I am a truck driver and have been parking at Harrowgate Plaza for 2 years and they towed my truck. Understanding my situation they were able to get me a permit to park there. I understand they have a job to do, but it still sucked paying that tow bill.

My car was towed to this location. Its not the easiest to find. The gate was already closed at 445pm when they dont close till 5. Two pitbulls will greet you. Dont make sudden movements otherwise they do bite. Highway robbery this place is. No rules, they charge what they want and zero customer service. Seriously be careful and good luck, hopefully you never have to experience this place

They literally moved my car somewhere where it wasn t parked at and towed it, then I called and the guy started cursing at me saying that I got a ticket from the Police, I called the Police and they even told me that they shouldn t have towed it!! If you see any place with a Siani s sign don t park there!! They will take your money!!My real rating 1/1000

The phone number listed on their sign lists a number with a full mailbox so you can't leave a message and the guy that answered the phone is rude. I think this place is running a towing scam in the city.
