The man was very courteous and helped me find the code on my vehicle. He gave me a print out on the next steps.I appreciated his cool demeanor because the store was a bit chaotic and his terminals were not working properly.

Auto shops takes advantage of people that don't know about cars. I had a Bad customer service there plus the security guards act likes he work there . I wouldn't spend my money there that's just my opinion.

It's a car place to find most things you need to keep your car clean and running. It be people outside to help assist you with mechanic work. It's wheel chair accessible. Sometimes it's fast and easy. Some cashiers are knowledgeable.

Stopped in to buy an air filter and didn't see the STP number on the shelf. Waited for service while one other customer was getting them to replace car fob battery. Three people behind counter and NO ONE said anything for 10 minutes. I left!

My husband and I went last night to this store to get oil for my 2020 equinox. My husband ask if he can use a funnel the employee said yes no problem. The security guard ask my husband if he paid for it when the employee told him he could use it. Since we got to the store the security guard was sitting in his car suddenly got out ask my husband if he paid for it took the funnel dirty my vehicle never clean it up. This store is a joke and if you don t want to be threat it like a criminal stay away for this store. Funny how the guard claim that that store had no c�maras. Lol!!

On this day the person behind the counter you could tell didn't want to do her job! Had an attitude even before you could ask a question! There was another person in the store who stepped up to try to do a better job, but the damage had been done. Some of these companies seriously need to do like undercover boss and go see about their customer service!!

I was there in the morning of, Friday, July 22, 2022 to get needed brake fluid, anti- freeze etc that was needed. The young gentlemen behind the register came out to my car to assist me and let me know what was needed. I was very impressed and satisfied with his mannerisms and help. Thank you Auto Zone for hiring this Great young man!!!

Great experience. Key thing to note they offer free use of ODB2/check engine car scanner. Part time Rep was extremely helpful with true customer service.This place serves the community extremely well. All staff are professional and knowledgeable.

So I had one of the most horrible customer service experiences. She was the customer service manager, if you want to believe that! She must have gotten the job by default, because she was very rude to everyone. She slammed the products down on the counter as she would walk away mumbling instructions to the customers. She wasn't very helpful in anyway, just down right mean. I understand we are all short handed in our businesses, but this young lady should be no where near the customers of any store.

Very helpful staff. They helped me find the matching color to my car so I can repair a scratch. We got in and out quickly and everything worked out great.

The Management team is awesome, knowledgeable, and helpful. This store will thrive continuously and especially when it becomes properly staffed. The employees tolerate to much disrespect from the customers. I found that the customers are mainly frustrated due to the wait time that they have to endure, while checking out. For the managers to be available to properly train new staff members, there has to be more cashiers available. I understand that the pandemic has everything in a uproar and hopefully when the PPA/U... runs out the store will thrive even more!Love Mrs. Sherri

I've purchased items/parts from this AZ before but today was the kicker! People that work are normally ok and knowledgeable BUT THIS 1 YOUNG GIRL WITH BRAIDS UP IN A BUN!!! Just nasty and told me 1 price over the phone and something totally different once i got there. $ isn't the clear issue here though, it was just her attitude. Get better young lady it hurts any business when employees are not (personable).

My honest opinion is this is probably one of the worst store locations I have been to. I have had multiple bad experiences shopping here. The employees are very unprofessional at times. However, I believe they have new management or a temporary new general manager. I seen a few new faces and that s what this location needs. The new manager was very professional.I Didn t catch her name but I know she looked too young to be a general manager. The gentleman that was assisting me was struggling a bit I could tell he was fairly new. He started getting frustrated and she kindly reassured him that he was doing a great job and assisted him with checking me out. I let her know she was doing a great job also and keep up the good work. This is probably my only good shopping experience at this location and I thought I should share it.

Short staffed but workers are helpful. Always seems either crowded or a bit slow, but again that would be due to staff shortage. What I do like is that there are local mechanics outside of this location that can do simple jobs on your vehicle like oil changes and brakes/rotors, which could save you some money as opposed to going to Midas or another franchise.

Was a bit of crowd there. 2 ladies were trying best to get customers taken care of asap, so not much help on Salesforce, which meant waiting twice in line. One helped replace my windshield wipers.Would go back; like better than pepboys

I love this place. I just got my driver's license and first car you know nothing about cars every time I go here the customer service is excellent they give you a smile they're willing to answer any questions and concerns you may have whether it be about your car or about parts for your car. this happens no matter what time of day I go in whether early in the morning or late in the evening. They've been times that I have had to call them first just to be sure that they can take care of my customer needs same way over the phone great customer service

So I needed to put my new plate on and those bolts man they wasn t budging . Carlos was trying to get them off and Malichi I know I spelled it wrong was on break and he came over there had other tools and everything then their District Manager pulled up he was really nice also told Carlos which ones to use . Hey don t ever think you can t get 5 service if you re n the hood. Thanks guys xoxoxo

I came to this location this morning expecting to purchase a battery. I spoke with one of the employees who happen to be outside the front entrance. I said to him I need a battery but don t want to turn my car off Because I had to have it jumped to get hear and his response was, I can sell you a battery, but I can t put it in. He stated that he can t put it in because he s the only one there. I said you mean to tell me that you will not put the battery in? He then said come on in and that he will put the battery in. I go inside only to see that he was not the only one there. I get in line and end up getting assistance from another employee. I said I need to purchase a battery, informed him of the make, model, and year. He to said I can sell you a battery but he to can t put it in. After informing him that I don t know how to put it in, he then said pop your hood. I go pop the hood, he finally comes outside. He takes a look, ask me if I have a backup camera, gives me this speech about if he replaces the battery that the car may not start because the car will need to be reprogrammed. He then tells me the manager is coming outside. I guess she s the manager. The young lady looks very young. He then start talking to her as if I am not standing there. He gives her this long speech. As a matter of fact, he gives her the same speech about the navigation system, how it may need to be reprogrammed. I began to say something and this joker, who think he s to CUTE to replace the battery says to me, excuse me, I am talking. I again, said, I am not worried about the navigation being reprogrammed, and that I am here to purchase a battery and need it put in. The cute one storms off pouting and went back in the store. The store manager then gives me the same speech!! I say to her, that I am a 54 year old woman, who can very well comprehend and it seems to me that you don t want to put the battery in. She then stand there with a blank look!!! Thank God, my brother showed up!! I told him what happened and he said not to have them put it in. I told him that I was not comfortable purchasing a battery from Auto Zone because they may sell me a bad battery. So, I went to the Acura Dealership to purchase a battery. I am going to take my complaint to Corporate!!! Something needs to be done about this store location (the employees & manager) If the employees don t want to get their hands dirty, and or don t know to do their job, then they should SEEK employment elsewhere!!! It s a disgrace!!! If the manager isn t Confident enough to manage these guys, then she too needs to seek employment elsewhere!!! I get that your a young female, but you can t let the employees bully you by allowing them to talk their way out of doing a job that they re getting paid to do!!!!

Unprofessional staff constantly "joking" inappropriately referring to each others genitals, weight, odor. Verified parts were "in stock" over the phone but upon arrival parts were not in store which was found out AFTER parts had been rung up in their system. Have to wait for refund and still need to purchase parts at other locations. Staff also did not have masks over their mouths/noses. I would not go here again.

The young lady I dealt with at this location was very rude unfortunately. I needed a replacement bulb for my headlight, so I went in to purchase one. First o told her what I needed and she just stared at me like she saw a ghost. Then with attitude stated well I need to know what car it is so I told her. She just walks away from the register proceeds to get a light and brings it back to the register and rings it up, I asked her could she take me to the section so I can pick what light I would like. She walks over with me and just stands there. I ask can you tell me what what model # I should be looking for and she just points. I go ahead and just go with the light she picked out and we go back to the register. She rings the light and it came up more expensive than what just the light and tax should be so I ask her why she said um because it has tax , which I know already. I pay and then I look at the receipt and she had rung the light and another item as well . I bring this to her attention and she said oh you need that too, I feel her service was unprofessional and you don t not just ring things up without telling me that you are, if it is your opinion I need something else you tell me that not just ring it up.

This maybe the worse one however since pepboys is no longer had to settle for this location. They never have enough people working the counter and most of the staff is rude. If you can go to a different location

That guy Wayne has a serious attitude problem. I won t get into detail all I will say is it s not what you say it s how you say it , Jennifer was very helpful took care of me and threatened me to fill out a review lol Just kidding but her service and spirit changed my whole experience around always a pleasure doing business with her .
