V&j collision auto place is the only place I feel comfortable taking my car to. I know that my car is in good hands and the job is going to be an amazing job when the work is done. If you want a great job done on your car, take it to v&j collision.

This is the 7th year I am using the shop service. I have recommended him to 4 of my close friends. Brad has been a blessing to me and the family. His and his teams' workmanship is superb. I used him for my BMW 740i side crash. Doors came back perfectly straight and the baps were alined. Also had front BMW SUV hit with damage on the hood and front fenders. He replaced the 2 front lights, fenders, bumper and front rims.My friend had Acura that was totaled, and the second one was bad back hit and it was repaired you can't even notice the car was hit.His prices are very competitive and reasonable for the excellent work he does.I highly recommend this shop for his speedy and courteous service.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

V&J Collision (Lancaster Av., Paoli) did a beautiful job repairing accident damage to my Toyota Highlander. Owner Brad was great to work with. He handled back-and-forth with insurance, my car looks brand new, clean inside and out, matched paint color perfectly, even helped with return of my rental car. V&J is the only place I trust to work on my vehicles. I have trusted them for over 5 years and they have never disappointed me. Getting in an accident is stressful, however V&J make the situation a little easier by knowing the work is going to get done right the first time! Had a fender bender with the back bumper of my '14 Honda Accord. My auto mechanic (Ike's in WC) recommended Brad at VnJ. Brad was great to deal - extremely honest and explained to me what needed to be done.He also did a lot of the communication with the insurance company prior to the body work. He had the car in and out in about 24 hrs. Did an absolute great job. You can't even see where it was worked on. Looks like a brand new bumper. Amazing!Service: Body & Trim

If I can rate Brad and his body shop more that 5 stars I would. Dealing with Brad on such a stressful issue was a true blessing. He s extremely responsive, honest, and above all; truly cares about your vehicle like it s his own. His service, empathy, demeanor and integrity are amazing. I would give Brad and his body shop my highest recommendation for anyone who wants the best service for their vehicle with such a quick turnaround time. I struggle to remember who else can top Brad s amazing service. I am completely blown away. Wow!!

We had a great experience at VNJ. After hitting a deer, my car was in need of some serious body work. VNJ was very timely and professional. Brad was great to work with. When I went to pick up my car I was thrilled with the repairs - the radiator grill, hood and bumper all looked amazing and the inside of the car was even cleaned and looked pristine! Great work and great people! Totally transparent and honest throughout the process. Because of COVID-19, Brad made the estimate process amazing! I texted him photos and gave him more information about what I was looking for and within 36 hours, I had completely fair and detailed estimates for new bumpers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for highly skilled and great people to do business with.

Great work, awesome customer service, and an owner that truly looks out for his customers to make sure the job is done right and at a fair price. No reason to go anywhere else in the area! In a business that is full of shady and dishonest people, Brad and V-N-J are a rare bright spot in the industry. He's worked on both myself and my wife's car several times - never one bad thing to say!

These guys are fantastic!! I stopped in unannounced after I hit a deer on my lunch break last month just to see if anyone was around to take quick look at it and maybe schedule something for an estimate another day. Jim came out to take a look and he was immediately super friendly & helpful, Brad came in to help me with the claims process even. My car was looking ugly but it was pretty drivable so I wasn't in a huge rush to drop it somewhere, but after the level of service I received just stopping in randomly I was happy to do so. Within an hour Allstate called in my rental and Jim dropped me at enterprise.The work & painting was extremely well done and in a timely manner, and the car was returned to me extremely clean inside & out. Brad kept me updated via text, I didn't have to stay on them or hunt anyone down to see what was going on w. my car and when I would get it back (as I've had to do w. every other collision shop..I've had a few accidents ok! none my fault ofc.)Anyway the process was about as smooth & stressfree as it could be, I had a lot going on and smashing my car was about the least of it so I really appreciated not having to be concerned with it. Don't crash your car but if you do certainly get it to VNJ, great guys and very good at what they do.

Brad and the team at V&J are excellent; they make a typically stressful situation for customers in accidents easy to deal with. Brad communicates everything to his customers throughout the process, navigates with the insurance companies, and provides an impeccable finished product. Definitely recommended.

Recently had body work done on my car and was very pleased with the results. . The customer service was great and very on point .It was a insurance deal and I didn t have to worry about anything . When I receivedMy car back it look sexy. Full detail inside and out . Beautiful wax job . Again wanted to thank everybody working on the car I really appreciate it. Will definitely recommend .

I decided to take my car to V & J after it was damaged in a snow storm. Let me tell you it was the best decision I could ve made. The guys at V & J have my car looking like it just came off of the showroom floor. I couldn t be happier with how my car came out and would like to say job well done. If you re looking for top quality work then this is the place to do business with.

I went in for a quote for two bumper replacements. They were friendly and very candid about what work actually needed to be done and were much more honest than I expected. They have earned my trust enough that I will be giving them another shot when the damage is more severe.

This shop does alot of our repairs and he is always on top of it. He does and outstanding job and the cars are returned like new. I will always recommend this shop, ask for BRAD he bends over backwards for you and works well with Insurance companies
