Aleksy is amazing! He picked up my call and helped me with what I needed for my car. My battery actually ended up being fine and I didn t need to buy one. He was so honest when he could had easily sold it to me and made a sale. Would recommend it here

ALEX the manager from autozone was amazing. He was very nice on the phone and told me he would put my windshield wipers on for free with the purchase. I had some difficulties but he was so accommodating. He told me he was working a double yet still had such a cheerful positive demeanor. Thank you Alex!

I've gotten numerous supplies here over the years and the customer service has always been wonderful. Today Aleksey, while he was on his way off of work for the day, helped me with my battery and took the time to explain everything without rushing at all.

9:57pm desperately needed a tool (already knew which it was and how much it was) to fix my car and Charles didn t let me in saying they re closed . Huge douchebag for that one.

Alex at the auto zone on Aramingo was super helpful! My battery was corroded and stuck in the car and he went above and beyond to replace it for me. Amazing customer service and a really nice guy!

Aleksey went out of his way to make a phone call to fix a mistake that was made at another location. They forgot to add my rewards for a $300 item I purchased, and he went out of his way to call the 1 800 number and within seconds, they added it to my account for my rewards, I recommend this store to anyone in the area. Best store manager I ve come across.

Our experience was awesome. The manager Alex took great care of us. He helped figure out the problem. Our battery was bad and he installed it for us. He was so kind and it was finally nice to have someone in customer care that s not rude and actually wants to help you. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I can t believe how I went to this establishment and was giving the wrong part. I had to wait again for them to reorder the part again and I hope it s the right part. I was told the person I spoke with last week was a manager out of his mouth to be told today the guy wasn t. What s going on in this place of business? The guy I spoke with today claimed to be a manager and had the audacity to say my order came 2days ago and nobody called to tell me anything. It was just sitting there. I tried calling 2times lastnight while I was working to be put on hold and this manager I spoke with today I think he think it s a joke to tell a paying customer anything and saying he going to speak with the workers. How you call and be on hold to having the phone put down on the counter twice and not even getting a hello or nothing to the phone being hung up to you being told ur item was there 2days ago? I m a paying customer too in line or on the phone treat your customers with respect and addressed the workers. I m so disappointed!

Great customer service ! The staff is very knowledgeable and good at what they do , Charles H has been a great help , every time I came in for any issue he and other staff members always rise to the occasion! Great store .highly recommended!

UPDATE: THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO POLITE & SO HELPFUL! I HAVE AN OLDER MODEL FORD EXPLORER THE PARTS ARE CHEAPER AND THE LADY WHO HELPED ME WAS SO UNDERSTANDING ABOUT MY LACK OF MECHANICS.It's an auto parts store, so don't expect glitz & glamour. My father always bought his parts from here, the employees take the time to make sure you have exactly what's needed to get the job done. We've never had any issues with returns or exchanges, and it's just an overall great store in it's category.

I did buy 1 part from here & the man that waited on me he was very nice & very helpful, The Auto Zone that is very close 2 my house Broad & Cumberland Streets they always sends me here this Auto Zone always have parts, This Auto Zone parts are always well stocked. I bought 3 parts from here unfortunately they sold me the wrong parts, Sensors, it was the wrong 1, & AC Switch it was the wrong 1, I had 2 bring them back, & they did give me my money back.

I didn t listen to them when they tried to tell me what part I needed. I made them return the same part 2 times. Which was my fault. Thank god they are so kind especially Yadira !!!

Went in to ask about my ac and the one dude looked at me like he was afraid when I asked him if he worked there and then the guy he asked about my issue was extremely dismissive. I don t know, I don t know don t you know no customer ever wants to hear that. Literally useless.

I was on the 2524 Aramingo Avenue and ask for the check engine tool and the people who works there don't want to help me claiming don't have the scanner tool, the most ironic thing that was the same excuse for another store, and with and attitude no professional

Very helpful and kind employees. The guy who helped me specifically was super knowledgeable and didn t talk down on me (despite me being a very stereotypical car-illiterate female lol). Even had another customer offer to help put the Freon stuff in my car. I will be returning should I ever need to :)

Awful experience at this location. They fought and talked down to us when we tried to replace our battery with our warranty. One of the workers refused to do her job and replace the battery and forced a random customer change the battery for us. Rude workers who refuse to do their job. Do better, and reflect!

Give the guys here a promotion and higher pay. Don t know what they earn but give them more anyway lol. They re good to the community and didn t hesitate to help me out. Will be coming back for more when my car needs it.

This place is terrible. Show up at 7:30 when they re supposed to be open. Manager finally strolls up 20 minutes late, walking as slowly as he can, unlocks the door, and then locks it behind him for another 15 minutes. Says nothing about it when he finally opens the door 30 minutes late. Run by lazy deadbeats. Wouldn t ever go back.

Went there for a broken taillight the other day. Was in and out in 15 mins (with the headlight fixed!) Easiest process there could have been. Frank hooked it up, installed my light as a courtesy. Always a pleasure working with those guys!
