Nicole is the best! Everyone at this shop is amazing. I cannot say enough good things. I approached them with an issue, and they solved my problem for a fraction of the other quotes I had gotten. If you re looking for a reputable shop, this is the place to go. Their partnership with J Terri and Sons is the cherry on top! Women owned, very upfront, incredible team!

THESE ARE THE BEFORE PHOTOSWe decided to have my 15-year old Miata painted since the clear coat was wearing off. Julianna and Nicole were wonderful to work with through the quote and color decision process. I will post the results in 10-15 days so you all can see what my car looks like all fresh.Now see the after photos of my pink cutie. Wonderful job. I am so happy. She looks like a brand new car.

Wow wow wow! Amazing job! Nicole is a straight shooter and really worked with my budget to fix a clear coat failure on my acura. This is a shop that takes pride in their work. I wish I took more before photos but the image of the roof peeling is what I had all over the hood, trunk, roof and onto the upper sides. They even pulled some dents from the top of my trunk and side door. For a 18 year old car, cleaned up exceptionally well! Car looks fantastic 2 months later and this is without a clean wash and wax. If you're reading these reviews to decide if you should go to this shop in bridgeport, definitely go!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very bad paint job for $2587 I paid for their best level job and it came back much worse than when it went in. I only had it painted because clear coat was starting to peel on the roof and there were a few scratches, but now it s basically ruined unless they do what they were paid to do in the contract. They said as does the contract they would prep and eliminate most paint chips. They did not prep well at all. Paint is not a match and is uneven in color with lines and fading showing. Clearcoat almost nonexistent in some spots very dull - terrible work. Hair dirt and debris under paint, a lot of ugly overspray. Interior was returned extremely dusty with shop debris and cigarette butts in the interior. Wanted to keep it there but they said we have to wait 30 days for them to fix. They need to prep it right, sand, and spray evenly and cleanly.

Great place, hard working and thorough. Took my car to get a new bumper and liftgate. Car looked brand new! Highly recommend very trustworthy!

This was a great experience. I received service to get the rear of my car repaired following a rear-end accident. Nicole and John were absolutely great. Nicole, John, and the mechanics worked with urgency to resolve my car issues. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable compared to the overpriced rates at 3D collision. Moreover, Nicole was excellent with her communication and updates on my vehicle. This is my new go-to place. If you need a repair, call Nicole, she will work hard to see you leave happy.

This place is the Best I have only lived in Bridgeport for the past 7 years and I was hit 7 years ago and brought my car here they do top notch work and such good work My Boyfriend had them repaint a whole car. Fantastic work that I was in a fender bender last week and accidentally side swiped my passenger front door and back door you don t even know something happened and they got me right in and it looks beautiful! I received a fleet vehicle that had been damaged previously. It was repaired at a Maaco shop in New Jersey. When I acquired the vehicle I brought it to Nicole and John who immediately recognized that the vehicle was not repaired to Maaco standards. They worked with Maaco home office and insurance company and repaired the vehicle. I am so happy with the quality of the work. Thank you Nicole and John!

Excellent service! I needed a bumper fixed on my daughter's car because I accidentally hit it with my riding mower. Luckily she was on vacation so I had two days to get it fixed. John went above and beyond to get it done in time. Really saved my bacon! Bumper looks like nothing ever happened.This will be my go-to auto body repair joint for life.

Had my Dodge Challenger painted with a very specific vintage shade of blue. It was beyond words trying to duplicate the color. It was extremely work-intensive but ultimately came out looking like a work of art. I m beyond grateful for the patience and commitment shown by Nicolle and Frank over the course of this job. They make a very dedicated team and go beyond the call of duty. Kudos to the entire team that works there. I feel extremely fortunate to have had my neighbor recommend their work to me. Thanks for making it all a reality

A few weeks ago I had the unfortunate experience of a fender bender. Going to a body shop is not something I like to do...until I found this well kept secret here in Bridgeport...From the moment I entered the building I knew I was treated in a professional manner. The process was explained clearly to me and my options were were understandable and very reasonable. I chose to do an entire paint job and I could not be more satisfied with the price, the process, the service and most of all the overall feeling that I was both respected and I was getting the maximum benefit of the process I chose. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Nicole and John are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The technicians are efficient, perfectionists....I love this place! I highly recommend their services for any and all body work. I have had horrible experiences in other body shops where I am talked down to and confused about what needs to be done - there is NONE of that here! Bridgeport Maaco you are #1 and I will refer everyone I know who needs bodywork to you! Thanks for everything , including the rides to and from your shop!

We had our sons 94 Jeep Wrangler painted at the Bridgeport Maaco, and we could not be happier with how it turned out!! It looks like a brand new Jeep, you d never know it was the same one. Couldn t have asked for a better job from this place! Took my car in a few weeks ago and was nervous because damages were extensive but Maaco pulled through!When I dropped my car off, Nicole, the sales manager assured me they would take care of everything. Picked it up today and Frank, the shop manager proudly showed me the finished product! My car looks brand new and I couldn t be happier! Thank you Maaco, it was nice to see people taking pride in their work, great customer service and flat out get the job done! 10/10 would recommend!

This is a part one, and so far my experience as been pleasent. Being that I have not had business with them prior, for first impressions I feel that my car is in good hands. I read reviews prior to coming, after calling four places that didn't offer the service I needed. Their website is very honest and as well as the people you talk to.

They did a fair job. We really had some miscommunication. What I thought was meant by sanding, was to remove paint and fix imperfections in the area that was being painted, not to pret the area for painting. Also, it seemed like it was painted in an unclean area; the paint has inperfections in it, like dust hitting wet paint.Service: PaintingService: Painting

UPDATE: YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.Since the last time there I have sent many many customers to this shop and thought that they were being fairly. Imagine the horror and surprise at how my niece's husband and I were treated this week. We took his car in for an estimate, Nicole couldn't due the estimate that day, due to a family matter, she called the insurance and set up a rental, so we would leave the car for her to estimate the next day.Then the next day she said that the insurance company would be writing the estimate and not her. We heard back from the insurance company on Thursday. She said that she would call Nicole and let her know the amount of the estimate and that we would then here form Maaco. We heard nothing on Friday, have the call logs from cell phone to back this up. Monday call went to Nicole and was informed that they tore down the car for insurance company OK. I understand that part. Then told it would be way more than insurance would cover. Told Nicole that we would pick up the car and was then told $500 cash to get it back!!! We were charged storage from the day we dropped it off, you know the day she could not do the estimate. Tried to speak to John III, one of the owners who then said that the amount was actually a discount from the $700 it should be. The actual tear down was only $54. He tried to say that Nicole had called everyday and spoke to the my family. Never happened. I can't believe that they would rip us off like this. I worked for them for a few months after I left Maaco corporate. Had nothing but positive things to say about them. Always seemed honest. I guess the other reviews are right. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. WILL BE CONTACTING MAACO CORP ABOUT BUSINESS DEALINGS OF THIS SHOP.

Very good experience. Had my 08 Civic repainted in late July the same color after years of it looking worse and worse. Nicole was very helpful through the estimate process, was super flexible, knowledgeable, and helped me stay within my budget. I was super pleased with the result, looked brand new. Estimate was the same price I paid when I picked up. The tech working on the detail when I picked it up even offered to spray over the dealership vanity which I've always hated. Thanks yall, would recommend to a friend.

My tail light was broken. The part was ordered and delivered in 3 working days. I was notified and I went into the office and my light was installed in less than 30 minutes. That was awesome. I didn't like that they didn't tell me prior to my visit that they charged 4% if you pay with credit cards but if you pay with cash you don't have that. They don't tell you that until you get to the office and then tell you that you can go to the bank and get cash and come back. That is very inconvenient for the customer especially if they are not from that area

The manager Nicole was so helpful and patient with us. We had a ton of questions and she answered them all and made us feel better. I recommend this shop for anything for your car or truck! She is amazing and so are the guys in the shop! Will go to them everytime!!

There was an issue at first. It appeared as if there was sanding dirt on the car in a few places and they painted over it. However they repainted the whole car for me at no additional charge. This was back in Dec 2016. The car still looks good and shiny. So I would say they are good.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I ve been in the car community for a while now and when I say they are top notch, they are top notch. Very trustworthy and great people to work with. They will make sure your ride looks as good as new, if not better than new! Highly Recommend!
