By far one of the best places to buy you Kubota! They are great to do business with, easy to deal with and most importantly awesome customer service. Extremely military friendly, supportive of the local farmers and overall very responsive of your needs and requirements.They are not just looking for a quick sale, they are selling to generational farmers.If you are looking for anything Kubota, Land Pride or Stihl and likely more, McCoy's is the place.

Went out looking for a new saw. Came home with a good new stihl. Very knowledgeable and will help you with whatever you need! They do sharpen dull chains they always help us out! Thanks all!

Very disappointing experience. The staff acted as if they were all knowing though we did our research before heading there, using the manual and multiple Kubota groups. After we told them what we needed, they told us what they'd do, despite not having seen the equipment. We believe expensive work was done that wasn't required, per our Kubota's operation manual. That said, the work done did get the loader functioning, which was urgently needed. There's more than one way to make things work, even if it was an expensive way. We won't work with them again. We'll go to the other McCoy's in Roaring Spring PA for our needs, despite the distance.

Extremely friendly family owned business. I recently purchased a tractor from McCoy s. They provided excellent guidance and also were helpful in obtaining the necessary implements. They stored the tractor while I made room in my garage. They answered my annoying questions over the phone and provided excellent information. They also performed the 50 hour service. Overall great experience. I highly recommend McCoy s.

Wasted trip for sure..... Spoke with somebody over the phone about purchasing a new loader and was told A price and before ending the conversation I was told if cash it could be less. Nobody mentioned cash was the ONLY option other than using their financing . I have purchased many pieces of equipment from many different dealers over the years and have never once been told over half the price In cash and a certified cashiers check for the balance was no good it had to be cash in full. Wasted a two and a half hour drive thinking I was helping support a smaller dealer just to be walked away from by who I guess was the owner. I really wanted to like this place it s got a great looking store and appeared to be the place I wanted to do business ....I guess not

Bought a 2320 off these folks last year and have had zero problems. Went over how to attachall attachments with me at the shop and when i arrived home the machine was already setting there.

I buy all my Kubota and Stihl equipment from these guys. I get a good price up front, and service I can count on later. Brandon and Ethan grew up in the business and have now become experts in their trade. They have helped me keep working many times, from fixing my chainsaw to getting my tractor blowing snow.

I have bought my tractor there, plus other thingsI live less than 15 miles from another Kubota dealer, but prefer to go the extra mile because they go the extra mile for me. Professional, caring, and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy. I recommend McCOYS in Chestnut Ridge

In the need for replacement Kubota mower blades I took a sample Kubota blade to this dealer. The owner knows so little about his products that he was unable to find a replacement without the mower model number. He then ask if I bought the mower from him. This the same type treatment received by the previous reviewer a year ago.I took the sample blade to the Kubota dealer in Roaring Spring and this owner was able to locate three blades (approximately 18.5") of the proper size without me providing a model number. He never ask did you buy the mower from him.I will return to the Roaring Spring dealer in the future.

Arrogant staff and poor service. They refuse to service any machine they did not sell, including kubota equipment bought at other dealers. It is well worth the trip to go to any other dealer.
