The only tire shop I go to and refer now! Great customer service! Fast and professional. Polite and patient with explaining what was going on with my tire. Muslim brothers working hard even during the month of Ramadan! If they re ever unavailable it s for a valid reason. They re usually working around the clock 24/7!

Finally, a black owned business we can count on. A tires shop that's conveniently in the neighborhood. They are reliable. I been there 2x so far and receive great services. I no longer have to deal with Ricans just putting any size on my and selling tires with nails in it.

Thank God for this place. I got off the airplane last night and realized my tire was completely flat. I called everywhere in Philadelphia and no one answered. 24hr Black Diamond s Tire shop returned my miss call 30 seconds later. They apologized for missing my call and sent someone out to change my tire. Within 45 minutes I was on my way home. I wish I could give them 10 stars

I thought my tire was going flat cause my sensors came on. I called and found this tire shop and once I got there the gentleman was super polite and patient with me. He then advised me what was going on and advised me that my tire was good he directed me where to get my sensor and advised me that my tire will be okay. He was telling the truth that following day I went back with my sensors. I was a bit overwhelmed about my sensors and he was very patient and understanding and fixed my sensors for me with no problem. The service and patience he had was absolutely outstanding!
