Bill is VERY honest and upfront with his customers. He replaced the torque converter in my grand caravan at 98,000 miles, confirmed no other damage was done to the trans and made other care recommendation for an older vehicle. Highly recommend him for any repair jobs.

Bill you were not honest with me. Your communication was not great. you spoke very well of what you knew to be the issue just to get my vehicle in and you did not make it top priority. I waited almost a wk for a job that you said was only suppose to take 1 day. You fixed one issue which was the most expensive and not the other which only would have take 30 mins according to u. You continued to blow me off when i came back to you about the 30 min job. But The job will finally get done. Properly. May you receivw this mesaage to get better at what needs improvement. If not i feel for your customers.

Beware of Bill's Best Choice; in late 2011 I purchased a rebuilt transmission for a 2004 Explorer. 30,000 miles later the transmission was completely burned out. The hard gears, bands, pump; the unit was a burned out a complete burn out. Bill offered no explanation why his work did not last more than 30000 miles of normal uses. Ammco transmission rebuilt the next unit. I purchased a two year warranty, so far so good. Bill's Best Choice transmission cost me closed to $2,600. Ammco was slightly less, beware of Bill. I challenge Bill he did not rebuild my transmission.A one star is extremely generous

I love Bill he is very reasonable and honest he is the best when I had my Cadillac I didn't take it to nobody but him if its nothing wrong with your car he will tell you that he fixed my other truck be4 that and it ran like a new vehicle off the Lot i luv Bill he is the best....

Bad service. They some racists. Overheard them talkin some racist ish when i walked in. Obviously they shhh up when i walked in. Thats when i knew im not gettin work done there. Plus i asked them to do one thing and he didnt and still tried to charge me. Just know if u not white dont go there. They will treat u like ish or take advantage.

Brought him a trans to overhaul. He did a horrible job, leaked like crazy after install. He said he needed the truck and charged me again to fix his mistakes. I will never go here again or recommend anyone

I'd give him 0 stars if I could. The man had our car for over *3 months* and didn't fix the issues. Over $4,000 and we had to take it somewhere else in the end. Very disappointing.

DO NOT GO HERE. HE'S RACIST. he sabotaged my car. He drained all the fluid out of my transmission

The worst service from the owner Bill very rude wouldn't recommend he over charges you and he doesn't know his work I am mad I can't leave a thumbs down #HusbandsworsetChoice
