Quick and efficient service. Employees made you feel very comfortable leaving your car. I was happy with the work that was done on my car. I would definitely recommend them to others. I have been using them for years.

Tried this place because of the good reviews! place was good, however, I mentioned an issue where fluids were leaking into my cabin. They lied and said they checked it all out (even GASLIGHTED me!) when I mentioned it and showed them before I left since my floor was still wet? Turns out it was a huge issue!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Heard nothing but good things about this place so wanted to give it a try. All I wanted to do was get an oil change. I scheduled it a week in advance. They had it so I could bring it in right when they opened at 7.9:15 AM , no update. When I call they said it would be done by 10:30? I have never had an experience like this while getting an oil change before. I understand places get busy but it s the lack of communication and proper planning for me. Over three hours to get your car looked at for an oil change would normally prompt some type of warning or at least an update. The attitude seemed nonchalant and it was a very strange first impression. Playing with peoples time is not a joke. It seems other people have had positive experiences but

I ve been taking my car here for about 4 years and I ve only had wonderful experiences here. They are proof that amazing customer service still exists! Everyone who works here is really friendly and does great work. I appreciate the fair prices, too. I was recommended to go here by my brother, so naturally, I figured it's safe. Well, it was beyond what I expected. I called for an appointment to get my registration updated, and not only were they on time, but my car was ready quickly. The mechanics took time to explain all that was correct, as well as give me timelines on when to get other work needed completed. So it's safe to say I found my new mechanics! This place is the best.

Trust. That s what I primarily look for in a mechanic. I know next to nothing about cars and need to know that I can trust the people working on my car. They EASILY could have taken me for a ride but ended up calling me 30 minutes after dropping off the car to let me know I was out of oil and that all the symptoms I was telling them about was likely caused by just that instead of something much more expensive. I appreciate that and will be back next time I need help!PART TWO: Just picked up my car today July 7, 2023. Again, it was a super easy and quick fix but they could have told me anything and I would have had to believe them. I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars and ended up paying $81 with tax.

Great shop I know I can trust. I thought I would have to pat a lot of money to have my AC fixed and instead it was nothing but a clogged line. They cleared the drain and I was on my way the next day.

It was my first time using A&W since moving to the area and I chose them because of the many positive reviews. I must say I was not disappointed. They went above and beyond for my oil change even replacing my rear wiper which I don't think my previous mechanic had ever done. Of course some of the additional things they did made it cost a little bit more, but mostly I was just reassured to know that they actually look at the car instead of just doing the bare minimum and pushing it out the door.It makes me feel confident knowing that when I take my car there they will do what needs to be done. I plan to continue going.

Consistently stellar service at reasonable prices. My first interaction with Andy happened when he made a house call when my car wouldn't start, free of charge. After that, I became a regular customer. Every time my car needs work, Andy takes time to show me what's wrong, and provides cost-saving options when they're appropriate. These are great, experienced people who do quality work without going overboard with recommended services. Could not recommend them more highly.

We've been taking our cars to A&W for years, and we're big fans. They are very trustworthy (not trying to rip anybody off), they never try to push more services on you than you need, and they do great work quickly!

I highly recommend this place to everyone!!! Honest, very reasonable, reliable & extremely pleasant professionals!!! I called at 1pm on a Friday to schedule an appointment to have my brakes replaced including rooters. I spoke to Mr. Andy who was very pleasant and told me to bring my car by and they would try to get my car done the same-day! Which shocked me because every other place I called advised me that brake service required an appointment. A&W proved them wrong!! I arrived at the shop at 2pm my car was done before 4pm. Now that's what I call outstanding service!! Their quick turn-around service is not the only plus, the price for brake service (which I knew required having rooters replaced, I heard the metal to metal when braking) was extremely reasonable especially for that kind of turn-around. In addition, I'm a female who knows little about auto service but Mr. Andy was very detailed and explained everything I needed to know. He even showed me the brakes and rooters that were taken off my car! I'm so glad and thankful I found this place! They treat everyone equally and do not capitalize on the naive!! All the guys that work there are extremely friendly and pleasant also. I will not think of going anywhere else even if I move I will still travel back to A&W. This place definitely deserves more than 5 stars!!!

They are absolutely fabulous here. I had a broken serpentine belt as well as a fried tensioner and they were awesome! Great price, great timing, and really went out of their way to help me. I super appreciate it and recommend them to everyone! Thank you!!

Andy and Willie are the BEST! They are professional and do excellent work. Completely trustworthy and honest. They know me and now my adult children too! Having a go to mechanic is clutch.

When you find an honest and friendly car repair place, it is like winning the lottery. These guys are exceptional. Not much of a waiting area. In fact I've never seen it but the location is convenient and they are extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. After horrific experiences with several different auto service locations that were recommended to me, I have found A&W to be the only place I will take my cars for now on. I would give them more stars if it was possible!!

Efficient, honest and extremely knowledgeable, Mr. Andrew and his crew will take good, prompt care of your auto needs. I called to set up an appointment, and they were able to accommodate me the next day with same-day service. I also thought I had a pretty good idea of what my needs were, and Mr. Andrew listened thoroughly and agreed to check those things out. (He wasn't at all dismissive or condescending, but very jovial and kind.) He was upfront with noting that he'd call first for my approval for ANY work, and if there were other things they found that were wrong or needed attention, he'd share those as well.I've been to a couple of other shops in the area, and they were fine, but the gents at A&W really took good care of me ... and my wallet!

Andrew, Willie, and their entire staff are friendly, efficient, and first class mechanics. Moreover, their work is both timely, and reasonably priced.I've been bringing my car there for years, based on an initial recommendation from my brother. Likewise, I've sent additional friends over to take advantage of their services.A+.

A & W Auto is a throwback to the old days when integrity, honesty and professionalism was the bedrock for having a successful business. Andy and his team provide exceptional service. Andy personally handles your needs, explains all the issues going on with your vehicle (in terms you understand) and provides you with a reasonable price. Lastly and most importantly, he stands by his work. Keep up the great work!

I hit the curb yesterday and the bottom cover piece of my car was hanging loose dragging along. I am just visiting and not from around here, checked out the reviews and went to A&W auto early this morning. The mechanic was very kind and helpful, he instantly knew what was wrong with my car once I drove into his driveway. Immediately, he got the tools to help me out, took time to remove the loose cover for me and charged me nothing for the service. On top of that, he didn't suggest any unnecessary fix. Within in 10 mins, my problem was solved. I feel very grateful for his kindness and honesty towards an out of towner , and the good old feeling of how great auto shops used to be. If my friend ever needs auto service, I would definitely recommend this shop.

Mr. Andy and Mr. Willie have been taking care of my car for a few years now. I trust them to understand the car, and give me a good and fair price on the work, and get it done right.There's nothing fancy; this place is about cars. But the owners are about people, and they are great.

I simply adore the owner of the shop Mr. Andy! He and his team of mechanics are very knowledgeable about your car's issues. The staff is very professional. The shop is very clean to be an automotive shop. He has a waiting room upstairs that us comfortable.

I went here when I was visiting Philadelphia to get my rear brakes and rotors replaced and they serviced me quickly and Andrew gave me the best customer service! We just moved here and are planning on using them as our local mechanic. No complaints and the highest recommendation!

This place is wonderful. They are friendly, prompt and they are honest. They have never tried to push something I didn't need and their prices are the best around. There is no one else I trust my car with in the greater Mt. Airy area.

Never had anything but positive experiences with the guys at A&W. Found them while living in Mt. Airy and still go to them with car repairs even though I've since moved to West Philly their professionalism and good service are worth the trek.

A Blizzard was eminent & my tires were bare.... Thankfully, I saw a clip on Action News for Vecchione Tires & the rest is history. They took care of us, provided excellent customer service, fair pricing, quality products and a quick turn around time. Valentine's Day came early for me this year. 4 New Tires are a dream come true... Diamonds won't get me from here to there with such safety, comfort and affordability. Grateful that we found Vecchione Tires. I am already recommending them to family & friends.
