Reasonable price. They don't tell ya that ya need this that and the other is wrong with your car. Unless it really does. The Bruce does great mechanic work and knows what he's talking about. I live in Collegeville and go out to Paoli because I know I'm getting a decent price and great work. It's only 20 minutes away but....there's mechanics all over my area 5 minutes away or so.

Pancoast Autonotive is great. Honest reliable thorough work. I drive a lot. Had some brake issues a year after getting them replaced by Pancoast. Turns out the parts failed early. Pancoast got it covered under the parts warranty. Just an example of how great they are. Reasonably priced as well.

I was traveling with my two young kids and my car was giving me serious trouble. I barely made it to this location. I was alone w the kids in a strange place on the verge of tears . I stepped out and collected myself. I went back in the office and got myself a Rent-A-Car and left my car there. They are looking at my car tomorrow. As a single mom I was nervous and scared and Dee told me where to find the enterprise rental as I said, we were traveling on the way to Lancaster from south jersey we had a two day vacation planned in Lancaster end it was nonrefundable. Thanks to see I was able to get the rental car and I left my car there so hopefully tomorrow it can be diagnosed and fixed .

I have been taking my cars to Pancoast for years and have always received excellent service at a fair price. Bruce has worked on my classic Mercedes as well as our cars that we drive every day. It is great to be able to have complete confidence that your car will be fixed and maintained properly at a very fair price!

I have been going to Pancoast Auto for years, and they are always amazing! Such friendly, honest, and helpful staff that really knows their stuff. Bruce serviced my car when I needed an inspection, to find a rattle in my car and to find out why my car isn't getting good gas mileage.Bruce did a great job, as always and only fixed what needed to be fix. He didn't do like many dealerships do and find things to fix. When you get your vehicle fixed, it's fixed by professionals who have a great deal of integrity.I can't recommend Pancoast enough. My whole family uses them and if I know anyone who needs their vehicle serviced I will recommend Pancoast to them

We have been customers of Pancoast Auto for more than 16 years and would not trust our cars elsewhere. We have always had excellent, knowledgable, prompt and friendly service. Especially now that we have three younger drivers in our family, I feel more blessed than ever to know that we all have honest and reliable care for our vehicles at Pancoast. Amazing Service!! I have been dealing with Pancoast Automotive a little over a year now and the service has always been impeccable!Bruce has installed leveling kits on my previous RAM 2500 and most recently on my new RAM 2500 and I could not be happier each time with the results!My current RAM looks amazing!!Thank you! I've was fortunate enough to find Pancoast about 8 years ago. There is not enough space in this review to say enough good things about the company and the people. If you had to pick three qualities in your car mechanic, what would they be? 1) Honesty 2) Proper and thorough work done in a very timely manner and 3) The best cost around. I would not take my car anywhere else to get serviced. The good people at this company have treated me better, as a customer, than just about any other service-related business I've used in the past 10 years. There is a lot to be said for this company, the quality of their people, and (most importantly when it comes to your car) the best quality work.Thank you, Pancoast!

Our family has had our cars serviced by Pancoast Automotive for a number of years. We have found both Bruce and Bobby to be reliable and experienced mechanics. They provide quality service and are very accommodating in scheduling appointments. The work performed is always of the highest quality at a reasonable price.

We love Pancoast. Honest and never try to upsell you things you don't need. I recently went to another local shop for an oil change because Pancoast was booked until the following week. I was reaffirmed why Pancoast is the best having paid 98.00 for an oil change and to change a newer tire to the front due to wear. If you need a fair reliable local shop for your vehicles, look no further. Take them to Pancoast!

This is the only mechanic I would ever go to! I have a second hand Jeep Wrangler, Jeeps are known for having issues. I explained what was happening when I pulled away, and Bruce instantly knew what I was talking about. He fixed the Jeep, without doing anything that was not needed! I drive 40 minutes to Pancoast Automotive because they are just that good. They are professional and very kind. I would, and have, recommended Pancoast to my friends and family.

I recently had my wife's car in to check the brakes, as she had experienced some slight pulling. By 7:15 am I received a call and Bobby indicated he had checked and the brakes and they looked good. He spoke to my wife and decided to take it for a test drive. He gave it an extensive test and determined there was no need for brake replacement. We appreciated to timely and thorough service.

I have been taking my 12 year old Prius to Pancoast Automotive for all repair and maintainance for almost 5 years. One of my co-workers at Paoli Hospital recommended them and I am so grateful he did. They are the most trustworthy and experienced auto shop I have ever gone to. I trust Dee and Bruce 100%!

Used them for years...run by a local family with kids at Great Valley. They are a super lovely family...and they will be honest and fare....no really...they charge you for only what really needs to be fixed...they go above and beyond...and don't charge you and arm and a leg...it's really true... all my repairs have been top notch... the only thing they don't do well is call you when your car is finished... that's because they are busy fixing other customers cars...so you need to call them....or just arrange a pick up time when you book in...that's it...they are great...I highly recommend them.UPDATE...so I dropped off our two cars for service this week and both times they called me promptly let me know they were finished! Oh and I should mention there is a waiting room if you prefer to wait.

Pancoast Auto is fabulous what else can I say? Bruce has been working on our cars since 2001. He is honest, fair and stands by his work. More than your typical mechanic. He is a truely nice person who knows his business. I wouldn't think of bringing my car anywhere else. I don't ever walk out of there wondering if I paid too much or if he did work that didn't need to be done. HONEST AND FAIR:)

Amazing team of mechanics. Great and friendly people. They really do seem like they care about your experience and vehicle here. My father and myself have been customers for years. I recommend them for any type of work your vehicle may need.

What makes Pancoast so great is that it is a family owned business. From the moment you walk into the shop, that's how you feel; like family. Everyone is always willing to help and answer any questions. They are fast, reliable and honest. Wouldn't trust bringing our vehicles anywhere else! From my family, to yours, thanks Pancoast!

I have been taking my cars to Bruce for over 13 years now. An honest mechanic is hard to find these days, but Bruce is definitely one of them. Great service and pricing. I'll continue to use Bruce for many years to come.

Bruce works on both of our family cars as well as all my husband's trucks for his landscaping business. He is knowledgeable, works fast, and has never once overcharged us or pressured us into buying unnecessary services just to get our money. We will continue to go here and tell everyone else we know to do the same!

Always excellent, fast, and honest service at Pancoast. We have followed Bruce for over 25 years from several different locations to their current location and have NEVER had an issue. It is a great family business with excellent service, staff and very reasonable pricing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been taking my car my wife's and 3 kids cars there,also send my friends there ,not only are they friendly there service is fantastic never had a problem and they have always found problem with cars fixed it and at a fair price 2 times before I could not make it to them because they are not close to me and both times the local garage was going to charge me thousands so I waited to get to pan coast both times they saved me alot of money a d the work that other garage said I needed was a lie .now I always take the longer drive it's worth it and I appreciate there honestly. Will never go anywhere else.

Agree with all other reviews. Been a customer for over 5 years and they don't get much better then Bruce. Honest, great pricing, and great quality work. Don't waste your time taking your car elsewhere.
