprised to find my wife's earing sitting in the cup holder. It would have been SO easy when detailing the car for one of the technicians to just take it. There are still some really good people out there! I can't say enough about the excellent experience I had with this wonderful company after my accident. They were truthful & kept me updated on the progress of my car.The staff went above & beyond to make this experience run smoothly. I would recommend them highly.

After cracking my bumper in the recent snow storm we just had, I stopped by Classic this past Thursday and prepaid for a new bumper and they painted it over the weekend. Tuesday morning I stopped by and took them only 30 minutes to replace the old bumper with the new one. I pay great attention to detail and having used other high end body shops, I must say, the paint work is perfect. There is no sign that the bumper was ever replaced or painted. Hats off to whoever painted my bumper ! Hopefully won't need body work done for a while, but if needed, I will go back to Classic !

Awesome job. Pat and the team did a fantastic job of repairing a dent from a hit-and-run - they're quick and efficient, and kept me informed every step of the way. Pat's paint job is superb - the car looks nicer than the day I bought it.

I've been using their services since 2018 and they always do a good job. They have great customer support also. Even you have minor scratches, they will take care of you. Also, their prices are fair and they'll return your vehicle completely detailed and good as new.Service: PaintingService: Painting

This shop Classic Body Worx is amazing! Had some bodywork done by them and they scored an A+ in my book! The job they did on my vehicle was Pristine and professionally done! The repairs to my car were performed completely and in less time than expected. The staff were both efficient and friendly. I have used classic several times over the years and have always been 100 percent satisfied. Their lifetime guaranty on their work is a very comforting feeling. My car was returned clean and looking almost brand new. Their honesty and straightforward talk is appreciated.

I brought in my Genesis G70 for repairs after an accident and the work done was absolutely fantastic. It looks factory new again and all the staff I interacted with were amazing. Everyone was professional, kind, and truly loved cars. I was treated incredibly at this shop. They were very accommodating. They helped arrange a rental car with a nearby Enterprise and got me to work on time. They did a great job on my BMW. It actually looks better now than before it when it went into the shop. They even painted areas that weren't covered by the insurance company because "it was the right thing to do", to do the job properly.I cannot recommend this body shop enough. I had a really good experience that I am proud to share with the public. I would definitely use them again; but hopefully I don't get into an accident in the near future!

Classic Auto Body did an excellent job fixing my car after my accident. They went above and beyond to fix everything that needed to be fixed and more. They did a great job getting me the best price for the work they did. They constantly updated me through a text messaging service that let me know approximately when my car would be finished and when it was about half way done. Joe, the owner, made sure that everything was going well with my car when I got it back. Overall, I felt taken care of and like my car was in really good hands!

I have had the opportunity to use Classic twice in 2013; once after a rear end in February and my car was repaired to my satisfaction; with a lifetime guarantee on the work performed. The work was great and the service was excellent. In May I was rear ended again, so I used Classic again because of their service. Both times I was driven to get my rental car for service and after. My car was returned to me cleaned up and with great repair work. I would definitely recommend their service to all my friends.

I was recently in an accident and my vehicle suffered front end passenger side damage. My insurance company recommended this shop, so I figured I give them a shot. A week later, my vehicle was finished. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it had looked like it was never in an accient. They even detailed inside and outside. I am very pleased with the work, and the quick completion. Very satisfied with their service. Definitely recommend this shop!Thank you guys!

Car was fixed right the first time and done when they estimated it would be. But they actually cared if I was happy and went out of their way to ensure I was! I've recommended them 5 times in the 3 weeks since I picked up my car. Joe and his crew were great!

This is my first evaluation of the services.My language is Portuguese, and I don't speak ENGLISH very well. This company was recommended to me by my insurance (STATE FARM). I got in touch with them and even though I didn't speak the language well, I was treated very well by a lady who answered the phone. I asked to speak to someone who spoke SPANISH and they put me on the phone by a very nice and polite gentleman named FRANCISO. I went to the body shop and he helped me as an interpreter. I was introduced to Mr ERICK who, knowing my limitations with the language, was very respectful and patient with me. I was very impressed with the organization of the place and the staff, all very kind, everything that the client needs to see in a company to know that they are trustworthy. Something caught my attention in the evaluations, I have a degree in Public Relations in my country and I could see that the owner of this company (Mr. JOE), is very good at it. He makes a point of personally responding to all reviews, even the occasional negative ones. This demonstrates your concern to maintain the good image of your company that I imagine conquered with a lot of effort over the years. Now, I will wait to see the result of the SERVICE and make my second evaluation, but as far as I could see, it will also be 5 stars!!!

I took my car into Classic Body Worx to get paint fixed after an accident. The paint looks perfect, but the team went above and beyond. When I got my car back, the outside was clean and the inside was dusted and vacuumed!! The Classic Body Worx team does great work, which is why my whole family brings their cars there. I would HIGHLY recommend Classic Body Worx to anyone who needs to get work done on their vehicle.

first time ever, saw great reviews, went for a bumper cut so my muffler wont drag the ground. my car is dropped, low to the ground. great present, respectful, clean area, got me in and out. this place will be my new partner for my car project...Joe and the crew at classic body worx are cool...

I've been using Classic since they opened their doors about 20 years ago. I have had my own car and my Mom's car fixed there in the last year. I have also recommended Classic to several friends. You can expect nothing but top notch service and repairs from Classic.

Great employees, very personable and friendly! They fixed my car quickly and even deep cleaned before pick up. Was also done ahead of schedule, which was awsome!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for car repairs!

I have had numerous vehicles go through Classic from sports cars to trucks to daily drivers. The results were the same every time, Top Notch. The most recent episode had them repairing my wife's month old car after she was rear ended quite heavily. We got the car back with everything looking as good as it did coming from the showroom.The repair itself is only half of the story though. They have always gone above and beyond service at Classic. I have known Joe for a number of years and he only hires the best. A perfect example of this was the night of the most recent incident. Kenny with CBW towing was first on scene. This was a huge relief because I know immediately that everything would be taken care of. As expected, it was. Kenny's professionalism and compassion allowed me to take care of my wife and not worry a bit about the vehicle.This brings me to my last point. Many reviews have mentioned they have been using Classic for many years as I have. As a local Northeast Philadelphia business they take care of their customers and focus on doing a stellar job. It is our responsibility as residents to reward their commitment to our area and the consumer with our business. The more we, the consumer, rewards businesses investing in our neighborhood, the more they stick around and attract others like them.
