Paoli Ford Collision was great to deal with. Will was super helpful and attentive. My truck took a few extra weeks to fix because of issues with Ford and parts being on back order. And Will kept in close touch with me updating pretty much daily. It if wasn t for the great communication and customer service provided by Will I might not be leaving a glowing review. The estimate for the damage is right in line with another shop so I felt like they were fair on pricing. I would bring my vehicle here again.

Will and the employees at Paoli Ford Collision Center were amazing! They provided a detailed estimate, worked with our insurance company and communicated with us regularly regarding our Bronco repairs. The workmanship was also excellent - it looks brand new! We are grateful.

Paoli Mathews Ford I purchased my 2019 Explorer recently here. I was pleasantly surprised with the sales and service I received. Dave Reinhardt sold me the vehicle. Dave was very professional and open to some negotiable. I'm old school need to have some haggling. It makes buying fun for me Dave was on board. We made a deal. Picked vehicle up was like new and full take of gas, WOW. Thanks DaveLater I noticed some rust on the hood. A 2 year old vehicle should not have rust. After doing some research found there was a bulletin sent out from Ford about issue. Dave reached out to body shop manager Dan. Dan confirmed rust was covered under warrantee. New hood was ordered. Worked with Doug and Will to get into body shop. The new hood was painted to match. Perfect job. Got vehicle back all cleaned up like new. Thank you everyone a Mattews Ford.Would I recommend Mathews Ford. Hell ya!

Always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Paoli Ford. I have had past autos repaired at the collision service and have had no complaints at any time. The manager handled my case professionally and was very responsive to my calls. I would definitely recommend Paoli Ford for all services.

License light working when dropped off.not working when picked up. Could not fix. My speed throttle controller was set to City 1 when dropped off and was set to Sport 5! When picked up. ( clearly someone was beating around in Vehicle) Truck had almost 3/4 tank of gas. When picked up had 8 miles to empty.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my car towed to body shop after an accident. I was able to rent an suv for very reasonable rate, and Nancy couldn t have been nicer. Dave at the body shop was always so pleasant and professional.
