Worst customer service ever, they said they cannot give me a receipt, i cannot return the piece in case of a problem, the old lady at the feont desk ia so rude. Never come back again.

I'm sure the majority of the time has to do with the employees. My experience, there has never been pleasant either.They don't have what I need, Or seems like i'm bothering people asking for help. Horrible customer service.

Went there a few days ago to get new battery...to my surprise the crew were very friendly and put my battery in for me...only gave four stars cause the dam battery was expensive

I wish I could give zero stars. Every employee that I've interacted with are so rude for no reason. If you hate your job just quit, don't take it out on customers. I'd rather drive the few extra minutes to AutoZone down the street than to ever deal with anyone here.

This store more than others is always polite, friendly.and Uber professional. I am closer to other auto parts stores but this store on Frankfort avenue is the one I always come back to for all my auto needs.

I go here mainly because it's a UPS drop off location. The people are friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this place for their parts and for the UPS drop off site. Rarely ever packed and quick.

I went there to drop off UPS packages which it prepaid label, but the lady worked there was busy watching YouTube, so I have to call her liked 3times in ordered she come out to scan my packages. By the way , shes not even look at my package n she said; we don t take ur package, I have to pay at UPS store first. If you lazy to work just get ur A** and go home .

Located at 6301 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia PA (Mayfair)... what a wonderful store and what wonderful people to help you. If there were more stars, I would give them 10! I ve been here before and each time is as good as the first. Today Tyrone assisted me. What a wonderful experience! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable... just a great person. His two coworkers, Vinnie and Cal, are also helpful and nice.Tyrone is a person that everyone should meet in their life. He s informative and such a pleasure to talk with. He went above and beyond to make me feel safe and as if I were at his home. I would recommend going to this location. It s worth going there. No hard sell! Just honesty. Doesn t get better than that!

Its been several occasions I've visited this store recently in the last few months since January 2021. On each occasion it's been nothing but unperfetional service from the top down. The old black gentleman who's appears to be the acting manager, is highly stone age ignorant. He appears and behaves as though he can't wait to be Fired. This store was top notch before this crew came into play. The Old black gentleman tried to scan my military ID into the system.

Seems no one here wants to work anymore. Don t have time to explain. All I can say is you come to work WORK THEN!! Don t have me come in as a costumer that s putting money in that register and give me the costumer a attitude. So I just drove down the street to auto zone where I was taken care of and got all that I needed and some.

Very kind gentleman helped me out today i wish I had gotten his name. Went to many other auto stores and they didn't give me the genuine helpful service that this man did. I got the wrong item and he helped change it out with no problems and was very kind. From now on I'll go to this store for my auto parts. Also if I'm not mistaken this AAP is black owned which is even better!

The staff here is awesome! I went with my cranky friend and his lemon to return something (and bro even lost his reciept *facepalm*) and they were so nice and funny and helpful and pleasant that my friend fixed his face. I really appreciate you!

Start with walking in the door today. I walked right to the cashiers. I asked if there was someone on the floor to help. They directed in the direction. That was the only thing they did. At that time the store was empty. She walked with me to show me where the car battery chargers were and walked away. I know nothing about battery charges. I stood there not far at all from the people that were working behind the counter. The girl that left me standing there really should've asked me if i needed help. So i asked a guy that was on the floor close to me do you if these chargers can work on a hybrid car. I don't know he says. Ok, then i asked the people behind the counter. Which by the way didn't seem all to busy. I had to ask that question twice. Finally, they didn't. Know. So i asked isn't there anyone that can help me they pointed to the manager, by the way, was the. Guy that i i had. Asked and wasn't able to help. The manager ok?? I then asked is there anyone that can find out. So this manager said i wouldn't take the chance. They even try making a call to anyone to find out. I got my things and at that time someone came into the store. I was walking out and they were laughing. Having a good time instead of finding out how to sell a product to a customer. I would NOT refer anyone to go to this store. If you ask questions about the product who. Knows what you'll get

Got a new die-hard battery. Snow just started falling and a girl came out and installed. Sadly I didn't have cash and really wanted to leave a tip at least buy her lunch. I feel bad, I held a umbrella over as she went to work, I even told her she reminded me of one of my daughters. Great job...

Store is pretty good, usually have a lot of great items if you re already there, but if you re not sure, Id advise calling ; DON T ORDER STUFF ONLINE FOR IN STORE PICKUP, Site said the items were in stock, then I called and the said they don t have them.

Called this location after closing and the gentleman was more then helpful. They were professional and simply answered my question about a battery warranty. Imagine your car battery die , after a long day of work , going to the groceries store and your car won t start after you leave with groceries . I was so upset after calling the location on Levick . Never go to the Levick location by the way . The Manager Natasha is proud to give rude customer service. That s how I discovered the Frankford ave location , I will be taking the extra time to travel to the Frankford ave location where they treat you like the customer you are .

My go to store for auto parts when in a pinch. I also get alot of my car care products from there as well. I was excited to see them begin to carry Chemical Guys products, however I have not seen any as of late. It must've been a test trial to see how they would sell.

One of the worst jobs to ever work for. The managers have no respect to hard workers. Especially Mike Carr the so called big manager, totally unfit to understand the needs of a workers living wage. The modern day slavery job.

The absolute most ignorant people you will meet. The new hiring process placed takes one back to the stone age. I got hired by three other s companies between the time they said I have the job and when I actually did. Complete and utter incompetence runs rampant in the company. Some of the most unintelligent upper management I have ever heard of in my day. A waste of time and mental effort is what this company stands for. I wish I could cast negative stars as a review.

After we purchased a battery for our car, and they said they were able to install it, they eventually were not able to install the battery, because they did not have the right tools! Really??? A large auto part store chain and you can't even install a battery???

Ordered oil filter tool/wrench and went to the store 15 minutes later, when entered there was 3 ladies (I thought) inside ,the oldest one was on the phone talking to somebody and using vulgar language (f words all the goods) I'm thinking ok ,nice ,one dissaper in the back and youngest ,bout 5 feet tall was Facebooking on other register ,so I went to Facebook fan ,asked for my order she took a slip and went to look for it ,came back and said they don't have it ,went and look for myself ,found it in 30 sec and brought it back to her ,she started to give me some attitude but I asked her politely to check if this fits my cars oil filter ,she didn't know so I asked if manager is in the store ,a man showed up and I'm explaining how she could not find anything and can't check if it's fit then she came back and started f word tireade just like the older one ,asked the manager if he will do something about this and he said "I will talk to her " great store indeed
