I was picking up a friend of mine when he noticed that one of my headlights was burned out. We drove to the closest Advance Auto Parts store. We lucked out because they were still opened. As my friend was putting in my new headlight,, he did a quick look at my fluid balances, and I was low on 3. We went to go back in to purchase what I needed, but the door was locked....long story short, Abdul got the manager and we purchased the needed items, and my car is now "winter ready" thanks to the wonderful workers there . And I also thanked them for honoring the VA discount.

I bought Permatex windshield Repair Kit which was showing the price is $16.49 but they charged me $18.99. The salesman name steave was rude when I asked about the price. He just gave me the bad attitude and I don t know why.

Auto service gentleman was great. I purchased windshield wiper, he went outside and put them no charge. That was one of the best Auto experience, I have had in over 50 years of my life. Thank you.

Usually the service I get from Advance Auto Parts is great. Today was definitely a different story. I ordered to pick up a battery and have it installed. The guy behind the counter stared at me when I walked in and up to the counter, no hello, just kept staring. I said hello and mentioned I was there to pick up my battery I ordered early. The other guy behind the counter helps him get it to the counter. That's it, they wanted to send me on my way. I said, "can I have help installing it, please? That is why I ordered from there in the first place. Mind you, it was still light out at 5:45pm. "Install it? We don't do installs past dawn, and we don't have enough staff here to do it."Here is my suggestion, put this on your website or on the notification of sale when you email me when I purchased the battery. Don't put on your website that you do installs as part of the purchase. If you dont help with the install, then I should have received a discount.

Went in looking for a specific tool to replace the push retainers on my Jeep turn signal light assembly. Was told that the push retainers were a dealer only item as well as the tool. Went to a different auto parts store, they had both in stock along with multiple other push retainers for other models. Would have been appreciated if they went a step further to see if other companies had it in stock. Always get a second opinion.

Very pleasant experience! Came in because my check engine light was on. They were quick to read the code and told what it possibly could be. Can t remember the name of the gentleman who help but he was very friendly and informative. Aubrey was very kind when ringing me out with my purchases. Great customer service from this location!!!!!!!

First off, I did not come to this store to purchase automotive parts - I came to pick up a package. For whatever reason, this location is a UPS access point.It was brutal. My newly purchased computer was at Advance Auto Parts in North Wales. I went there on my way home from work as soon as I got the news that the delivery was failed due to a signature being required. Fair enough, I spent a decent amount of money - but this was an order placed on Amazon for crying out loud. Why an auto parts store?Before I even got a chance to ask for help about a package pick-up, the gentleman behind the counter looks at me and says something like "somebody will help you around the back". Odd way to greet a customer. After walking to the back of the store, I found the employee I was permitted to speak to. He took me back to the front where I encountered the first guy, which in itself is just an incredible customer service tactic. He couldn't find it and told me to come back the next day, which ended up being good advice. I came back the next day and received my computer from the auto parts store, and guess what, they didn't even ask for ID!If I ever need auto parts, I'll go somewhere else.

Drove 20 minutes out of my way for a part. Sunday, 4 hours before close. Only to find out that by an employee who locked the door that they were closing earlier. Unbelievable.

Purchased windshield wipers. Decent prices. The young gentleman at check was helpful when I asked if I was purchasing the correct ones and told me quality was good. Without asking he offered to put the wipers on. Great customer service!!! Something you don't see much of any more. Will shop here again.

The staff are friendly but not knowledgeable. I called to ask about a product and I was told it was in stock. But when I made the trip out to the store it in fact wasn't in stock, some alternative brand was available and thats not what I asked for.If I can't trust the staff to get a simple stocking question correct I'm not sure what I can trust them with, certainly not my car.

Horrible customer service and nasty attitude by the short lady at the register today. Brought my car for a new battery and asked how much to install. She said they do not install. I said let me call my husband to see if we still want to buy the battery. Another gentlemen came over and must have corrected her because then she started screaming at me to get off the phone and that she never told me that. All the while acted disgusted to be helping me. I have never been treated this way at any business before and I will never return here again. Thanks to the kind gentleman who did install my battery but your other nasty employee needs to be terminated. Attitude goes a long way in retaining customers.

The bald gentleman with the goatee helped me. I purchased an exhaust bolt kit for my 2006 tC. The first time it came in, it was missing a washer. These are bolts with the spring in them and wouldn't work without the washer. So he said he would order a new kit. Also, they didn't come with nuts. I knew that and asked him to order them too, and also the regular bolts I needed for the other end of the exhaust tube. He said he would get it all together and call me when it was in. Said it would be a few days. A few weeks later, today, I go in to see what's going on. He claims what they sent him didn't have the bolts in it now, and he didn't gather the other stuff I needed either. It wasn't a big order, but he completely dropped the ball. Very disappointed and will be placing future orders with a different store.

I stopped in for license plate bulbs and was very happy with the service I received. They're friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, detail oriented, and efficient. It's a good place to go for car parts, most definitely. I always feel comfy in this place. Highly recommended.

Great service! I came in with a battery problem and Ryan tested my battery and alternator to make sure we knew which was the problem. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He recommended a battery and installed it for me. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Very pleasant experience!

Prices a bit high, however, the service made up for it. Everyone was great. Bought a battery for my 2008 Taurus and they installed right away. I would recommend them.

If you have auto parts need in the area, this is the place to go. Great staff and knowledgeable. Service is clearly top priority to them. Usually have good or best price on items they provide. They even test your battery and will install it in the parking lot no matter what the weather.

I was sold the incorrect battery type for my motorcycle. When I went to correct this issue, I was refused exchanging or returning the item, even though it was still in original condition and less than a week after the purchase. Disappointing customer experience compared to other advance auto parts stores and branches.

Bought a battery last summer. Had dead battery issues after install. AAA said it's a bad battery. Most recently got truck jumped, drove to Advance and they told me I had to go home, pull battery, bring it back and they would test it. Didn't seem like the guy wanted to go outside. Told him that's not possible and the other guy (maybe manager) told him to go out and test it. Found bad battery. Replaced it for me. Just now doing some other service work only to find battery mount loose and negative terminal loose.

This Advanced Auto is always very helpful. I don't think I've had the same staff member help me twice and they are all nice. The last time I went, the employee showed me how to put on my windshield wipers which was helpful.The only issue I ever had here is I was told I'd get a rebate for something I purchased. I put in for the rebate online as instructed as was then notified that my purchase didn't qualify. That was disappointing.

If I could give a zero star I would. This store provided me the wrong oil filter twice. The two jokers behind the counter ( on 2-4-2018) could not have been more unprofessional. I went to Pep Boys to get the correct part with no problem. Advance Auto you have lost a customer.

The people who work here might not give the impression they are helpful at first glance but I assure you they are. They seem to really like working in this location and like each other. I have even got helpful tips without asking just based on the parts I've come in for as I check out.I've come to rely on Advance as my first go to local stop for car parts and accessories.

This place is great having bought multiple car products and accesories for easy replacement for my everyday vehicle, picking up specialty tools are a charm, and its awesome for free battery and alternator tests. The only thing that would really make this store the best is if there App could work on my phone i know many people who can relate. Their website works no problem. I just dont like it when in the App it says it cant find any results for windshield wiper fluid.. i mean come on.. it should give me results for blinker fluid. I heard there was a 25% off coming up on anything blinker!

Attentive, helpful and professional group of people working here. They give the driveway mechanic the advice needed to complete most jobs, even if that advice is to take it into the shop hahaha! There is no sense that you're being a bother to them like other places and that makes you want to tear down your entire engine (although they strongly suggested against that to me!!) Definitely my place for auto parts and accessories.
