The store employees are very friendly and helpful. They know what they're doing, go or off their way to keep the store well stocked, clean & organized. If you know how to do the job yourself, they'll quickly pull the item & quickly get you on your way. Or, if you need help, they'll give you a hand. There's free, off street parking with wheelchair access, with an entrance to match.

This is by far the best parts store in our area. You get greeted when you walk in. Friendly knowledgeable woman and men to help you with your car needs. I go out of my area to come to this store. Thanks for the pleasant atmosphere and the great attitudes. And great car and truck parts

I needed help with knowledge in regards to a part and was pleasantly pleased with the assistance from an employee by the name of Kiya. She was welcoming, patient and supportive. She is well versed of the store and parts for cars. Due to this positive encounter and experience I will continue to utilize this location for myself and will recommend this location to others. Unfortunately it is uncommon to find many corporations have staff who are happy to assist. I felt compelled to leave a review.

Advance seems to be filling in the void left when Pep Boys decided to stop selling auto parts in many of their locations. Advance is a pretty good auto parts store, and they will test /charge your battery free, and also if you have a check engine light on, they will hook up their scanner, and give you a print-out of the error codes along with possible repair solutions: all without charge.

Need help...ask for Craig, this is the man. His specialty is this store. Every question I had, Craig answered. Needed help concerning a key fob, BAM, told us exactly what to do, we did it and it worked out. Not only was he helpful, he was so pleasant! You bet I'll return! Thank you Craig!

This store is a mess due to the staff. Most of them just stood around staring at people. The woman in a short, black wig working front desk was extremely rude and bitter. More than likely, I won't come back here again, even to pick up a part. Just a nightmare.

Just moved to the area and of course my old reliable wasn t being so reliable so had to walk into your business and from the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly and willing to help which was great because I was so lost. I found everything that I needed and I was helped by Manny who was very patient and explained everything in such detail which I truly appreciated! Will definitely be back because this is the type of business that I will enjoy spending my money in!

Yesterday's visit went well. I did nkt want to go there due to my last visit, but this was different. I was helped with two different people, the cashier and a person stocking parts and the both assisted me in finding what I was looking for. It was much appreciated!

Great sales associate's, knowledgeable staff, and no trouble with products. But Price's are kind of pricey. And I've missed our on rebates and staff didn't know how or wouldn't help me to go on line so I can redeem my rebate's

I purchased brake calipers for my vehicle and wasn t informed that I only had 45 days to return the old ones for my core costs to be refunded and I took it in on the 46th day for them to say I couldn t be refunded because I was over the 45 days what a rip off I will no longer use your store for my needs

Friendly customer service, and appeared to be well stocked.. I asked about a price and piece I needed for my door Repair and to see if they had it in stock they said 'they did' so,I said' I'd come back to get it'" so fingers crossed.

Went to purchase a replacement car battery. They had the right battery for my car. The price was reasonable. The Service was very good. They installed the battery for no additional cost to me. I was quite pleased with them.

I came in to return an item I purchased and the computers were down. I put the items aside and guess what? I came in to return the items again beyond the 45 day time frame and I my refund was refused. ~ issue was not resolved. My attempt was rejected.

Good people, but had some difficulty swapping a battery under warranty, after it crapped out a year into the 2yr warranty. Had to call the corporate office to walk the guy through the process over the phone! Be wary, if you ordered your parts online, they are all honored in-store regardless. Good luck!

I like this shop. I didn't know they do diagnostic for free. I was getting charged at Midas for almost everything. I'm glad a good friend told to take my car to advance Auto and they diagnosed my check engine light for free. I strongly recommend this place. They are really good. The staffs are fantastic.

Advanced Auto Isnt the Problem Location is the Issue for Me. I did a Curbside Pickup Order at 10:30 said it would be ready within 30mins, Call at 11am they say gentleman says he will bring it out once they clear the store I ask the gentleman how long and his response was 5mins. I call back 20mins later he says I didn't forget will be right out wait an additional 10mins he says he can't find my order I said I paid for the order so it has to be here showed him my email, then magically he locates after I previously told him 3times what my name was for the order that was placed. This whole process took an hour when it should have taken at the max 30mins. I went to this location because it was closer to my home but next time I will stick to my favorite location at 400 w Allegheny I never have a problem there, they take good care of me.

I went in looking for headlight bulbs for my car which has led bulbs. They didnt have the exact ones so they found me a substitute until i got thw original parts for them. The guys went above and beyond to help unlike that other parts store that begins with A. They are the absolute worst whennit comes to customer service. Advanced is by far the best and i wont go to another autozone again. Thanks alot fellas

Service was good. Needed to know why check engine light was on which they check for free. Guy came and ran the test DND then gave me suggestions as to I should next since the problem was now diagnosed for me. Great customer service.

When in doubt, ask for Craig. Best in the business. Knows the ins and outs of all products and his service is the best. He has taken care of my vehicles for years.

They are really rude... I walk in and they just look at you while you are standing there. The name of the worker that started working with me with name Craig but then he started working with other people and then there was like 4 other workers that were in the store but no one else was working at all. Just standing around looking. Very unprofessional.

I was helped to get the right bulb for my brake light by a very nice man behind the counter. I was also assisted woth my purchase of oil for my car.Your employees are very good in that store!
