From the moment I walked in until I left the experience was amazing. Actually, from my first phone call it was. Kay received my request and got right back to me. Meeting Penny, was so comforting Then meeting my salesman. Brian, thank you for helping me get my new Rogue. You were awesome. I appreciate your patience explaining every detail to me and helping me with so much more. You went over and beyond for me!I highly recommend your new purchase going there and asking for BRIAN. My experience at Chapman was great. The staff were all nice and my service was done in a timely manner. I did receive a call after my service just to check in. If and when I might need service on my car I will choose Chapman Nissan on Essington Ave.

I have bought a few new vehicles from different dealerships and my experience with the folks at Chapman Nissan on Essington Ave in Philadelphia was by far the best. The salesman I dealt with Sherman Brooks III was excellent to talk to and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He was a true gentleman and professional. And his manager Jim McKenna was very nice as well. And Tina Jenkins, the finance manager who I signed off on all the paperwork with was very nice and informative as well. I stopped in a couple days later and brought in some Philly soft pretzels for them and their coworkers. An all around fine buying experience. Kudos to all of them Regards .Bob Harrison

I love that I was contacted by customer service to remind me that my inspection was due. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. They found and fixed a broken strut, completed the inspection along with an oil change and sent us on our way in a timely fashion. The customer service was excellent and they went above expectations when it was discovered that our insurance card was expired. They contacted the insurance company, got our current information and printed a new card for us! Everything was simple and smooth with the system of texting me a video link of the inspection and showing me the problems remotely. It was wonderful to be able to handle everything from work. As usual, they did an excellent job! I ve been using these guys since I moved here in 2019 and really appreciate having a place I can trust to take good care of me and my truck!

We came back to renew a new lease. We were pleased with Santos Laureano the first time, so I decided to speak with him again. He gave the perfect advice on looking forward with new leases. We re very happy with our choice. We ll be back next time

Usually i feel like the personnel are trying to squeeze as much money out of you than necessary. However, this visit . was a good one. Dwayne was friendly, approachable and a good listener. He explained in detail without judgement what my car (other than an oil change) required.

Service was professional and quick at Chapman Nissan. From appointment to driving in for service to be undertaken, it was a total great experience. Dealerships overcharge for service and repairs, otherwise, it is the best place to get experience and professional service, repairs and maintenance done. I will certainly be taking my car in to Chapman whenever needed.

Just had my Rogue Sport serviced at Chapman Nissan, and I'm thrilled with the experience. Booking was a breeze, and everyone's friendly attitude made me feel welcome.Dwayne's knowledge about my Rogue Sport was impressive. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and answered all my questions. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about making customers happy.During the service, Dwayne kept me updated on what was happening and gave some useful tips for keeping my car in top shape. The work was done on time, and my Rogue Sport came back looking and running great.Overall, Chapman Nissan, and especially Dwayne, went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

We really needed our car for work the next day and was told it would mostly likely be done by 2pm as it was just recalls, but ended up having to have them keep the car till the next day. We dropped the car off at 10am. The inconvenience sucked I understand that they could have been busy and communication wasn t great but I didn t receive a call to be know it wouldn t be ready till next day! We called at 4:30pm close to closing time to see if the car was ready, just to be told it was wasn t ready..We also found a dirty used napkin in the cars glove box! Crazy.. Never had problems taking my Rogue here in the past. What s going on?

Worked with Steven and he did an excellent job helping us. They quickly figured out what was wrong with my car and fixed it with a turn around time less than 24 hours for a big job. Great customer service with complementary Uber rides to and from. One area for improvement is the two page invoice which is pretty complicated to interpret.

Inside the showroom, Christmas songs were playing. It was bright & sunny and everyone had a smile. Really! I love going to Chapman Nissan to have my Rogue serviced. The work is always first class, & the staff are so friendly. Before I knew it I was ready to go. Great experience! Really!

I had my Altima serviced this past week and it was a wonderful experience. My service technician Danny was very helpful from start to finish, He provided transportation to and from the dealership then explained the diagnostic of my car and ensured I understood. Overall the entire staff was very friendly and efficient. Great service !

It was the best experience.they help me trade my busted down 08 Nissan Altima for an upgrade 2017 Nissan rouge.customer service was amazing. They actually took the time to make sure this is what I wanted to do and explained every little detail of the trade.and my trade was the best choice I EVER made thanks James!! And Chapman Nissan!!!

Daniel Ricciardi Assist. Serv. Mgr. CAN NOT ADD!! Please see the photo below look on the blue sticky, he has $761.25+$520.00 = $1133.85 and on the green sticky it states, "customer balance $613.85. He tried to embarrass in front of his peers and other customers. Speaking to me in condescending way telling me I need to learn how to add because I told him I was over charged $147.40. He said Ms. Cobia if you take $520.00 from $1133.85 what do you get, you get $761.25. And he is an Assist. Mgr!!! So, his co-worker rang me out for $761.25. I pulled up my calculator and should her the math is wrong, but based on the invoice, the sticky notes and what Daniel said my balance would be when we spoke on 2/2/24. She agreed with that I was due a credit of $147.40, she TRIED to explain to him that he was wrong and he shut her down. I asked him to explain to me how he got $1133.85 he said fine I will. Now pay attention Ms. Cobia, here is the invoice NOW we charged this amount here, NOW if you do 4x4 what do you get, are you paying attention Ms. Cobia or taking pictures off the invoice for your lawyer. Daniel started to turn red, raising his voice and another employee came to him and said Mark said, just give her what she wants and get her out of here! Mark the service manager is horrible as well, I called him last week with a complaint, left a message and he has yet to return my call. I spoke with corporate and they advised me to speak with Mark. AND even during the commotion Mark did NOT come out to see what was going on, he sent his employee, very poor management. So, Daniel told me to give him my credit for the credit with an anger tone and reached for my credit card, the way he reached for my card it appeared he was going to snatch it. I said you better not snatch my card. He stood there for abt 30 sec turning red, tucking his lips, he was angry. Then he said I won't touch your card follow me. He had the cashier refund me my $147.40.All of this started because they had my car for over a week. I ws tld the diagnostic fee would be $175.00, then received a call frm Daniel stating the need to due further diagnostic and it would cost $700.00. I was told what the problem and was told to call corporate to see if they would cover the cost, because my issue was caused by the negligence by another Nissan dealership. The corporate would not assist directed me to Mark the service mngr for assistance, I clled left him a message and he never called me back. I clled for him a few times I was told each time in was in a meeting. I clled Daniel bck advised corp is not assisting with the cost. He said I had to pay for the part upfront before they would order it. I pd for the part and was told it was order on a Monday. Wed I called Daniel he said it would take 3-5 days for the part to come and it was coming from Tennessee. Called back Thurs spk with Paul in the parts depart. who was very rude when I asked if the part in, he said "what were you already told" refused to give me his manager. I spoke with Daniel he said the part was ordered on Tuesday and it's coming from Philly 15 mins away!! I said you won't give me a loaner, I have expressed to you I am with out a car and need to get to work. You couldn't have sent have sent someone to pick it up? Heck I would have caught and an Uber to get the part. Daniel said no that is not something we do. He said Ms. Cobia this your 1st time here, you are not a customer of ours so we are not going to go that extra mile.I did say to him I feel like he's being like this to me because I'm black. Then he said come get your car we will refund you for the part. He said they were getting the part from a JUNK YARD and its a possibility the part may not work. I honestly don't think the part was ever ordered.The place is literally 15 minutes away and its taking over a week to arrive!I clled Firestone. Spk ith Nick said he can have the part I need in an hour! Dropped my car of at 3pm they clled me at 4:24pm car was ready less than 90 mins and Nissan said it was a 4.5 hr job. RIP_OFFs!!

Everyone, particularly Brian Cargal, was helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions and spent a lot of time with us.Update: In checking out the Leaf we leased, we found extensive mold under the cover of the trunk in the back. The underneath of the cover had absorbed water from somewhere and was soaked.The surface below it had grown four colors of mold. We returned it immediately that Saturday. We asked for a loaner until the issue could be resolved or the car replaced. No loaner was to be found and we were not offered any other form of transportation except a Lyft home. A few days later, the mechanics found that a seal had not been put on in the factory. They fixed the seal and replaced the wet cover and cleaned the mold promptly. However, being without a car meant I missed a medical appointment, and we were stranded for four days without our brand new car or a loaner. A few loaners would be a big improvement.

The service experience started on a great note, even when we called to let them know we were stuck in traffic. The service rep answering the call was so understanding and pleasant. Upon arrival we were met with a kind, smiling associate with a good since of humor. We were amazed how quickly to work was done. We were very pleased on how we were treated. Thank you.

I did not get any work done I left because they cannot tell me if the part that was acting up was under my warranty Then told me I d have to pay a couple hundred dollar diagnostic fee. If it s covered under warranty Then I would get it back, but if it wasn t, it would go towards the work then basically told me that the brake sensor would be covered if it was a mechanical issue, but then double backed and said, but then again, a rock flying up from the ground while you re driving, could cause the same malfunction and that would not be covered. basically no matter what was wrong with it they could always used at a rock bounced up in front of my front grill and damage to sensor so therefore my insurance will not cover it

I was there for 2 hours for a recall of my key. Extra things that were done with the expectations that i was going to buy additional services. When my key was done, i was there additional time becuase my car was blocked in the garage. I made my appointment for 8am and the mechanics were not in when i arrived. In turn, I was an hour late for my next event. Jahaira was amazing tho. She was very patient and responsive with me.
