Was stuck in the snow on my way to work, my insurance company couldn't find me a tow truck . I called Kirk's and Billy came and got me out no problem. Excellent service and Billy was very helpful. Thanks for saving the day for me!

We had a difficult extraction when our car became wedged between a tree and a stone wall on a steep hillside. They caused no further damage to the car or the property during the extraction. I locked my keys in my car at 8pm on Christmas Eve and the owner showed up within 20 minutes, and got the keys out within 5 minutes. Didn t even charge me! Super nice guy and I am so grateful!

Excellent staff and service!! I recently ran over a curb in a tight intersection and tore my rocker panel off. Kirks Auto fixed that and a dent I had previously gotten, replacing both my left rocker panel and left front fender. I went to pick it up and saw I could not even tell what was repaired...the new parts and the paint were a perfect match! Bill Kirk went above and beyond and fixed a couple of things that were not on the estimate. When I paid the bill, it ended up being $200.00 below the estimate!! Highly recommended!!

Matt the driver was so careful and cautious about getting my car out of my yard. It rolled backwards and got stuck on top of a deer fence and the front tire was hinged on a stone wall. He called another tow truck to assist so that they could remove the car without doing any more damage. They were extremely successful! And the most thoughtful part of the service was when he returned an hour or so with grass seed to fill in the divots their truck left in the grass!

Kirks auto was amazing. The staff was super pleasant and easy to talk to. They were extremely through with the body work that needed to be done on 2 different unfortunate occasions. They made my car look like it had never been in an accident. I highly recommend them for any body work that needs to be done.

Had a bus get stuck while trying to turn around, I'm guessing the police called Kirk's to get the bus unstuck. They pulled the bus about 5 feet (according to the driver and video). Results: Bus unstuck for $1800.00!!!!! Will NEVER do business with these guys again!!!!

They tow my truck 5 miles and charge me $3500. Biggest Robbery please don t use them. They will rob you when they hook up your truck.

They replaced my front bumper and did some minor body work after a deer hit. The body repair looks great and paint matches perfectly. During the paint job my front passenger window tint was accidentally scratched. Kirks 100% took responsibility for the damage, covered the cost of re-tinting and as a courtesy to me, also paid for a sun blocking windshield strip installation by the tinting company. First class professionalism and great service. 100% highly recommended.

I used this business against my will. I was parked in front of my friends house when a drunk driver hit both me and my friends car while we were in another state. Instead of calling me to tell me where my truck was going or giving me time to get my tow company on the phone that I actually wanted to use they tow my truck. They just took it, no call nothing. Thank goodness my friend was there and Kirks gave them a card or else no one would ve known where they took my truck. When I called Sunday morning which was as soon as I could call they told me that they weren t open on Sunday so all of my stuff was locked in my car until Monday. So a truck that could ve been towed to the shop THAT MY DAD OWNS is now somewhere that I can t access it. And now I m going to have to pay to get it out when I could ve had it towed to my dads shop if they would ve called me. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone ever I m and so exceedingly angry with them. DO NOT USE KIRKS.Service: Car towing

I recently had an accident with the camper I was towing. My camper was totaled, as was the other car involved. My camper was towed to Kirk's, and they were nothing short of amazing. They worked with me when my insurance wouldn't pay my bill, being more then fair when they knew I was paying out of pocket. They were so friendly and courteous. I was feeling extremely overwhelmed by the whole process, and they strived to reassure me that this was an accident, and that I could move on from this. Recently, Kirk's recovered my mother's car after an accident. As a result of injuries and age related matters, I assisted my mother in dealing with the situation. Kirk's personnel were rude and obstruction ist. The thought of dealing with Kirk's leaves me cold and I will never use Kirk's for collision repair.

If they tow your car on a Friday evening or over the weekend, don't expect to see your vehicle until Monday. They are closed weekends, hold your vehicle hostage and then charge a ransom for "storage," regardless of how involuntary the storage is.

I was in an accident with my children on Thursday and Kirks came out to tow my car. The guys that came out were great and even passed along information about getting my car seat replaced through insurance. They were fast and understanding. Office staff was also really great! The window in the back of my truck broke. I went to Kirk's to have it repaired. Even thought they could not repair it they helped to seal it up with plastic quickly and efficiently. They then recommended a great place that could repair it! Highly recommend Kirk's for reliable fast and friendly service!!!

The tow truck driver was fast getting to me and took me home for free. My insurance is accepted by Kirk's so I didn't pay for towing or storage fees.

This was my family's first time using Kirk's and we just want to thank you for giving us such a great experience. We had an issue with our vehicle and had to have it towed and am so glad it was Kirk's. Amazing customer service from start to finish. They explained everything we needed to do to get the process finished up as quick as possible. They know how to run a business. Thanks Kirk's.

I was in an accident and Kirk's towed my car to their facility. The staff was fantastic and very understanding when I went to get my belongings from my vehicle. Nina was amazing and walked me through the process and what needed to be done moving forward. She was more than happy to help me figure things out and I am very grateful for that. The owner Bill was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. The receptionist Linda was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had. They are fair with pricing. IN REFERENCE TO MR. AL LOWE'S REVIEWI personally took care of your daughters accident and your transaction with KAB. You never once spoke to the owner, nor did anyone ever "cuss" you out. I actually tried to help you and save you money. You decided to not listen to the procedures that take place during a tow, nor did you want to accept the fact that your child did not have a fender bender, but had actually severally damage her vehicle to the point that it was totaled. It was not only off the road, but it was pinned between objects. I tried to help you in any way I can- and personally you were rude and condescending the entire time. I really hope you are content with your inaccurate review.Customers are well taken care of and respected. Fast and friendly service and they try to make this process as easy as possible. I have seen irate customers that do not understand the cost of having an accident. They usually work with the customer and the insurance companies and everyone leaves happy.

After an accident they were dispatched by the police and showed up in a few minutes. Driver, Bill, Was very professional and friendly, handled everything and gave us re assurance on what would happen next. Caused significant damage to the front end of my car during tow. Terrible customer service even when calling on car! Not professional. Charged me storage fees on a day they wouldn't answer phone. Car was delivered with 15 miles since the tow, and covered in mud from tow yard! When confronted with damage issues, was yelled at and threatened by driver. Stated it was my falt for getting towed!!!! Worst towing company ever! I had to select a star to make the post, but they deserve no stars - period!!
