I really appreciate Mr Aaron . I highly recommend that if you are really looking for someone that very knowledgeable and kindly and Mr Aaron knows how to work, just visit this store. He is very knowledgeable and patient .thank you soooooooooooooo much Mr Aaron good man .

Had both things I wanted and the employee's where polite which is the same experience I've had at other stores !Not sure why others had issues with the employees maybe you get treated the way you treat others something our parents taught us not influencers that haven't done anything in their life but post online videos and then believe they know life.Will continue to spend my money at Auto Zone since Pep Boys stopped selling parts because corporate management thinks people don't want to fix their cars because there are to complicated to repair.Thank You Auto Zone

Mike at the AutoZone in South Philly was very helpful with assisting me with my headlight replacement. He showed me exactly what the problem was and it was quickly resolved.

Elijah was incredibly helpful during my visit. He helped me with my return, my pickup order, and helped me order some parts that weren t available here or any other nearby location. He s professional, personable, and knowledgeable, thereby making this experience pleasant and well worth my time.

Very grateful for the 2 employees who helped me tonight while I was in a panic over my car not starting. They were quick to change out my battery and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience to them at all. Aaron finished up the change even though it was dark out and I am very thankful for him!

Elijah was a big help helping me with my car key battery. He went out in the rain to another store to get a new battery. Thanks to all the autozoners at the 2101 store. Elijah and laila was a great help

This review was actually going to be 1 star, but Remy and Joe(skinny white worker), To make a long story short last night I bought front brake pads for my 2019 charger R/T. There are many sizes so I asked the Manager, who was the one who I dealt with, if they were the right size and without even looking he said yes. I asked him again, are u sure?? He looked at me and say yes sir I am.! .. flashback to half hr prior to him ringing me up I was dealing with Joe, he was recommending a brand of wipers for me. He did an amazing job of explaining everything to me as to why he thought they were the best choice . So here comes the manager who rung me up and he basically said to me don t listen to him, then wipers are TRASH!!!!!!! . He basically discredited everything that worked just said to me, and now I was confused and honestly pissed . So my mechanic attempted to install pads today and they were to small..!! I was furious.I returned there this morning to return the pads and I was met by Remi and Joe. I explained the situation and why I had the incorrect size and they were amazing. They explained how it s very easy to make that mistake, they apologized, and gave me the correct pads.. I normally don t write reviews, but someone high up the ladder needs to recognize these 2 individuals and the job they are doing on a daily basis! Not only did they sell me the correct product, they made me forget about my bad experience and only remember the great experience I had at the store today! They went above and beyond my expectations, everyone on that shift did, but them specifically.. I hope this helps them get recognition for a job well done!!!!!!Thank you!!!

My car wouldn t start went to autozone needed a battery the gentlemen there Elijah was a life saver and the best, he searched for a battery and installed it for me! A true life saver!

Love autozone and shop here for my vehicles all the time. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately on this trip I had a terrible experience. Not only was the girl not helpful she was very rude. Not sure I've ever run into a customer service rep like that anywhere.

Don't buy anything here. Go to another auto zone. Among the staff here, beware of the female clerk with shaved bangs. I went to buy auto parts. And, I asked the woman to check if this part is compatible with my car. However, the woman complained while checking the car parts. I was in such an embarrassing situation. And, seeing the woman walking around the store holding a sandwich and eating it, she was so dirty again. I will never go to this store again.

Danielle and Aaron helped with assistance of my windshield wipers for my Dodge Charger Scatpack. Danielle has the best personality and extremely helpful with helping me find the sizes for driver and passenger side windshield wipers. Aaron was more than happy to install. These are valued employees so upper management should pay attention to these two! Thanks again!!!

This place carries just about all your Auto parts needs. But sometimes when you come to these stores they give you a bit of an attitude because they have to wait on you. If you do not like your job quit go somewhere else. But I highly recommend if you need something for your vehicle AutoZone probably will have it.

Helpful staff plus a clean & organized store is why I like this location. Never have to wait in a long line like some of the other locations.

A friend of mine and myself were driving and was pulled over by the police for having two brake lights out we stopped by AutoZone on 19th and Oregon avenue I went inside and asked for help and explain to Miguel that my friend was disabled and he was gracious enough to help change the bulbs for us. He was very helpful and awesome customer service! Thanks again Miguel

My go to place if I need something for my car. Always helpful, friendly staff, plenty of parking. If you can't find something just ask. They have a ton of stuff too behind the counter. Thanks for all your hard work!

Great customer service from sales associate Steven M.!I was shopping for a trickle charger to deal with my battery which had recently drained twice.Steven comes over to me asks if I want a free battery check -which I knew that the store offered, but I wasn't going to take advantage of it since I figured it would be a wait. Steven is like "I'll do it for you right now". It's one thing for business to offer a service, it's quite another thing for a salesperson to seek you out to offer that free service. So we go out, get the reading: the machine says my battery is not charged and recommends replacement. Steven starts running the test again just to make sure (awesome dude!). I say "I just jumped it and drove here so I don't expect a full charge; I just want to put it on the trickle charger overnight and see what happens"And Steven is totally cool about that. No sales hype, no dire warning about my battery dying, no pressure to buy a new battery.Steven showed me that he is thoughtful, communicative, and competent. I think I do need a new battery and I will definitely come back.

I'm extremely impressed with the staff at AutoZone on Oregon avenue.They are always welcoming you every time you walk in the door.The employees are amazingly helpful they know their job and the managers are always on hand helping their employees they all work together in that store.That is one AutoZone store out of a few that I've been to that I actually like going to.

I have been to many Autozones in the Philly area over the past few years and this one has by far the best service. I've gotten familiar with many of the employees and most of them are nothing short of great. Always nice and helpful which is something I wish I could say about most other Autozones.

I have return my item that I have purchased three weeks ago. But I have not received my refund. Last Sunday I went back to ask customer service to see what is going on with my return item. He told me that he did not see my item return in the system and he will call me in the next few days. However, it has been four days already but I have not heard from him. I will never go back to shop at this store again.

Based on my most recent visit I would recommend this Autozone to others. I only went in for one item but felt like a valued repeat customer . I was welcomed upon entry and offered pleasant professional service. Great job.
