Date: 4/3/23 8:38 PMCSR# 39If I could give this place ZERO stars I would!! I called ahead to see if there was someone there to change a battery. Female employee stated that they were short staffed and told me to come in the next day. I still went to the store to pick up the battery and there was more than enough employees sitting around chitchatting. Female employee (the same one I spoke to on the phone) with extremely long nails did not feel like doing her job. We were at the register and she never greeted us to help. She just stared as us until we asked someone to help us find the correct battery for my car. She was telling another employee to grab it for her since she had her long nails done and couldn t carry it. I was baffled. Why in the world did they hire this young lady who does not want to do a simple job!!!! I left with the battery and learned to install it myself. Do not recommend this location at all until they get new employees.

This place needs zero stars. Do not buy anything from autozone. I purchased a battery and I am disabled and waited in my van while my caregiver went in to purchase it. He had my phone with the picture of the battery I wondered which was $69. They sold him a $219 battery instead of what I wanted. They sold him a battery that was too small to handle The extra equipment on my handicapped van so I had to have it Jump started twice since they did this. Then the genius behind the counter installed the battery in reverse polarity, which fried the electrical system. And they refuse to do anything to repair it. The managers don't help me . The regional and district managers don't answer their emails. So I'm having no choice now. Except to retain an attorney and sue.. If they're too stupid to put my battery into a vehicle. How can you trust them to give you the proper parts? It's not safe to buy anything from autozone. Who knows what they're selling you or if it's actually for your vehicle.

A bunch of disrespectful, young, brainless, close-minded little kids working here!!!!!! I called for a part that they SAID THEY HAVE, made me take 2 buses, upon arrival I don t think we have it (with no apologies) Asks manager If we don t have it we don t have it Worst customer service I ever seen Probably hire kids off the street!!!!

The Store manager and Lil I believe is who helped me. They did an amazing job. Also I don t remember the guy who helped me at the register but he was amazing as well. I always have a great experience when I go to this location in this area. They even installed my battery right there for me.Great job guys

Sunday afternoon at 6pm, we are several states away from home when we start seeing our engine light start flashing and our traction control light was on. Not a good situation to say the least...We came to AutoZone for their engine light testing and some guidance on our vehicle. Sunday afternoon is the worst time for a vehicle issue but I have to say, the service, care, and attention we received here was truly exceptional. Top notch customer service. Leo was remarkable; extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. It was truly a blessing he was there. The general manager Carlos was great too. We were put in connection with a mechanic who fixed our issue promptly and enabled us to get home!!!!!!!! It was amazing. We are forever grateful for the staff here. Leo, the general manager Carlos and the speedy hero of the evening whose name I did not get - thank you thank you thank you!We're happy to say we learned a lot on proper vehicle maintenance and routine procedures.

My AutoZone experience improves almost every time I'm assisted by The managers Leo and Carlos. The two of them have mastered professionalism. Leo himself took complete control of the store environment as the pressure seemed to become too much for others. That young man has a very bright future, and AutoZone should be grateful to have him as a face of this store. 5 stars from me.

I've been coming to this location for years, and let me tell you every time these two are here. Another morning with fast service, Leo and Carlos are the power team of this store. The two of them handle every customer with a smile. Real potential in this store compared to a few years ago.

Wow! What an awesome employee! The person who assisted me was Luis based on the receipt (didn t look like a Luis), who was so helpful, efficient, and courteous. He found ways to save me the most money I could. I appreciate it when someone can make you feel better about having to spend so much to repair a vehicle. Thank you! My general experience at Auto Zone is pretty good overall also.

I just went to Autozone store #3275, to purchase items. I wasn't sure about, but, i was greeted by warm smiles and friendliness, especially by Edwin S. He welcomed my questions and assisted me, giving me thorough answers:) I will definitely be back to this autozone. Especially feeling comfortable with Edwin'skindness! I recommend this store to those who need help and need answers. This is the go to place! Again thank you Edwin:) CSR #14.

This store is AWESOME! I had an employee named Edwin help me, he went above and beyond trying to help me! It's employees like him who keep me coming back as a repeat customer! It's not often you get service like this! But he did not fail to deliver! I'm so impressed! I'm going to tell everyone about this store! So impressed and happy with the service!

Came to this auto zone because the one on hunting park give me the wrong parts for my car,this auto zone fixed everything and give me a great experience,thank you, that's dangerous,hunting park in to do better,this auto zone also gave me great customer service

My experience in the store was pretty much perfect, Leo and Luis ran the store faster by themselves then when everyone is actually there during the day. The two of them helped numerous customers at once, and everyone recieved the exact parts as far as I could tell. Complete 5 star experience, these two definitely have the customer satisfaction and professionalism down to a perfection.

Unprofessional. They need to learn how to properly address customers. One of the employees broke my key fob & expected me to pay for a battery. Ridiculous, they talk to customers like they re on the street.

Excellent customer service. Christian and ugh I didn t get her name, she was working the register. Both were extremely professional. Christian helped me out with my headlight bulb and letting me know I needed coolant. I have no idea about cars, appreciate you both for explaining things to me kindly. I will be a returning customer

Great costumer service every time - the staff as well as management goes above and beyond to ensure the customer has a good experience and always helps with whatever product / part is needed during the customers time of frustration of car issues- this location is the only one I prefer to shop at !..

Very unprofessional. Short of staff. A lot of traffic and very busy. Be ready to get people put in front of you while you've been waiting... Mind you angry people standing on the side waiting for service also. The line 12 people deep 3 people attending running back and forth. That's after spending 20 minutes on the phone being put on hold and interrupted by other people. Total chaos and horrible experience. I don't want to mention any name but all the people behind the counter need training as they are costing AutoZone Enterprise a lot of money and a lot of very unhappy customers

If this is the location you re forced to go to, good luck getting through in the phone and go to the store with an abundance of patience. There s not really a sense of professionalism here but I ll give them a second star for usually having the part I need in stock.

Excellent collection of hard to parts and very helpful stuff. I had bad experience with some stuff online, they disconnected me when I complained, but this time I am changing my mind, great experience only I should have known before going there that they are not giving plastic bags anymore, so it becomes a bit of inconvenience.
