I had been taking my 330i to the dealership for maintenance and had some pretty negative experiences. I was lucky to stumble upon 410 in my neighborhood and decided it was worth a try. What a great decision. Danny, the shop owner is the man and a true professional. He has dealership experience and know how but beats them every time when it comes to service and pricing. When I went in for my first service appointment, I was impressed with the clean and organized state of the shop, and I could tell that the person about to work on my car took pride in his work, and that put me at ease. The appointment went great, and Danny was even able to resolve and explain a small glitch with the car that the dealership could not.Since I had a good experience for my service appointment, I decided to ask Danny s advice about performance upgrades, since I had been considering some. He was really helpful with his advice, and I decided to bring my 330 back for exhaust, intake, charge pipe, brakes, and sport suspension installation. Danny was communicative through each step of the process, sending updates and pictures. I m super happy with the work he did and he even gave me a good deal on a paint job for my brake calipers.I really felt like I was getting expert, personalized service at 410 Specialties, and I would highly recommend Danny and his shop to anybody that cares about their BMW.Service: General repairs & maintenance

When you stop trusting the dealership! This is next best place to come! Danny is trust worthy and solid and will tell you exactly what s wrong with your car and offer you the best advice. You will feel safe

Absolutely the best car service in Philadelphia! From the beginning to the completion of getting my car fixed, my experience was by far the best than any dealership. Danny was very detailed and professional with my car and experience. I would recommend his shop and give him 5 stars!!!

As a woman who owned several BMWs, I always played the game of gambling with fair service quotes. Not anymore! I highly recommend 410- especially to other ladies who don t like being overcharged and deceived.Danny is truly honest, thorough and approachable. It s a relief to be able to take my car somewhere trustworthy.

I just called Danny out of the blue. I had never given him a dollar of my business, yet he talked me through an emergency that I had been dealing with for several days. My incapacitated 95 BMW was blocking in my daughter's car. I had contacted 3 dealerships and 3 independent mechanics who had no solutions. I found Danny on the internet and he solved the problem in minutes. He's my new BMW mechanic!

HelloThis particular Automotive Shop ..That was a referral from my bestfriend ..Let me start with the the appearance the shop is immaculate ..The service he gives is just as if you went to the DealerHe works like a surgeon on your Vehicle..He s honest and to top it off he records what s needed before he works same day service on your car and sends you a video will do business again

Had a damage to my car from a company who towed it. Brought the car in for repair but because I was waiting to hear from the tow company the car sat in storage . I work out of town so I had a friend handle the issue for me. My friend stated Daniel never told me a price for the storage because he didn t want to charge you storage in the first place he wanted you to pay the 160 just to get it off the lot because he wasn t getting any updates on what was happening with the car and couldn t get in contact with you . Now, all of a sudden it s $445 to get the car off the lot & $15 a day. He spoke to me twice & never mentioned a storage fee. Clearly he just wants my money because he could have sat the car outside which I just requested and it wasn t an issue which he could have done from the beginning. Would not recommend.

Dodgy Thief - don t trust with your car if you want it back! Brought BMW in belonging to my late father for repair and quote exceeded value of car. I was going to donate to charity. Owner offered to buy it from us instead. We agreed to a price over phone but he never paid, spoke with wife several times but he never returned any phone calls or responded to notes left or letters sent. Still has the car to this day or he parted it out. Beware & head elsewhere!

I had my 2013 328i inspected here, and during inspection, the tech made a mistake crunching my driver side door on the lift. The owner (forget his name) was completely upfront with what happened, and his insurance covered everything. He even completed my inspection and minor electrical work no-charge. Mistakes happen, but 410s knew how to make their mistake right. My dad told me about this place, and I will be telling my kids/friends about it.

I let him do some work on my bmw 740il and he had it for 2 months almost 3. He did the intake manifold valve covers and I got my car back and Same day it broke down bad bad bad bad bad service

Had a Euro license plate from Arsenal FC, he put it on no worries at all. Had to take off the front bumper to do the job, look like came from the factory.
