Terrible customer service they tried charging me for extra work that I specifically said I didn't want done and when brought to their attention they said I should of told the somebody else besides the font lady and that at that point it was a "he said she said" situation and there was nothing they could do. Definetly recommend looking elsewhere for vehicle maintenance

I have sent two cars through inspection at this shop. The first had no problems, just a little pricey but I'll pay for walking distance from home. The second car is where the problem came.The shop put parts on that I did not authorize. I confronted the clerk about it and his response was that "I asked for an inspection" and "I knew they were bad". He also told me that "no other customers had made a fuss about it. I let that one go and paid him. He then told me that the car failed safety inspection because the back windows do not go down and offered to fix it for $433.I checked the law books online and didn't see this requirement. I also talked to a personal friend who used to work as a mechanic in a dealership close by and he confirmed that PA inspection law says nothing about the function of the windows in a vehicle.DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING! There are plenty of other great shops in the area (one of which is a few hundred feet down the road) that you can take your car to.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a shop. This auto shop was very close to me so I thought I'd give them a shot. I took my car for a premium oil change and state inspection. (Note: they do not have a waiting area which is very inconvenient for their customers) Everything checked out and I went on my way. For the next couple of weeks I started to smell burning oil, but thought it was cars around me since my car had just passes state inspection and emissions. Long story short, I found out that they DID NOT put the cap back on the engine and oil was spewing out of it since my oil change. I checked the oil, and it was below the add line. I had my wife take it back, they found the oil cap and then they put 1qt of oil..1qt?! I checked the oil the next day and still BELOW the add line. I had to take it back AGAIN! They proceeded to put 3 more qts of oil. Some of the people are nice and the others just RUDE!A buddy of mine told me to give them a second chance to rectify themselves. So I went in to replace all my tires. We had a set time to get the job done. I had my wife bring in the car and they got the wrong tires... I had to wait well past our discussed time in order to get this resolved.If this is how they treat their customers and how they handle cars I am out. We all work and we do not have time to go back 3 or 4 times for them to get a simple job right. I will not go back.

My car was in great condition. Brought my car here for an inspection, they passed it, then when I picked it up the brakes were squealing. I brought the car back because they said they would fix the damage they did to my brakes, then charged me for labor and parts. DO NOT use this shop.

Horrible work and rude owner that won't stand behind his work. I requested a factory knuckle to be installed and he got mad when I asked for proof that he installed factory instead of aftermarket. They also heated up my lifetime warranted tie rod ruining the warranty. Asked why they didn't do it the way the manufacturer recommends and the response was "because that's how we do it". Won't accept responsibility for cutting corners to make huge profits. Your life is worth far more than risking it to these undertrained " technicians".

It is actually Ed June Body Repair now. And the techs are top notch. They do nice work and are very conscientious. You won't be let down. Just be patient. They have a great deal of work.

They did work on my vehicle to fix an issue that they caused while inspecting it--never gave me a cost estimate, and then charged me for it....needless to say, I will never go back here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.Additionally, worst customer service maybe ever. Don't expect to even be acknowledged when you walk in.

This is the only place i get repair work done in the Palmyra - Hershey area ! They treat you right , they let you buy your own parts so you can save a few bucks. there labor rates are fair . just an all around good shop!
