What way to start off my morning or day I should say. I get to the store 6200 Stenton Avenue Phila Pa. A lil after 7:30am to pick up a battery I ordered online. Strange the door was locked.Someone came to the door And said the system is down it should be 5min. Well that turned into 1/2 hour to an hour.I paid for a Lyft to get to the store and had to wait outside of the store for over a hour.What a real inconvenience and bad start to my day. I need to be accommodated some type of way for this. Now I m pissed my day is messed up still not open at 10:46am. Waste of time and half my day. My damn battery should be half off or free at this point. First time here bad experience for sure.

Worst Advanced Auto Parts!First time coming to this store since they merged with Pep Boys. I purchased an item from here that I did not need. I attempted to return the item new sealed unopened and had receipt. The return window is 45 days to return items. The lady in the store a supposed manager refused to return the item. She attempted to make up some policy and said that there should be signs up around the store which there weren't any stating the return policy. Even though the return window is 45 days and it had been 10 she said it was to long of a period and refused.. First and Last time shopping here. Save your time and go to the one in Glenside or Chelten Ave if your in this area.

Place is fully stocked and clean !!Clean smelling too !!The assistant manager has been very pleasant on each of my visits . She is helpful and professional !

Awesome place and people I hv commercial account with them and autozone but hands down I prefer them more great service quality parts and awesome staff very knowledgeable am I'm the owner of play and sons auto in Philly ijs
