Great experience. Had an issue with my front bumper and brought to Steve to look at it. He gave me a fair price, took the car on the spot, and said it would be done in an hour. Fixed it in 15 minutes.

Im always skeptical when going to a new mechanic, but decided to try AA since it was close by and my usual mechanic was busy.I definitely am planning to come back if I ever have car issues, Al talked through all my concerns with the car and was very honest with me and charged a fair price. Honest mechanics are hard to find these days!

Showed up one morning for scheduled body repair. Owner watched me struggle to find street parking (no room in the shop). He stood at one of the blocked entrances with his arms folded. I asked him if he was the owner and he said, "No" and pointed to his t-shirt that said something about being sarcastic. I said, "OK, I don't think so." And I left. Unprofessional and disrespectful.Rescheduled it at the dealership body shop and was relieved that I did. They were glad to get the business and had my car back by the end of the week.

To be fair I've had one okay experience and one terrible experience here. The first time I came because I was having trouble with my brakes. They did not know what was wrong and instead suggested that I go to a Toyota dealership to have it checked. I appreciate that rather than them making something up and charging me for the wrong thing. Today however I came to have my car maintenanced and I picked it up to find that they didn't bother looking at anything and only changed the oil (leaving the check tire light ignored). I asked if my brakes looked ok and they said they didn't look. I asked about the tire sensor and they said they don't do tires. The oil change cost me $81 which is even more than Toyota would charge me and took 4 hours. I called to say I was disappointed and the guy hung up on me.

Al and Steve are classic repair guys. No BS, just a great job done quickly at a reasonable price. Did our rear brakes in 3 hours. Got to see to believe!

They can't fix cars at all. stay away. They are the type of shop to have your car sitting extended hours, you call and ask if your car is done, they'll say yes. You get to the shop they'll swear its fixed. it won't be. Mine wasn't. stay away. stay away stay away stay away stay away stay away stay away stay away stay away. stay away stay away stay away.....

Very reasonable prices and do quality work. They don't push extra stuff that isn't needed and have talked me out of certain repairs or suggested less expensive options.
