A Park Auto Body was the best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop everything from the initial consultation to the final result was absolutely wonderful. Tom and Linda are PHENOMENAL and I will recommend this place to everyone!When my poor 2016 Honda Accord was hit while parked and totaled, I was sad but beyond excited to leave my dealership with a new 2024 Honda Accord Sport. My excitement lasted less than four days, as I woke up to that car having two fresh BB gun pellet holes on the driver s side. Within two weeks I had a totaled car and a vandalized one all overnight. I couldn t make this up even if I wanted to!I discovered A Park through a Philly Reddit page, and I could not be more grateful. They treated me like family and took care of my car like it was their own. They walked me through the entire process and helped me deal with my annoying insurance company - their expertise and communication made me feel so relaxed and valued as a customer.When I dropped my car off, they made the rental car process absolutely seamless. I then turned off my brain I knew when I would pick my car back up it would be shiny and just as new as it was for the four days I got to enjoy it.Sure enough, my car is perfect and looks amazing. I couldn t sing their praises enough.Thank you so much Tom and Linda for everything!!

I will choose A Park Autobody 10/10 every time, my car has been close to totaled multiple times from the crazy city and you could never tell. The attention to detail and the work performed for repair has always been flawless regardless of the area or extent of damage. Always recieved OEM parts as well in the repair. Truly 5 star deserved

Fantastic people, and even better work! They re meticulous and know how to take care of their customers and cars! I recommend them to all of my family and friends, wouldn t go anywhere else for any of my collision/refinishing needs. I was recently backed into by a FEDEX truck and needed a new front bumper and grille for my 2013 Audi A3. This shop came highly recommended by local Audi enthusiasts on the forums and I can see why.I received a call back within a few minutes of filling out their online form and had an appointment to take the car to have the damage appraised the same day. They handled everything so all I had to do was drop off my car. The rental was ready when I came and they took it back to the agency when I picked up my car.They also were very good at communicating updates with the car (when parts were coming etc.) and the attention to detail is excellent. The paint color matched perfectly and the finish is flawless. They also re aimed my headlights and fog lights and ensured everything was in alignment per Audis specs.Overall A Park Auto body made this repair experience as painless as possible, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality body shop.

The staff of A Park auto body does an excellent job at getting you back on the road with your car as good as new. From initial estimate, getting you into a rental car, working with your insurance agency, and returning your car to you and your rental to the company; they handle it all. And they take pride in insuring the car is in great shape when the deliver it to you.We discovered a long deep scratch in the side of our Highlander. Once I dropped off the car, it was seamless until I picked it up good as new.Highly recommend.

These guys are the best! I ve brought a few personal cars to them over the years for some moderate damage. They made them look brand new. I m a car enthusiast so I had a high level of expectation. They delivered on those expectations and their attention to detail was great. They communicated with me all throughout the process for updates and timeline. I always recommend them for any friends and family in the Philly area.

Just want to take a moment and say honest and profession Tom and Linda are, they went above and beyond for my wife s car! We were from out of town and our car was in an accident, they took car on and made the process super easy and even had it ready in time for when we were coming back up. The car looks brand new now! The team at A-Park auto body did a great job fixing my car when it was in a fender bender . They helped me get into a rental car which made my time without a car easier! The communication was top notch and I was kept updated on the progress of my car. They restored it to better than new shape!

The only place I take my vehicles for repair! I m very satisfied every time, you can t even tell what spots were repaired. They do an amazing job every time and the guy up front is very nice and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend for auto body collision repairs in the Philadelphia area.

Recently had my car fix after a minor accident, they were extremely great to work with. My family takes all of our cars here, and we have been for years. It all started when I had an RDX that was hit, and another shop and they botched the job pretty badly. I was referred to A Park, and haven't looked back since. Save yourself any headache, and just take your vehicles here and get them done perfectly the first time. I am pretty confident these guys are the best in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Great experience overall with this team. My vehicle was broken into and this team was with me every step of the way in coordinating with insurance, adjusters, communication, etc. Ultimately my car ended up being totaled so no repairs were done, however they then shifted gears and helped me gather my belongings and ensure that I had everything I needed from the car without rushing me through the process. Very appreciative of their services and support

Where do I start ? I love this company it is a family ran business with lots of care provided for their clients and the cars they work on! We were referred to them after a low speed deer collision and they were absolutely incredible to deal with. Detailed and regular communication, explained the whole process and delivered excellent quality paint and body work.I will happily refer anyone who has to deal with collision repair.

DON'T GO THERE!!!! I would have given them less than one star if possible. They were the most rude, ignorant, unprofessional people I've ever met in my entire life. I basically called for a quote after looking at their website, and the people I spoke with were, let's just say, the most abhorrent people in the world. After speaking with other friends who have had work done to their vehicles, their work was completely the worst they've ever had done. They are so mad. Wished I had talked to them before I even considered this so- called "Professional " company.
