INSURANCE SCAMMERS. This is without a doubt the worst shop, terrible customer service, terrible quality, my car got broken into and South Philly towing recommended this place and I didn t have time to pick a place I actually wanted my car to go because it was parked in a place where cars had to move by 7am, the car took 4 weeks to repair the window and steering column, upon return, they reused the damaged steering column, super glued together so there is always a glue smell in my car, there are white specs of compound all over my car, in between trim, on door handles, 2 dots of super glue on each new key they gave me, called to have my car looked at again, drove in they told me it wasn t a good day and to bring it back another time, this HAPPENED 2 TIMES TO ME, a worker made my appointment for a Saturday when they don t even repair cars, so they made me waste money on calling and Uber just to drive home in my own car, this will be my 4th visit back to have them correctly fix my car or I m going to take it up another level and because how you repaired my car is actually illegal. And the lack of care you take to fix an issue that YOUR SHOP CAUSED is ridiculous DO NOT COME TO THIS TERRIBLE SHOP.

Must say the communication with the owner was terrible. One word answers. Never calls back. But, on to the guys in the shop Ricky Riccardo is the man he did an excellent job on my 2016 Ford focus. I would use again and recommend. If it wasn't for the lack of communication I would give 5 star rating. So, have to give a 4.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

CON ARTISTS! Paid them to replace my front axle but they returned the car without even touching it. I complained, but I guess the owner thinks a pregnant woman can be easily manipulated.My insurance company had to go to the shop and directly point out that it was the same axle as before. That s the only reason they ended up replacing it.Trust me, take your business elsewhere.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! INCOMPLETE AND SLOPPY JOB!!! Ricardo gave me an estimated of 2 weeks for the repair of my car. It was extended up to 5 weeks with lacking communication. Unfortunately I've paid $4,300 in cash before I've examined my car. Paint job was done with noticeable flaws and partially incomplete. The black vinyl on the outer part of the rear passenger window is damaged. Most importantly the door is not able completely seal. Causing water to slightly sip through whenever there's rain. My advice to you is to STAY AWAY FROM BASIL'S AUTO BODY SHOP, if you don't want sleepless nights.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely love the work done on my Hyundai Sonata! My car looks brand new! You cannot tell it was ever damaged. Replaced my entire driver side and bumper. Sean and staff at the shop provided excellent customer service and had my car finished by the date i asked.Would highly reccommend if you want great service at a great price.

As a customer, I'm not rating this business. It doesn't deserve one star. Unfortunately, I had to give it one star to post my experience.This shop maybe good for minor repairs but if you have signigicant damage to your vehicle don't take it to this place. I took my brand new 2015 Honda Civic and they repaired it as if was a 2007. My door had severe damage and instead of calling my adjuster for more repairs to be done. They neglected the inside of my car door by using duct tape and electrical wiring. Thank God Honda was able to go over the work and fix it. I wouldn't trust this company for major work to be completed. My only source of customer service came from the Mexican workers that actually did work on my car. I came out of pocket an additional $500 for it to be fixed. They are dishonest and very arrogant people to work with. I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else.

RUN AWAY!!!My car has less than 70K miles. But the people at Basils turned it into a death trap!It used to be run by a guy named Basil who was a solid citizen. It has since been bought out by an inferior service co.Last time they fixed my car a bunch of things fell off after I got the car and I had to take it back.But that is not the reason that I am posting a 1 star review.My car also had mechanical damage which was not fixed correctly.BY NOT FIXING MY CAR RIGHT THEY PUT MY FAMILY'S LIFE IN DANGER.6 months after they "Fixed it" I had to get the same work done all over again somewhere else to the tune of $1800. All the stuff that holds the 2 front tires in place was a hair away from falling apart!I EMAILED THEM. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME.This is what I had to have redone...STEERING & SUSPENSIONINNER PART THAT THE INNER TIE ROD END GOES INTORACK & PINIONREMOVE & REPLACE STEERING GEAR (COMPLETE)TIE ROD END LHTIE ROD END RHBUSHING TORNLOWER CONTROL ARMREMOVE & REPLACE F CONTROL ARM - LOWER,BOTHSTEERING & SUSPENSION 2 01535-621 LOWER BALL JOINTMy car still has issues/repairs that have to be redone, so at this point I am trading it in.

Had to have the back door on my Acura RDX replaced due to some challenges with the door that made it not seal properly; while the door locked, the air gap was sufficient to allow rain, snow and air to enter the cabin. (this was a "used" 2105 vehicle).......The team was polite, comprehensive in explaining what needed to be done and why, and then managed to locate a used door that reduced the cost of replacement by a substantial amount.Frankly, the door and lock work better than it did when I bought this "slightly used" vehicle... and, the work was done in a timely way.I had used this shop more than a decade ago for some body work... glad to see that they have maintained a substantive level of quality work.

Went to a few places for a reasonable quote on my Toyota Prius and Basil's shop was the only shop in town that was reasonable. I expected body work to be done in a week, perhaps even longer ... his response to me was that he'd have the car finished in a few days. Additionally, Basil was a great communicator providing updates with the car's progress.

Basil's did outstanding work on my Acura. Looks like new, was completed in under 2 days with very little wait time, and came in at or below anyplace else in terms of costs. Have already recommended this place to friends.

Fantastic job on fixing the entire front damages of my bf's vehicle. Looks like a brand new car. Outstanding customer service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended. I'm definitely going to refer all my friends and family here.

One of the staff there an asian guy is rude and arrogant, I just asked him if they can fix touch up paint on my car a small crack paint. He said I have to bring my car to the manicure nail salon to touch up my car cracked paint. I dont like this shop they talk thrash and nonsense. They dont respect the customer. I don't recommend this shop!
