Great spot! Called in to get a rough time of how long my tire service would take and spoke with Alex who provided me with an estimated time frame. Clean shop with great team and exceptional service. They re great with checking in on their customers letting them know how their vehicle is doing. 10/10 recommend

Tires? Maybe.Other kind of repairs? Never ever! They don t own their mistakes. So pathetic. I had to pay twice for repairs + damages they caused at the other shop.Think twice before even calling them.

I had a tire blow out and went to this place. The workshop just opened up and he got out me out in 34mins. I would recommend this workshop for quick fixes

Booked a wheel alignment at 8am. Came almost an hour late. Didnt hassle me or anything. Professional ppl. Got me in and out in 10-20 mins.

They don't know nothing about business and customer service.I drop my car for estimate when I told them what goving on with my car they told me they tried to fix it. I told them nobody asked you fix the car I just asked them to give me estimate, they told me I need pay 500$ dollars for the time or they not goving to give me my car. They lost my car keys. And same parts under the car and use wire to hold everything together.When I asked them about missing parts they told me they don't know nothing about that.It worst Experience I ever have.I'm not recommending no-one to go there . 0 star they waist my time and money now I need to go and spend more money so I can buy missing parts.Worst experience ever!!!

They initially gave me a price of $650 for parts and labor. He said the part is expensive but the job is about $125. I asked what if i get the part myself and he said well itll only be about $125. I said ok I ll get the part and come in. He said call before you come. I called today to have the job done and confirm the price. A woman said he forgot what he quoted me but he would get back to me. He calls back now saying the price is $250 for the labor trying to get over on me, then asking me if you already knew the price why are you asking again my question is, if you gave me one price this day why go up the next? An honest company would never!! These people are get overs and if you have a nice car they will over charge you! Then he refused to do the job because he got caught trying to scam me!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Brought my car in knowing it needed A LOT of work. They got it all done in one day at a excellent price, and cheaper than what they initially told me because it needed less work than they thought when they could have easily just kept the original price. They even replaced my headlight bulb for free because they saw it was out after they told me the car was ready, and they even cleaned my tires for free. They were very friendly and professional and made sure to explain everything they did to my car. Definitely going back, and recommending to everyone i know.

Deeply disappointed with Carlos tires. I used to bring my car in about 2 years ago and it was excellent service. When I got a new car I brought it in and they are not the same. They didn't repair a few things that I had to bring it back in for. It took them all day to repair their mistake. Never going back. They used to be good 3 years ago but now they are not. They lost another customer.

Carlo' s one of the best have been going to this place for over 20 year's now still the best price the other day towed my dad's truck in...we had no idea what happened had it fixed less then $100 thanks Carlo from rihzi..."V" ...your the best

They are very nice and not out to rip you off. One example was when they fixed my key for a few dollars after the dealership told me it would cost $50 a key. I use them all the time.

Really impressed by the service here. I came in from out of town and my car had a flat. The store was obviously busy but they squeezed me in and got me in and out in an hour. Great customer service, great work done.

Be Aware: This place is under a formal investigation for FRAUD. Do not leave valuables in your car at any time. There are several rumors of substance abuse by staff which is horrific since he fixes cars! My family fell victim to a very dark person. His attitude will change quickly and his instability of keeping his word is not to be trusted. If you bring the car in he will do the work and charge you even though you just asked for an estimate. If you don t pay him he will not give your car back. Worst of all, he will take full advantage of old people. Do not come here. You will be very unhappy.

We have gone to Carlo's for a few years now with a few different cars. I've taken a 30 year old car and a brand new one to Carlo's for different services and every time have had excellent experiences! Prices are reasonable. They are honest and friendly. Carlo himself has fixed quick issues for free at times when he could've taken my money and done unnecessary services. Bottom line, I won't go anywhere else.

I was referred to this place from a bunch of friends in the car scene. Called this morning about an alignment for my car. Told me to come on in. Soon as i got there they pulled it in right away did a full legit alignment. Arthur went over the before and after specs print out thoroughly. Being a car enthusiast it means a lot when the technician is knowledgeable and up front about the adjustments. Cant get that type of honest service everywhere. This place is awesome! Thanks again!

This place was recommended by my neighbor. She's in her 90s. Carlo actually came out to her house to look at her car. Talk about customer service. Stay away from the dealership and the chain shops. Good, friendly service. And most important, honest. This is my go to auto mechanic now. Thank you Carlo

Great people and great work. Arthur knows what he's doing and is a guy to trust. I've taken my 2016 GT here the last two times I've needed service and the work was top notch. They even went above and beyond by cleaning the wheels and offering to run out to buy parts they don't stock for same-day install. I'd have regular maintenance done and high performance work without thinking twice.

It is very rare to see an auto repair business with so many great reviews but after a family member suggested I take my vehicle, which sat in a impound lot for a year, to Carlo's Auto Repair Inc, I saw firsthand why all the reviews were so great. The employees and owner went beyond a run of the mill "garage". They checked my Civic from top to bottom and fixed everything that needed to be fixed without charging me for the minor "screw tightening". Their prices are not competitive because they charge a lot less than any other auto repair service for a lot more work. If your car is acting up, go to Carlos. You will not be disappointed and will not leave broke. I just wish I could give them more than 5 review. Thanks everyone at Carlos Auto Repair Inc.

I have been going to Carlo's for more than 11 years. anything from my Nissan to Mercedes to my new Porsche. Over the years, Carlos and his team has taken great care of my cars. even though I have moved further, I still make the trip to bring my cars to the only trusted repair person I know. Prices are good and job is done right every time.

I've been going to Carl's tire shop for years. Spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars there. Went to them when they didn't even spoke English trying to support foreign business and local business. I just went there to put air in my tire and they wanted to charge me $10. I would have never bothered them but the Wawa is always broke. After I told them that Walmart was free and that they lost a customer I want to go speak to Carl about $10 to put air in a tire and he said that's absolutely right. I guess now that they're so big they don't care about the local people that help them get their start in their community I went down the street to the local discount tires who happily helped me for free as they should

With no warning, my work truck brakes needed replacement. Since my vehicle is oversized, every repair shop said 2 weeks and big money. A referral sent me to Carlo's. He saw that without this truck fixed, I couldn't work. They got my truck in and new brakes on in minutes, with the owner actually helping. Then, when all done, the price was so reasonable. They didn't take advantage, they were honest.
