I went to use commercial and they told me commercial was closed im a previous AutoZone manager I know for a fact that commercial was never closed they just didn't want to do their job at all

If you want horrible service, go see for yourself. Better yet call, worker Eliza going hang up on you n keep hanging up on until u stop calling. Thee most unprofessional place I've ever experienced.

The entire staff was rude and unorganized. HOW DO YOU TELL A FEMALE TO TAKE MY OWN BATTERY OUT .THEY ALSO DIDN'T HAVE ANY TOOLS . HE TOLD TO GET A 8 AND A 10 THEN TOLD ME ITS A COURTESY TO HELP A CUSTOMER. IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR THEY WOULD GET IT!

I felt like I didn't want to be service. The guy yelled from behind the counter from somewhere in the store. But I did find what I was looking for won't be going back there. If possible other locations are better with service

There were several people working the counter. Wait time was moderate. Because the attendants also service the cars, this is not a less than five minutes run in and run out shop deal. To their credit there were long waits. Great job and they seemed to be well stocked.

My new Go To location, even though it's lil farther than the local that's closer to me...but this location had what I wanted and needed .. Great staff too

Diana is very professional and I see how her presence is reflected in her staff ! I have NEVER been disappointed by the service at this location. They all deserve a bonus...they hustle ! Thank you for the military discount, I truly appreciate the kindness and thank you from staff for my military service !

Brian and the crew @ autozone were great. I came in with a broke down car and not only did he help get me what I need, he had a mechanic meet me in the middle of the night, and stayed well after hours making sure I was all set. This has been an above and beyond experience. Thank you Brian & autozone

I did my pick up in store order over the phone on the 17th. Every time I call no one knows where my items are at or they say they will come the next day. This is very frustrating as I need these parts and I was promised they would come the next day.

the worst location in the area, don t waste your time. Brian the manager is lazy and beyond rude! he lied about having tools to install a battery and lied about not having merch cards.. I will literally drive out of my way and never come to this location again just to avoid his nasty unnecessary energy

So this location wasn't the closest to me but I chose to come here after speaking to one of the employees on the phone. When I arrived I was greeted by Diana who ended up making this experience something that I won't forget. Her level of customer service was absolutely insane. I work in customer service and customer satisfaction is always number 1 to me and the company that I work for. Diana went above and beyond everything that I was expecting. Definitely would recommend this AutoZone for all of your automotive needs. Diana definitely needs to be recognized for the role that she plays at this location seriously!

I came in with brakes I left out with a Turkey sandwich! I was able to get new brakes and a warm extra mayo sandwich! Dianna was very helpful with her sandwich giving self. Also the general manager is very cute and short I just want to put him in my pocket and jog on 3rd street and watch him bounce in my pocket.

I had an excellent experience at this AutoZone store 5294. Diana helped me change my license plate. She is the epitome of good customer service. Diana was kind, funny, and most importantly very knowledgeable. I could sit and talk cars with this woman for hours. Well done Diana! You deserve recognition for a job well done.

Diana went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I get the items we needed for our cars. She is obviously extremely knowledgeable on vehicle specifics and the return/exchange policies for auto zone. Definitely one of the main reasons why we keep returning. We couldn t be happier with the level of service we received!

Excellent customer service! One of the mangers Diana went above and beyond for me. I was very stressed about my car. I brought it as is and only drove it for 3 weeks before it klonked out. After coming out of pocket for a new alternator, my car still wouldn t start! I brought my battery to be charged and found out my battery was bad. I was devastated both emotionally and financially. Diana made several calls for me. She made me feel at ease. Diana made sure I got exactly what I needed and treated me like family instead of a customer. I left with exactly what I needed as a price I could afford! She even put the battery in for me. This all took under 30 minutes. I m still thanking God! Seriously the best experience I ve had from any store ever. 10/10 Diana if you see this, thank you so much! I wish you all the best in the world!

Diana was AMAZING her customer service was everything! I went there to get my battery charged and while waiting she was attentive with the everyone in the store while serving who was in front of her. She was on point and knowledgeable.

Diana and Rick are amazing. I walked in with zero clue on my brake lights and they were able to set me up with a mechanic and Diana replaced my bulbs in the rain. Love it! Great service.

I was told on Saturday 1/25, that my car battery was weak. Then a few minutes later I was told that the machine wasn't working properly. Consequently, they would test/charge the battery inside. After waiting 15 minutes I told them I couldn't wait any longer and would return the next day. The next day upon entering the store the lazy girl with attitude at the desk informed me that they don't charge/ test batteries inside. I found that strange given what I was told yesterday. So I just said, "Fine, just give me a new battery." The young guy says," We might not have the tools to remove the battery." Unbelievable. Finally, got it done. Next time I'll just have Doc McStuffins check out my car before ever going back to AutoZone,!

went to this place to get a battery for my lawnmower. i show them the battery and they say they have no way of looking it up and they don t know how to tell which i need but i can look through the ones on the shelf. these small batteries are boxed and they probably had 10-12 different ones. i opened two and neither looked even close. rather than spend my afternoon looking through these boxes i just left and went down the street to advance auto. the person behind the counter there immediately took the battery walk to the shelf and pointed at my choices. to beat all this battery was $47 vs $109-$147 at autozone. so not only will you get poor service you will pay more. i knew there was a reason i quit going there.

Extremely ghetto and unprofessional staff. I went to this Autozone this past Sunday.There were two young ladies behind the counter. They were very unwelcoming and didn t communicate at all...may have even grunted once or twice. There was a gentleman walking around the store and cursing like it was his job. Not sure if he was an employee, but he definitely knew the staff, as he was corresponding with them and dropping f bombs left and right. They seemed to find it amusing but it was downright disgusting. Last time I will visit this location.
