This 5 star review pertains specifically to Abe, who is an employee at this location. I visited the store to purchase a replacement battery and have it installed, as the latter is an included service. When other employees in the store displayed reluctance to assist due to the weather, Abe stepped in without hesitation, did his due diligence and completed the installation on his own. He was not only efficient, but respectful, and he went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right. I appreciate his assistance, and hope this note leads to Abe receiving recognition for his work ethic.

Came in tonight to get my battery checked and was greeted and helped instantly by Michael. I called before hand to ask if the machine was working and he was the one who answered the phone as well. He was respectful attentive and efficient. My battery did turn up bad and although I had second thoughts about getting it replaced right then and there due to his customer service I decided to go through with Thank you!!

Picked up a headlight the other day I asked for help I m a senior citizen and they said there s only two she can t help but they could help a female and a younger gentleman of color. Two days later my lightbulb burn out they gave me my lightbulb I asked for help, not mechanics wait for the manager you put down they can help people when they only choose who they want to help and who they don t

I had an exceptional experience with an AutoZone employee (Jorge) recently. His extensive knowledge about car parts and genuine willingness to help went above and beyond. He took the time to explain and guide me through the options, ensuring I left with the right product. His outstanding customer service has made me a loyal AutoZone customer.

I have been going to Oxford Ave AutoZone for the last couple of years and just want to say how helpful Abe is. He always goes out of his way to help customers as well as helping his team members. He is very friendly & knowledgeable. Abe help me out today with the right lightbulbs and he & Vicky replaced them for me. They were both pleasant and expressed excellent customer service. I will continue to shop at the Oxford AutoZone.

Bad experience I had a woman from the site playing on my phone harassing me then I called the manager to ask her to look up who called me at 10:42 am April the 13th she said she couldn t do it. Unprofessional!

Posting on behalf of my mother:I had an outstanding experience with Danny at AutoZone on Oxford Ave. He went above and beyond to help me change my taillights, even though it was raining and dark outside. Despite encountering stripped screws, Danny's determination and expertise shone through as he successfully completed the job. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly impressed me, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. While there are days where certain employees work and act like they can t help you because they are busy talking behind the counter, there are days like today ! I got great customer service . This location had exactly what I needed and they helped me find it. They made great suggestions on how to go about using the part . Won t let some employees stop me from coming here because those who were in today, specifically Corey (I think is his name) provided excellent customer service and helped me save a couple dollars !

Dont buy air freshener on the right wall when you walk in. lot of those are old it lost its scents. So i made a complain about that to big fat dude with bruises like darkened face goes like whajuwanmedudo with little smirk. He doesnt care as long as he getting paid to afford big mac meal

This was the cleanest and the most organized auto zones I ve ever been to! Also, the best customer service I ve had in an auto zone. Mike B was incredible! He had great energy and made sure I got just what I asked for! A gem of a location! (I don t ever leave reviews!!!! However, this experience was worth one!)-JH

Came in and asked for a free scanning on a check engine light. Worker made me wait 20 minutes while he continued to check customers out who came in after me, Each time telling me I'll be right with you. I walked out. They just lost a long time customer.

Jacob O was extremely patient with me and also explained how the brake warranty worked even after I was confused he explained himself again so I could fully understand. He also didn t rush me or anything even when I was holding up the line because I couldn t find my correct car any question I had he explained it to the fullest and made it easier for me to understand. 5/5 experience

Great customer service! As soon as I walked in I felt like Veronica looked at me and said let me make her day! Lol seriously She made my day! My car was sitting outside my house for weeks because I didn t feel like going to the dealership and getting charged for something so small.When I walked in she asked if I needed help and I told her I wanted to get my battery checked she said sure I ll be right out. She was out in less than a minute. Veronica checked my battery & told me what I needed. She told me the difference between the long lasting batteries and the cheap ones. She sold me on the higher price battery. She offered to install it for me and she was quick. She was very knowledgeable, happy to help and like I said she made my day! Thanks so much again Veronica. I ll definitely refer my family and friends.

Unexpectedly had an issue with a part that I had to return while I was there I requested some information about a battery that I purchased prior. I want to say that an asset to the manager is Ms Veronica a 23 year old young lady who was able to take care of my return of a starter and then when I inquired about the battery she came out to look at the battery and say yeah I have no problems let's switch it out for you after she looked on the computer to see that I was eligible for a swap. It doesn't stop there then this young lady brought a battery to my vehicle took out the old one and installed the new one. Kudos to the managers for having such an experience young lady who is the epitome of customer service to the public. Five stars all the way in AAA plus plus!

I don t normally leave reviews but I wanted to inform you that autozone on Oxford Ave is the place to go to for good customer service. Jorge was really awesome with helping me trying to figure out what the codes meant after diagnostic was read on my car. He suggested that I may have just needed some transmission fluid and he was kind enough to help me add the transmission fluid into my car. He was a super friendly, and kindhearted young man. If you want the best customer service, Autozone on Oxford Ave is the place for you!

You know i always loved auto zone since the early 90s, counter people use to have tons of knowledge about cars and parts. I feel like they have lowered there standards or there not training folks like they use to. And its not just Auto zone, seems like every parts company is going the same direction. company pride is out the window.

I've lived around the corner from this Autozone my entire life and they always come through during emergencies. Today, I need a flat head screw driver. I couldn't find the one I was looking for, but Mr. Martinez, the cashier, helped me find one. The one I picked up was the biggest one they had and the only one they had. He was so sweet and answered every question I had. Usually the customer service can be a hit or miss at auto parts stores, but Mr. Martinez made my day.

Michael Brady helped me out on my visit and the service was great. I left very satisfied and educated on the problem I was having. The staff in general in this Autozone seem to be very helpful and always provide excellent service

I call the store I purchase quite. A? Bit of break. Parts? And roaders for several vehicles in our Fleet I lost a receipt.Do the someone stealing my brief case? Yes. Call to ask for copies of the receipts and I found that it's very difficult to get a copy of the receipt even though they have myself number. Are the ports that I bought? Are parts to have lifetime guarantees on them? Which are breakfast and 2 years for roaders? Find it very very difficult and very disappointing I can't get a receipt.A reprint

Extremely poor customer service. Stood there for over 5 minutes. 3 associates there and not one word of acknowledgement. Understood one associate was with a customer.One associate came directly in front of me and never spoke a word. Looked up info and walked away. Next associate decided it was time to help. But not me the next customer. HIM the next MALE customer was greeted and immediately taken care of. The associate that finished with his customer saw me walk away in frustration. He yelled..."hey you don't want this oil?" Yeah did I mention the lack of professionalism?I turn back for the oil...he states the associate that looked me in the eye was off the clock and he tried to get the other one's attention but I had an attitude. What a joke. So it's my fault? I told him an acknowledgement went a long way....well that wasn't received well.Will not return. Not worth the hassle and it's definitely shown that male customers are preferred
