I truly appreciate the workers at Alper. The mechanic rode with me for about 15-20 minutes to make an assessment of the noise I suddenly had inside my engine. Fixed it in less than 3 hours. Everyone is patient with me. This will be the ONLY auto repair shop I'll ever go to with any vehicle I own. They know what they're doing.

Great vehicle service experience at Alper Automotive. This was for an oil change. Service was completed quickly and ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise. Reasonable price, and friendly staff. Will come here again.

This place is horrible waited 2 hours just for a oil change, they are racist too. Made racist remarks, and was singing racist songs, like I wouldn't catch on to what the were doing. Don't go there at all. I am not satisfied with the service smh. Oil change doesn't take 2 hours to do smh.Im appt was at 1:30 pm And some lady came in there at 2:15 asking for a oil change, she got hers done before mine, like how smh. I literally got done at 3 pm smh. If you buy it on Groupon they will not honor you, they will make you last.

I chose this auto location three years ago because it s close to my work and you get the AAA discount which I love. They are wonderful mechanics they take really great care of your car. They inform you by text or email with the cost of the repair is going to be before moving forward. I can t say enough positive things about Steve and his team. I refuse to go anywhere else. Buy a Groupon for oil change and they refuse to honor even though I bought it based on their written terms. Otherwise I have no interest in using their services. Weird!

You gotta go see steve at alper automotive!!!!! All around great and professional staff.. They have fixed my car multiple times and get your car done quickly... Definitely recommend them to anybody

I don't know how this shop does it but they exceed expectations year in and year out. Patient and accommodating in a world of fast get you out the door business. Fast service as well. I dropped off my car in the morning expecting to get it at end of day. They were done while I was still on my bus ride to work.Expert level vehicle knowledge down to the car model and years. They used to save me a lot of money on my beat down truck because they knew that trucks in my year and model had a track record of certain things going wrong. Helped me decide what a broke 20 year old should fix right away and what can wait. Got my truck to over 275k miles, and could had been more until it got wrecked in an accident.They are the most trustworthy tradespeople I've met and can explain everything in layman's terms. You will not regret using Alper, they treat you better than your own family.

Steve is amazing! My cars head gasket broke. I called Steve shop spoke with Lisa who was also amazing and very pleasant to speak with. Steve told me to have it towed to him that morning by the afternoon he had it diagnosed and already spoken to my warranty company. Got my car back few days later it's up an running great! I would hight recommend any and all to go Alper automotive! Thanks Steve and of course Lisa!

I have Dealt with Different Auto Repair shops, and No one has come close to the loyalty,service, of AlPER auto This is first time I am using them I was referred thru my coverage co. And I have to say I will not use anyone else for my car care, they let you know everything about what is needed and gives you quote thru email that explains everything the loyalty alone they have my service, I am more then happy with the service they provide. I give them a 10 +. Haa Great shop woman in the office is even very nice the office is very comfortable. I received an oil change from Alper Automotive. The wait was not long and the receptionist was very friendly and considerate. I felt right at home. This is not the first time that I used Alper for my automotive needs. A friend from church let me know about them. I have always been pleased with their service. Good business.

The worst mechanical shop I ever been to. They will lie to you and treat you like your nothing if you have darker skin. Came in there with one problem and now I have 4. My brakes failed and I took the vehicle in the late afternoon. At the end of the same day they diagnosed my problem and wrote a clear estimate. The next morning the car was ready before 10:00am. She had used him before, and since I had just move from Illinois 2 years earlier, I found one of the most trustworthy and competent mechanics in the NE Philadelphia area. Alper Automotive was amazing. I had taken my Jeep to 2 auto repair shops (1 of them being a Jeep dealership), both were unable to resolve my headlights and directional issues fixed. My next door neighbor highly recommended Alper and now, I in turn, am doing the same!Steve and his crew operate a very professional and honest business.
