As far as the work done & the prices, I figure they're good. I don't really know anything about cars, but I've gone here many times and didn't have any mechanical problems afterward and the prices seem to be lower than some other places.HOWEVER, to say that they're not exactly "customer service pros" would be an understatement. Do not expect to be shown the remotest politeness, friendliness, or warmth.They basically talk to you like this:"What you need?" "What time" "No" "Yes" "Ok you're done" "What?" "What?" "Yeah I'm doing it".If you get a "bye" as you're walking out the door after your visit, you should consider yourself lucky because even that is a rarity. Stone-faced several syllable responses are the standard here, and if you try to be friendly yourself, you still will not be able to illicit any emotion from anybody involved.Some might say it's the language barrier, but A) I speak Russian myself and this is my experience even as someone who speaks the language that most of the employees are fluent in, and B) Even the employees who speak English proficiently still act like this, regardless what language you speak to them.There is also no official receptionist/front-desk person, so oftentimes you will walk into the lobby and just end up standing in front of the counter until someone happens to not only walk by, but walk by and actually pay you the slightest bit of attention (I say this because most people walking by will not).You basically have to just wait for however long it takes, or walk into the shop area yourself and try to flag somebody down, which is not an easy task, as most are very content to just ignore you.TLDR: The work & prices seem fine, but if you care at all about being treated with politeness and respect (the way I do), then I would take this review into consideration.Service: Oil change

Anzori's shop is great, they really know cars, which is a great start, but they also have a personal touch which is great, they don't tell you that you need something unless you need it. I do most of my own work on my vehicles, including rebuilding engines, but I trust these guys to do work that I need when I just don't have the time to do it myself. A solid crew all around.

Great pricing and not pushy. Very up front and friendly. Ozzie is a cool cat. I've been using them for years and recommend every friend I have there. One buddy I recommended got his car fixed for 300$ after getting crazy quotes from two other shops for 500-600 bucks. Very knowledgeable and I see them working on diesels all the time. One mechanic is great with VWs and german cars, he is always under them.

Ozzie and his brother have taken care of our entire family mechanical needs and with great success! Never slick and sly with pricing, they call it like it is, which is much appreciated. Love these guys and they will be my preferred auto mechanic for life!

I took my car here for service for three years. Quality work, good prices. Easy to deal with and nearly always done when they say it will be. Much better value than the chains.

These guys on a friday told me next week to look at my car because thay didnt feel like doing it. Hey its fine if you own a business and you turn away a paying customer out of a difficult job you shouldnt have a business. You have a service that you provide you should put it depends in front of your sigh it depends if I feel like getting dirty today and i dont care if you pushed up a hill.

Had a great and welcoming time in the shop and loved that the prices are upfront with no ,"hidden costs" and other bs. Had to say, it was my first time going here, and it will definitely not be my last!

Took my car there for oil change, first there is no customer parking so I had to park it where they told me, when I pick it up, it had a big scratch on my front bumper, they said it was that way already.
